An amazing place to relax and swim. Best view from the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Had no housekeeping day 1 and daily service replaced some not all towels. Elevators shared w/maintenance & cleaning crew which caused delays. For a 5star place they have some rough edges but overall a beautiful stay,

We were pretty dissapointed with our stay. Our room was right below the restaurant so it was super nosy at night. Staff were unhelpful and not very friendly. The food was horrible and overpriced. Room was okay - waterfront view but all the furniture was stained and uncomfortable.

I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! The food was fine, breakfast was great and worth the money and we did several lunches and one dinner. Expect all food to be expensive no matter where you eat, you’re on a tiny island that needs to import everything. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean. We had a partial beach view and the Staff was nice. However, the issues we reported to them never got addressed and no ever got back to us. We had an icemaker that wasn’t working and water from the shower was draining partially down the drain and partially into our bathroom. We arrived Sunday and had ice. We called the front desk Monday morning and told them that the ice maker wasn’t working and it never got fixed by the time we left on Saturday. We went to the butler and got ice then 2 hours later someone called and asked if we wanted ice. we reported the problem with the drain to a housekeeper. She said she would take care of it. they took care of it by putting two rugs at the entrance of the shower. We reported it to the front desk. Nothing was ever done and nobody ever got back to us about anything.

Very little beach if at all.. pictures were misleading (clearly done at low tide), no real pool. no instructions on how to unlook stove, view and hotel itself very nice.. just very disappointed in the beach. Had to drive to use other beaches

The AC had to be fixed and toliet seat was hanging of the toliet when we first arrived.. the free breakfast wasn’t worth the amount of time you waited to be seated or serviced. No service for drinks or food at the pool or on the beach. We had to call house keeping 3 times in one day to come clean our room after they skipped it the day before

terrible. Customer service was poor, not even a bottle of water in the room. We had no bar in the room and got charged for it. If I didn't check the receipt, we would of been charged for \"drinking\" the whole bar. Complimentary breakfast was cereal and a tiny muffin. During the storm, we were sitting in the restaurant trying to order breakfast and not one waiter came to us. They saw us and pretended like we werent there. Paid so much money for this hotel and got crap!

Excellent staff and daily service.
Excellent spacious room with direct pool and beach access, full service kitchen and laundry.
Suggest a wardrobe for clothing storage, and a few more options like hard boiled eggs for the continental breakfast.
Overall a highly recommended resort and would return.

Our suite was large, clean and had a great view. It truly is a suite and had a functional kitchen. The building is very new and sits right on the beach. Service was generally good, but we would have liked better service and menu options at the restaurant. Windsong would benefit from more activities for guests, especially teenagers. In particular, there should be beach activities, like volleyball.

We went here for my 50th birthday with 2 other couples. We each got our own rooms. We stayed in building 4. The room was very clean and the staff was attentive. I would highly recommend.

In one word - FANTASTIC.
Very clean room (room cleaning service comes 3 times a day), friendly staff, superb amenities, excellent location, good food. Overall, we had very good experience and I would highly recommend it.

My issue was paying more for the room (about $1k/per night) with the swim-up pool, thinking it was exclusive/private to those who paid more for that type of room, but come to find out, that pool was for all hotel guests. That should be disclosed when booking. Nowhere online is that specified. Had I known, I would have booked the cheapest room there & use the swim-up pool, since it’s accessible to all hotel guests. But I over-spent on that room for nothing. Felt misled.
So. Don’t spend the extra money on the room with the swim-up pool. Save your money, book a cheaper room & you can still use that same pool that others paid more for.

We did a Thursday to Monday trip. It was very relaxing as it was a slow time in September. Room was clean and the Ocean view was amazing.

Most of the staff was nice some of them were not as energetic as others. Food at the jojo’s restaurant was good, fish was there. Beach was nice and well kept. We will definitely be back

We liked the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the property was well taken care of, the cleanliness. We stayed in a the new building at a room with swimup pool , and the room was beautiful!

We didn't like the limited meal options (2 restaurants onsite). The hotel seems understaffed because the meals always arrived within 45min+, and it's hard to accommodate to this delayed timeframe when traveling with kids. Also, limited breakfast items.

We spent six wonderful days in Tower 4, and the property is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite spacious, and the view was breathtaking. However, on our first day after checking in, we encountered a problem with the shower; water was leaking into the bathroom and even spilling into the hallway. We called the front desk, and they quickly sent a maintenance worker to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue was due to a structural problem in the bathroom, which he couldn't fix.
Fortunately, they moved us to another room that was exactly what we had originally booked but on a different floor. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive; whenever we needed anything, a quick text message was all it took for them to come through for us.
The property itself is beautiful, and the beachfront is conveniently close, with plenty of beach chairs available. The staff made sure there were enough for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the resort and can't wait to return.

The pictures don’t do this place the just due it deserves. The rooms are very spacious, up to date, yet cozy enough to feel like home away from home. The staff and property were top tier!!! Highlighted by our Butler, Garey. He and others went above and beyond, to accommodate us during our stay. As a Single, couple and or Family trip this is the place for you!!! 10 out of 10 I will be staying here again on our next trip to Turks!!!
