Windsong resort was absolutely stunning and our room was palacial and welcoming and always very clean and sparkling. I loved all the staff, especially breakfast at the Pelago restaurant overlooking the beautiful crystal blue ocean. The staff were so friendly and caring and made our breakfast delightful! We loved Jo Jos pool restaurant too, the staff were so lovely and welcoming. We loved the whole ambience of Windsong, so relaxing and calming, a piece of paradise next to the beautiful crystal blue sea in a protected national park, Wonderful! We even saw a stingray swimming past us in the sea, stunning!

This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. The menu at all of the restaurants were overpriced, their food was decent, service was good at all restaurants, but every meal added to the expense for this stay. The resort was very clean, rooms were large, and staff was friendly. Location was very convenient to the airport and local activities, and the beach at this property was nice!

they were such sweet people, everything you need is on this property even rooftop/oceanview restaurants that are so beautiful. The rooms were super clean and you see so many fish even in the shallow areas. All the staff is so friendly and helpful the front entrance has butler's who will help you figure out actives and help book them for you. They also have taxi’s that will take you there and back to the hotel. I have no negatives about this place! I had such a good time and the food is also so good here! Overall this place was a 10/10 for me! definitely recommend!!

The resort was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and there were great amenities. The breakfast at rooftop restaurant was one of our favorite parts of the day. Plenty of chairs at beach and pool and beautiful rooms. We stayed in a bungalow and had all services of full hotel but also had two separate rooms and bathrooms and a private patio.
Perfect week at a gorgeous beach.

The bed’s too tall. I’m 5’3” and had a hard time getting in it. Had the same problem in St. Croix. I don’t know why they gotta make these beds so high. Love, love, love the floating, circular rafts out in the water at the beach. Most of the staff was great, especially Larry who probably was maintenance and Aleaha at the front desk. The guy who puts the chairs away on the beach at night, grabbed the table with my drink in it, and completely ignored me when I said hey, what happened to my drink? I ran into him another night. He wasn’t friendly then either. There was a Dominican lady at the coffee bar, and when my daughter started speaking to her in Spanish, she lit up. She spoke English also, but I think she really liked someone to speak Spanish with.
They could also use some garbage cans. I couldn’t find any in the common areas and we only had two tiny ones in our room. The only thing is I would upgrade my room. The standard was pretty small.

We had a great stay. Loved the beach here and the amenities. We will come back to the Windsong again. After walking the beach down to the bigger hotels I feel they have the best set up and more of a private vibe. They also have kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boats and even a hobie catamaran they will take you out on…. All complimentary. Another bonus was the food credit, we all ate a large breakfast that was free every day of except for a nice tip. Juberson was awesome! We stayed in a bungalow, it was perfect size. Had a small couple issues with dishwasher leak and water exiting the shower but we let them know and sure they will have it fixed asap. I’d say my only complaint was the guy with his leaf blower coming by early and too often daily.

Only negative is that although the living room has black out curtains, the bedroom doesn’t. Plenty of chairs at the pool and on the beach at this time of year.

We were at windsong for 5 nights and we had a nice stay and enjoyed the beach everyday.

Great location for snorkelling- The reef is right there!

Staff is amazing and everyone is super helpful. The butlers made everything very easy for us, including booking boat tour and taxi, recommending restaurants off campus, as well as arranging hospitality suite.

The rooftop restaurant is our favourite place to eat - food is great, view is breathtaking, and staff is very accommodating. We had breakfast there everyday and dinner 3 night out of 5 night. Jojo is a great place for lunch. The fish sandwich and Cesar salad with fish are delicious.

Would not recommend Dune restaurant. We did not have good experience there. Staff did not seem to care. We had dinner there the first night. Food was ok and we decided to go again the 3rd night, but we ended up leaving after 15 minutes. The staff did not seem to tell the truth about the drink order. We went back to the rooftop and enjoyed our meal there.

