Wonderful stay at The Oasis. Walking distance to everything, a short walk to the beach, Nespresso maker and bathrobes in the room. Restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful, and Stacie at the front desk went above and beyond, helping with all the arrangements, adding special touches, and making our trip as relaxing as possible. We’re especially grateful for the birthday card and wine!

I loved everything about our stay here. The grounds are beautiful, it’s a much closer walk to the beach than I expected maybe 5 mins, the staff was amazing, restaurant was incredible, rooms were great. I saw reviews about noise from the nearby club but didn’t hear anything even over the weekend. I was on that side of the property too so don’t let that deter you. 100% would stay here again.

Stacie and every single person we encountered on the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and absolutely wonderful. The entire place and all the amenities were top notch! The food was excellent! The rooms clean and attended to daily. The resort had absolutely lovely grounds. I recommend The Oasis at Grace Bay highly!!

Cute boutique hotel, clean and grounds were pretty very lushy. Had the hotel pool to ourselves on both days we went to pool! We upgraded room with outdoor shower on balcony which was great. Loved the nice touch of a free charger, beach bag and flip flop bag tags in the room. Hotel does not have direct beach access however and it is not disclosed that there is a very loud club with excessively loud music in close distance our room was the closest proximity to club music booming till 230am:(

This hotel is nice and quiet with updated rooms that have everything you need. The free beach shuttle and e-bikes were great amenities. The front desk was very helpful taking care of anything we needed. This hotel's location is great because you're pretty close to everything. My main reason for giving them 4 stars is that my husband and I wanted more service. For example, there's no one at the pool or the beach to take drink or food orders. You have to go to the restaurant and place an order and they told me they won't deliver it to me, I have to go get it. At the beach, we wanted more of a resort experience where people are walking by, talking orders and bringing you what you need, but you have to go find someone to order and they have it sent my shuttle and then you pick it up from them. Also, maybe it was just certain people, but most of the employees we encountered in the hotel's restaurant weren't very friendly.

We loved our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay. The grounds are beautiful, the beach easily accessible, and the accommodations absolutely lovely! The staff also went out of their way to make our trip everything we wanted. A special thanks to Stacie and the others at the front desk for their wonderful assistance. Ours was a perfect stay and I would highly recommend The Oasis at Grace Bay to anyone visiting the Turks and Caicos. It is in a good location for activities but also is a beautiful, peaceful, and friendly place to relax and unwind!

Very friendly staff at the Oasis. Alba and Stacey in particular helped us with booking tours. My son fell ill during the trip and we asked to postpone our snorkeling trip by a day. No problem. They also let us check out an hour later.
The property feels secluded but not far away from the heart of Grace Bay. We had lunches on the property at Trattoria Isolana. It has everything you’d expect from a resort restaurant. We walked to half of our dinners at highly rated places nearby, e.g. Infiniti restaurant, Coco Bisto, etc. Every day we took a golf cart ride to the beach which is 2-3 minutes away. The beach chairs are always set up perfectly. You can order any drinks at the beach.
Overall we feel the Oasis offers great value without the $1000+/night price of all inclusive resorts.

Very beautiful place. Check in with was smooth and extremely accommodating with a cold towel, yummy beverage and quick tour. Rooms feel extra safe since the doors require a code for entry. Great pools and lovely Christmas decorations. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. Robes, slippers, makeup towels. Restaurant is good and the beach shuttle is super convenient. Great location too. Only inconvenience was my room directly faced the construction noise and they start early in the day.

Everything stood out!!!! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. I have a mobility issue to due surgery that I did not reveal to the resort before check-in and upon finding out, they moved us to a room on the first floor so I would not have to walk up two sets of stairs during our stay. The food at the resort was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner did not disappoint. 10 out of 10. Staff was amazing!!!!!

The only improvements I can suggest is better communication with their driver for airport pick ups (driver was great, but there was some miscommunication from the hotel so had to wait awhile to be picked up) & would love if they had filtered water stations so guests could fill up own water bottles to help cut down on plastic waste. I read online that you can drink the water in Turks, but two employees said locals don't, so we went with bottled water.

I highly recommend this hotel! Not because the property stands out but because of the exceptional staff and service provided. I went to with my sister to celebrate my 40th birthday, no plans, no expectations. Once the team heard the reason for my trip they sprung into action making it a very memorable trip.
Special thanks to the entire team but I have to call out Dianna, Iveno, Chef Ordel and Manager Lorne. These folks made me feel welcome and went above and beyond their normal duties.

Breakfast had many options.The national park/beach was 600 feet away which we walked or hotel golf cart took us there during the day.Room was very clean.The only complaint we have it’s the tv.Plenty of channels but the tv was hard to operate sometimes and volume didn’t go up enough so some people may find it frustrating.We walked to other stores and restaurants about 800 feet away from oasis.I have to say the staff is great and if I didn’t have enough coffee or toilet paper they brought it immediately.Everyone is very helpful.There are small pools .The hotel is equipped with some modern equipment .The Oasis is like mini resort so not much to do for kids.We choosed this hotel because of the price and close to beach .

I sent my parents here on a last-minute trip to attend a nearby wedding, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with the utmost kindness and hospitality. My mom is one tough cookie, but even she said she has *never* experienced such genuine warmth and care.

The grounds were spotless, and the rooms were just as clean and welcoming. My parents were blown away by how attentive the staff were—going above and beyond to make sure their stay was perfect. The sweetest touch was when the staff even asked my parents to let them know once they had arrived home safely!

This kind of thoughtful service left such an impression that we’re already planning a family trip back. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for the way they were treated. Thank you so much for making their trip so special!

I won't be staying there anymore. We had a room with 2 beds, last night I changed beds and woke up with my whole body filled with bed bug bites.
The property is nothing to rave about. One restaurant for breakfast/lunch and dinner with the same items. The beach is not walking distance; you need to be driven with a golf cart and same to return. The only friendly staff at the front desk, is Stacey, the rest of the ladies are borderline rude. Especially an Asian looking one, just exudes bad energy. This resort is not impressive and same with the staff.

Arrived had used cigarette in non smoking room, stain on cover. Rug was filthy, bench in room filthy, bed squeeked a lot. Shower was nasty, room had good air conditioning, size of room was nice, bed was comfortable. Door to room was broken kind of, walls paper paper thin, could make out entire convos of neighbors. Pool was nice, pretty hotel. Restaurant was ok,location was nice very close to beach. Had shuttle service to beach. This is a budget friendly place. And you really get what you pay for here, and maybe a little less. They could work better on cleanliness and updating basic things to make the stay better, overall my stay wasn’t impacted poorly as I came pretty prepared with my own sheets and blankets. Etc. but I wouldn’t come back here.

This is a hidden Gem. The staff is what truly made our stay the most enjoyable and memorable. The room was very clean and well equipped. Close to the pool with a private patio. The bed was comfortable. Pillows are large but very soft.
It is close to shopping and entertainment. Walkable to shops and groceries. We enjoyed the snapper at the on-site restaurant it was delicious. I can’t say it enough the staff make you feel like family. Thank you and we will be back soon.
