The room was just right for us, the kitchenette just enough for us to have simple meals in and avoid crowds an noise. The staff was wonderful. So kind, helpful and had the most beautiful smiles. everyone from the front desk to the \"towel men\" made our trip free of issues. The gym had everything we needed, the beach was beautiful, the water out of this world amazing and the free kayak service and help booking excursions was greatly appreciated. The restaurant food and service was good, but not stellar, but there were lots of other options close by and it was a fine fallback option.

We loved it — the location was perfect. The private beach with chairs and umbrellas was amazing. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the bar and staff were wonderful.

Great time here, close to restaurants, shops all walking distance. Or can ride a bike free of charge, baskets for carrying groceries, rooms have a kitchen. It is pricey everywhere so be prepared even groceries. Negative here with price we paid daily should include breakfast as most places do. Disappointed in that never ate here only for dinner once. We had a great relaxing week at OCW! The room was tidy and was stocked with everything we needed. From the kitchen to laundry room to even having a shopping cart to go get groceries from the nearby grocery store. Only thing missing was a cooler for the beach but luckily the grocery store had some! The property was very clean and well kept and we always had chairs available at the beach or pool. Really close walking distance to the main Regent Village. Bikes are also available complimentary to drive into town which came in handy. We also loved the complimentary beach activities like paddle boarding and kayaking. Even got to see a dolphin while taking out the kayaks.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at. We had an ocean front room, and the views were amazing! We had the two bedroom and 2.5 bath suite. The room was clean and full of many amenities, including a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good. Staff very friendly & helpful. In August not too busy, so pool & restaurant never too crowded. Restaurant is ok, a little expensive as to be expected. Bed a bit hard & you can hear noise of people above. Fortunately they left after 2 days. Room has a nice ocean condo feel. We had a fully stocked kitchen of supplies for cooling & grill available at pool area. Laundry is free & in room. Grocery store a short drive away. Grace Bay Club next door. Club Med 15 min walk. Ocean activities available. We had a room with a partial ocean & pool view. Lania style balcony. Pool was nice & beach chairs easily accessible & free. Overall a relaxing stay.

We stayed at OCW for 4 nights after staying at the Ritz for 4 nights. The room at the Ritz was phenomenal with a fabulous view and floor to floor and wall to wall, our room at OVW had its own charm. I likedthe screened veranda that was covered. Was great to place for breakfast. The little kitchinettete and the washer/ dryer was also great to have.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Club West! My family of 5 (including 3 young adult children) had a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor in the building behind the fountain. Beautifully decorated room with vaulted ceilings overlooking garden and pool with a view of the ocean. The grounds are beautiful, pool is very nice, and the beach is amazing! Had a delicious lunch and ordered drinks and snacks at Solana. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Location is near many restaurants and shops. We checked out the complimentary bikes and road to breakfast and shopping nearby. Not very crowded in July. The UV index is no joke so bring lots of sun screen. We also brought floating hammocks for the beach and pool. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend OCW!

I stayed here for my 30th birthday and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and we had our own screened in porch. It was also very quiet outside so made it nice to relax. The beach is stunning as well. I would say this place is low key and perfect for relaxing. It is a close walk to town as well for a little more action. I would love to stay here again.

This was an older place in a great location. We were on an upper floor and the place was quite large. There was a vaulted ceiling and a full kitchen. We had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The gym was nice, and we enjoyed pickleball as well. Overall, a great value for the price.

Very nice, quiet resort. The resort is on a Beautiful beach, has a very nice pool which was very quiet as it was off season June 2025. Clean grounds. Staff is very nice and professional. Junior suite rooms come with complete kitchen and the balconies are very large with screened in enclosure. One restaurant on site The location is walking distance to some shops, places to eat, grocery store and ice cream shops. If you like a resort with large crowds and activities this is not the place for you but If you want to relax in peace on a tropical paradise with a great beach, this is a wonderful property.

Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The room was beautiful and fully outfitted with fully stocked kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee station, and washer/dryer. There was a beautiful verandah where I worked out in the mornings, fully netted, so no bugs or mosquitoes. The grounds were gorgeous and full of flowers. Just fabulous!

This place was perfect for two college besties to embark on a 5 day beach rot filled with Smooth Crawlers and belly laughs. The resort is adorable. Gives mid century modern vibes - I wanted to wear linen and drink white wine with every meal and call everyone “darling.”
We stayed in a junior suite that had a fully stocked kitchen, upgraded appliances including full size washer and dryer. The patio was screened in and we spent every morning and night out there.

I loved Ocean Club west. I loved the room, and the convenience of the restaurant right off of the beach, although it was a little pricey. I also really love that they have a beach bar. I just wish the beach bar's music was a little louder at certain times to set that real vacation vibe. Overall I love this place and will most definitely stay again. No complaints at all.

My wife and I had a short 3-day getaway to OCW on Grace Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Given our time was limited we focused on beach, pool and relaxation. As most rooms are individually owned, we suspect that level of furnishings may be different from unit to unit. Ours was a comfortable studio with an island view. We had a third floor unit which gave us a terrific breeze though the palm trees which was enjoyable to have coffee and breakfast on our balcony. We enjoyed a visit from a green heron in the palm tree across from our screened in patio. We were very comfortable - bed, pillows, furniture. AC used at night and enjoyed the cool breezes during the day. Pluses - great staff at all levels- front desk, restaurant, grounds staff, etc., walking distance to lots of terrific and varied restaurants/grocery store, felt safe on and off property, gym was well appointed, immaculate grounds. Cons - only one restaurant option on site (though varied menu), loungers were sometimes challenging to find especially around pool, would be great to have a shop onsite to grab, water, beer, wine. Did not use the pickleball/tennis courts but seemed busy all the time. Would be great to have a second quiet/adult pool. There were a lot of families there and they all seemed to have a good time. I think that OCW was very good value for money understanding that TCI is an expensive place to visit from the get go. Would have no problems returning back to OCW.