We absolutely loved staying at Windsong Resort! The staff were incredible, the grounds were beautiful, and the turquoise water in Turks and Caicos was absolutely breathtaking.
Before arriving, I was a little worried about the location being farther away and the beach being narrow. We ended up renting a car, and honestly it wasn’t bad at all… although I wasn’t the one driving on the left side 😝
And the beach? Yes, it’s a bit narrower than some others, but it was still gorgeous, peaceful, and never felt crowded. We truly had such a relaxing and wonderful stay! It’s a smaller resort than some of the others which I prefer!
One thing I would definitely do differently next time is book directly through the hotel instead of using Expedia. I wanted to upgrade from a bungalow to an oceanfront room, but Expedia made the process unnecessarily complicated. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication with the hotel, and I kept being told there would be extra fees involved. After several frustrating calls and emails, I finally contacted Windsong directly and was able to upgrade quickly and easily with no additional hassle.
On top of that, booking directly through Windsong ended up being much more affordable than booking through Expedia (they had a summer special)!

When we walked through the doors of Beachfront at Windsong on the Reef, Raheem (sp), with three rum punches in hand, greeted us by saying \"Welcome Home\" and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we indeed felt at home. Since our plane landed in Atlanta on 04/09, I have truly been home sick. I miss being in paradise. My husband and I usually stay at Seven Stars but this year our youngest daughter was in tow. We surprised her with a trip to Turks and Caicos to celebrate her 22nd birthday. She loves the ocean and I knew she would enjoy snorkeling on the reef. She and my husband got up very early every morning to go snorkeling, and they enjoyed every minute of their time under the sea. I think we found a new home away from home in Providenciales. I hope to return for another visit to Windsong on the Reef later in the year. The resort is brand new and beautiful. The staff is equally as beautiful inside and out. 10 out of 10, I would recommend. Also an honorable mention to Mr. Horace, who was our driver during the time that we were there. He took us to the resort on our day of arrival and back to the airport on the day we we flew home. He was kind enough to give my husband his phone number and he chauffeured us all around town including to the infamous fish fry, our new favorite event! A million thanks to everyone who made our time there so special. One Love🙏♥️

You go to this island only if you like the shore, clear water to swim and the snorkel . no nightlife at all . very few hotels are all inclusive so you just need to plan ahead and bring all your snacks you need to go to grocery store to buy your food because the island is very expensive. It’s like double the prices anywhere and about 25 taxes on top of everything.

Windsong was truly an amazing stay .
The rooms were impeccably maintained, and what stood out most were the thoughtful little touches — even towel replacements were done twice a day without us having to request it. The staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming throughout our stay.

One of the biggest highlights was the snorkeling right in front of the resort — absolutely breathtaking .
The pools were beautifully maintained, and the beachside food & drink service made the whole experience even more relaxing.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite and were amazed by the beautiful configuration of the room, its size, and breathtaking water views. From check-in to checkout the service/staff was wonderful. What a wonderful find! The snorkeling around the reef was amazing and the beach itself was just perfect. Every amenity that we could have wanted was available. We had a fantastic 4 days in the Windsong. The staff is very welcoming, always smiling, and makes you feel at home. The property is well-maintained and beautiful. There are a few pools and restaurants. Breakfast is good, with plenty of options.
The beach is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. There is a designated area for the hotel only with chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately, since the reef is right there, many people from other hotels come and sometimes take the chairs. Many water sports options are included in the price; snorkeling can be paid for separately.

Windsong Resort was the perfect getaway. Plenty of accommodations such as bicycles and non-motorized water crafts (kayaks and paddle boards), allowing for plenty of things to do. Their rooftop restaurant had a stunning view and the resort has a beautiful reef you can swim to every day. Their staff were super welcoming and helpful. You can literally text a butler to make dinner reservations for you! And their housemaids were on top of making sure our room was clean and refreshed when needed. 10/10!!

Overall property was nice, food was good. Part of the room was updated and other parts were still dated. The servicing of the rooms was excellent, twice a day. The service at the restaurant Pelago was very slow, the beach service took over an hour to get anyone to come take your order even with the flag up for service and some times the people helping with towels and beach equipment would be a little rude. Overall it was good place to stay, the beach was short but clean. We could also walk to other resorts to eat dinner at their restaurant easily as taxis can be pricey for a family of 6.

