Gym had plenty of equipment, had to request telephone replaced in the room and AC to be find bc the first night it was extremely hot. 2 plugs broken behind our bed made it hard to plug iphone, watch and earbubs in for charging close to bed.

The Shore Club was an absolute dream in every way. We stayed for four nights and I couldn't have imagined a better stay. The property is gorgeous, the food is excellent and we loved using the amenities (lap pool, tennis club, basketball net) etc. The staff was extremely professional and helpful and we are very grateful for them going above and beyond, especially by getting one of the gardeners to get us fresh coconuts from the trees on property. Well done and thank you!

Thecroomwas beautiful and spotless every day! The sorcial treats like coffee and chocolates and fluffy towels and comfy pillows!. ALL of the employees and team memberes we encourted were sooooo pleasant, polite, HAPPY, accommodating. We loved our table vaptain at Sui Ren Joseph and James and the manager May! Our room attendant Doreen was so sweet as well as Mac the bartender! So many others we didnt catch names of but everyone and everything was first class. We cant wait to comeback! The Shore Club is very nice. Well maintained, friendly staff. Two things standout, the food & drinks are expensive within the facility and there’s no club or bar at night to party. If your intent is to have a quiet space to relax & catch up on your reading, this is your place.

This was the best vacation ever! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing and overall a complete reset! The hotel was immaculate! The grounds were perfect. Pools INSANELY clean. Chairs clean and always covered with two towels set up for you on the spot. The staff was helpful and generous and attentive. The chefs are amazing and every meal I ate was better than the next! The drinks were strong and I never felt like I was being cheated out of anything. I was checked on constantly to make sure I didnt need anything whether I was by the pool or ocean! They helped with bookings and reservations too! Even the guests at the shore club were classy, fun, kind and just an elevated calibur of human! Complete opposite in mexico. Guest here came to relax and enjoy the luxury of calm, silence, great food, alone or couple time and my most favorite part was that there werent any kids runnign around screaming or splashing! I saw a few babies and they were so wonderful. I cant wait to go back here! I will never stay on grace bay after seeing longbay and staying here! This is my new home away from home!

Our favorite family destination

We travel to Club Med Turks & Caicos every year with our family—my husband, our nine-year-old daughter, and me—and we absolutely love it. This has truly become our annual tradition.

The resort has something for everyone. My husband loves the kitesurfing, I really enjoy the fitness options and the amazing food, and my daughter absolutely loves the Kids Club. It’s the perfect balance of activity, relaxation, and fun for all ages.

We always meet great people and make new friends, which makes the experience even more special. This is our destination for sure, and we can’t wait to come back again.

Drinks were bad. I would think for an upscale hotel the drinks would not be from oversweetened mixes. No music at all at pools which is very strange and made the hotel very boring and low energy. Rooms were nice and clean. Male staff member used a key to walk into our room after knocking. We still dont know why.

My experience was amazing. The property was as advertised, stunning and clean in every way. The entire staff from the managers, front office, ancillary staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. The staff accommodated all my requests to ensure my comfort. The property was serene, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and included all of the necessities to prepare meals at our leisure.

If you are seeking relaxation with superb service, this is the place.

Lastly, but certainly not least, Delores at the Almond restaurant was phenomenal and took the best care of our family. We will certainly return in the future. Thank you, Shore Club, you made our first trip to TCI unforgettable!

The property was beautiful. The staff was amazing but there was nothing to do at the resort or the surrounding area. It cost $100 round trip a day to go to town or the casino. The resort should have a pool table. They said they had a ping pong table but that it was broken. they do have non motorized equipment but if you are not into that then there is nothing to do. They should have some pool fun. some entertainment. Or at least have the free shuttle drop off the guests in town or the casino for free. they take you to their sister property but itis a 15 minute walk to the town and a 30 minute walk to one of the casinos. the other one is not even in walking distance. The area that you have to walk is desolate for the first 10 minutes so it's a bit scary and it was very hot. For this reason we will never return.

The Shore Club and Staff are amazing. I do recommend renting a car and driving yourself around. My children all took kitesurfing lessons on Long Bay, ages 7,8,10 and 12. Ive been kitesurfing +20 years and there is no better place to learn than Long Bay, it's Super convenient. The Saff consistently went above and beyond. Very friendly people, highly recommend.

We had the best time at the Shore Club! The property is absolutely stunning, everywhere you look is picture perfect. It was quiet, the staff was amazing, the beach is beautiful and quiet. We did some water sports offered at the hotel. The food was excellent, the cocktails great, we will definitely come back!