Stay away!!! This hotel is unsafe and dirty!! A picture fell of the wall at 2AM in our room and could have killed my son. We found cockroaches in our $1000 a night room and in the lobby. The housekeeping staff lost their master key and we were told to dead bolt our door so we weren’t robbed or murdered. The staff were aggressive when we brought things to their attention. The restaurant staff were constantly on their phones and did not provide service. There are much better, safer accommodations for cheaper. We paid $1000 a room and feared for our safety the entire trip. We have traveled to over 65 countries and never experienced such horrible conditions and incidents. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I don’t know how they have any good reviews.

I had a good stay overall, beach front access to beautiful water. So close to the water! The amenities are wonderful at little to no cost ( paddle board, snorkel gear) Food was good. The only upset were the housekeeping staff at times. A couple of times they came into my room very early (9:30am) and walked into the room. One of them yelled at me to put the “do not disturb” sign up when i am in the room. Which i understand my fault it in in not doing so, but this is the only hotel that I have found housecleaning to come in so early. Some (not all) of the staff weren’t the most friendly which was a bummer as well. Overall this place is wonderful and has potential to be better with some tweaks.

Our room was in the new tower, building 4. It was a junior suite, very large, overlooking the beach. Very nice. The only drawback to the resort was a lack of dinner restaurants and the lack of sports for teens. I recommend putting up a volleyball net on the beach and coordinating activities for kids

From the moment we arrived we were well taken care of. The Butler service was helpful to get all of our activities booked and making sure we always had a cab. The beach was amazing, white sand and turquoise water as far as the eye could see!

The pool is small and overcrowded. Some of the restaurants are also overcrowded. With a few exceptions, the staff was unhelpful, and occasionally rude. The beach is stunning, but you can get at any of the other hotels along Grace Bay, probably with better service.

I think the only thing I'm sad about giving 5 stars is giving away a great secret. This resort is perfect for someone like me who does not want a big hotel but enjoys the convenience of one. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The design and amenities in our suite were absolutely amazing. I would live there if I could. The beach was right next to the reef, which was perfect for anyone who loves snorkeling. We also enjoyed the restaurants, as well as the taco place up the beach. We would not only recommend this to friends, but we will be back. No doubt.

Wingsong was fabulous! They were extremely accommodating when we needed to move our dates last minute. The front desk and Butler staff is 10/10. The resort is not too big which is nice bc never seems too busy even when they are fully booked. There are several dining options and the food is good. The beach is beautiful and the people are so nice. I would recommend getting a car bc taxi's around the island, to town and to restaurants are very expensive.

This is a very nice resort and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay. It is not luxury but you get what you pay for. I consider the resort to be great for families, especially the bungalows which have full kitchens and living areas. It was clean and right on the beach. The beach was slim so not a lot of sandy area but enough for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly but did not go above and beyond by any means. The location was beautiful and right on the reef to snorkel which was fun.

The property was amazing. Clean and plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. The view from our room was picture perfect. The food was surprisingly good and the morning grab and go was enough to get us through until lunch or an early dinner. The housekeeper was timely and the room was always super clean. I loved that they had infused water at all times and for those that forgot sunscreen, there was a large dispenser to grab some before you were sorry you did not apply. The location was perfect for us, we could walk down the beach either way and had plenty of beach to walk on. I would recommend this property for a great Turks stay and have passed the resort on to many so far.

You can have breakfast at a couple of different locations including lovely secluded tables overlooking the water or at roof top restaurant in building 4,these are nicer options than the poolside restaurant. Suggest going elsewhere for dinner. We had spottty WiFi in our room but that may have been an isolated issue

We had a great stay! It was close to the airport and the staff was extremely helpful when needed. Our rooms were always cleaned and so was the resort. We only had breakfast & lunch there, which both were standard. Would 100% go back in the future!

Clean nice room. it’s a smaller resort. beach is on the narrow side but big enough to accommodate guest staying at the resort.

we had a very nice suite and it was clean. however at times there was a sulfur smell in the kitchen area. some of the appliances needed directions like the coffee pot! the towels were clean but not soft. there were plenty of lounge chairs. the beach was nice but small.