For a high-end resort, very disappointed and did not feel it was worth the price at almost $1000/night.
We came for our 25th anniversary and wanted to splurge by staying at a high-end resort. With the high cost, we were expecting such better treatment and were very disappointed.

The grounds were very nice and well cared for, the pools were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurants for dinner was very good. Housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy. There were several nice people working at the resort.

Problems started with our check-in, no info on the resort was provided, no welcome packet with info of the property, nothing about the resort and what it had to offer, we were given our keys, walked to our room and left to figure it out on our own.
The room was nice but clearly needed a refresh; rust, cracked tiles, in need of a coat of paint, & dirty rugs. Our garden view room was a giant hedge, no view, none of this is what you would expect from a luxury resort.

When we dined for breakfast every morning, had dinner at both Sui Ren and the Almond Tree. The food was very good.
The overall service was extremely low. Searching for servers, spoken to very rudely and treated as though we were bothering them. The receptionist at the Spa was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have been to several resorts in the Caribbean, and this was one of the most disappointing. I have had better treatment for a lot less $$

Great resort, very nice facilities. The only lowlight is how chilled and uncoordinated the staff is: really bad organization, people are not motivated at all. I suggest management to remove those ridiculously auto-included +15% of “service fees” from anything they charge and let their staff be actually motivated to gain those tips by providing good service.

Our room was sleek, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled,cozy and elevated.

However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. Unfortunately, they lacked warmth and hospitality, often coming across with a dismissive attitude. A simple smile or friendly demeanor would’ve made a big difference, especially in the mornings.

Aside from that, the stay was a solid 10/10. The beach at the resort wasn’t ideal—lots of seaweed but having a rental car made it easy to drive just seven minutes to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach.

Food-wise, breakfast at the hotel was decent, but we found our favorites elsewhere. Omar’s Beach Hut was hands down a 10/10, and Mr. Grouper’s was another great local spot worth checking out.

When you start the vacation getting double charged and then realize the same person double charging more than one guest, it raises more than suspicion. Our double charge was not reversed until we made it a point to not leave the service area and started to as for the accounting dept supervisor. Staff was not friendly unless there was a tip involved. However there was 3 people that went out of their way to be friendly and try to help out when they could and that was Jobe Cimes (Helped us with shuttles),

We liked the adult only pool because of the ocean breeze you could feel. I felt like the menu of both restaurants was limited. There were very few choices for sides. My fiancé and I stayed at The Shore Club for 8 nights. Every single day and night was absolutely phenomenal. The grounds and facilities are incredible. Staff were hospitable, professional, and so kind. I can’t say enough good things about our time here. Breakfast in the courtyard was the perfect start to each day at luxurious pools, the relaxing beach, or having fun playing tennis or getting some exercise at the gym. Facilities were very nice and clean. The water is beautiful and shallow on this side of the island. The beach is small in width with some seaweed; but the property does a good job of clearing it up daily. Dinner options at the resort could definitely be better with options of food (ie: if the menus changed daily). We had a wonderful stay at the Shore Club and would highly recommend if you are looking for something laidback and more on the quiet side.

The Shore Club is a beautiful hotel on a gorgeous beach. There are several non-motorized water sports available for guests to use. The staff is extremely helpful. They were always available to set up our beach chairs and provide us with towels and water. The pools and gym are open 24/7, allowing us to go for late evening swims. There isn’t much of a night life at the 3 sister hotels, but this was fine for us as we were looking for a tranquil and relaxing vacation. Highly recommend.

We stayed at The Shore Club in Turks and Caicos, and it was a solid choice. The place is clean, well-kept, and everything worked like it should.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone we talked to was polite, knew what they were doing, and didn’t make us feel like a bother. Service was quick and consistent.

The food was good across the board. Breakfast was reliable, dinners were well done, and there were enough options that everyone found something they liked. Even the kid ate without a fight.

The pool was nice, clean, not overcrowded, and good for both adults and kids. Plenty of chairs and towels, and shade if you wanted it. No complaints there.

The beach was beautiful. White sand, clear water, not rocky. Easy to get in and out. Good spot for relaxing or letting the kids play.

Overall, The Shore Club is a great place to stay if you want a quiet, comfortable vacation with no major headaches. Would go back without hesitation.

I just stayed at the shore club 04/29/25 - 05/05/25 and it was an absolutely stunning property !!! The staff is absolutely incredible, notable mentions would be the property manager , Rosa the bar tender, Amber the sailing captain, all house keeping staff, and all kitchen staff. From the moment you enter the property you feel like you are in paradise. The food is incredible, the beach is perfect, activities are great. This is the place to stay without a doubt.
