A nice hotel with spacious rooms, balcony and big beds. Beach is a few min walk across the street, location close to many restaurants and shops. Staff is helpful.
We did hear music at night from the 2 bars close by but not too loud.
We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We liked the smallness of this hotel and the location. Close to many restaurants, the beach was wonderful and just a short walk, and the pool- although small was perfect. We also appreciated that you could swim in the pool early morning or late evening. We would stay here again.

Nice clean room with plenty of space. Very convenient location to main drag, restaurants shops and beach in walking distance. Pool was a bit chilly when we arrived but beach so close we didn’t need to use anyway. Staff was helpful

It was not easy to find. It is behind a restaurant and we wouldn’t have found it if we didn’t got for a walk downtown first we tried to access it 2x until we realized there was no actual driveway or entryways accept to go to restaurant parking that was not part of the small resort. It like they put lipstick on a pig. Not impressed at all and check in was terrible. The young girl at front desk was rude and not accommodating at all.

We spent a week at Grace Bay Suites. We are a retired couple and it was a lovely place to sit back and relax by the pool or on our deck. Most of the time it was quiet. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel with music at night but with the AC on we didn’t notice it. The pool and landscaping was very nice and clean, but the cushions on the deck and by the pool could use some refreshing. The staff was friendly. I think there was a miscommunication about cleaning our room when I told one of the cleaning staff we didn’t need the room done that day. They didn’t show up for several days so on the fifth day I asked at the desk if someone would clean. They didn’t show up until the next afternoon when I was resting so I told her never mind. There seemed to be a shortage of small towels and facecloths. Certainly not faulting the cleaning staff. The room was very clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft.
This hotel is in a great location, just five minutes walk to the beach and so many wonderful shops and restaurants with varied cuisine. There is a larger grocery store about a ten minute walk with fresh foods available. We were going to rent a car but canceled it after arriving as everything we needed was nearby. If you are a dog lover you can check out the dog rescue in the shops next to the hotel and sign up to walk a dog. We loved this. The people on the island were so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a great stay. The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.
While the property could use a bit more upkeep, it served its purpose well. It’s not a luxury stay, but it’s comfortable and practical for sleeping and exploring the area.
We also didn’t have any issues with noise from the nearby bar, which is expected given the central location.

Cute clean hotel in T&C, with each room having a balcony/patio overlooking the pool area.
Dedicated Grace Bay Suites beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs are literally across th street past the shopping area then down a short path - to paradise. Don’t forget your beach towels at the front desk.
It might not be a grand resort right on the beach - but it feels that way since you’re so close and the hotel is clean with nice people running it.
Shopping and restaurants are all within a 2-3 block area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and super unhelpful people and it took forever to reach them.

Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping service was excellent—we received fresh towels every day. The location is very close to the beach, and just a few steps away from restaurants and shops. They provided us with beach towels, and we even had a designated spot on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Very clean pool, quiet and relaxing definitely recommend it

It’s right in heart of all the shops & restaurants all walking distance. We didn’t need a car, 3 minute walk to beach on a cement walkway. The elevator wasn’t working, we were on the 3rd floor, fine for us but fyi if someone has trouble with stairs. Room was clean, pool was a bit small but only 24 rooms in the boutique hotel

It was a perfect place to stay regarding the location to everything ! 2 minute walk to beach .free lounge chairs and towels provided everyday.
Staff willing to help when possible.( Sometimes an issue due to language barrier with a few staff).
Pool very clean and nice . Small but nice .
The outdoor furniture was comfortable by pool and on balcony. However , due to the light color it seemed quite dirty and stained .
Beds and rooms cleaned most days . If asked for a bed change if it did not happen that day staff was more than willing to accommodate.
I definitely would stay here again in the future !

Perfect location, close to all the restaurants and attractions. The only minor issue was a miscommunication about housekeeping. Since we stayed for four nights, it would’ve been nice if the cleaning crew came by once to tidy up. Aside from that, everything else was great. Definitely recommend

There was a very bad smell which the receptionist claims it is from the Neibor and they can’t do anything!!! There is no elevator for 3 story building. There was no paper towel in the room. The regular towel was ripped. There was no room service.

Toilet was plugged in our first room when we got there. The air conditioning did not work well in our second room and the bathroom door bottom hinge was loose causing the door not to open and close correctly. Our 3rd room was better and we were thankful that they allowed us to switch rooms. They could spend a little time picking up some of the trash laying around the grounds. Pool was well maintained. Not sure if the owner cares about their property because it appears that they don’t.

Great location in Grace Bay. We were able to walk to the majority of places we wanted. Nice section of chairs on the beach as well. The staff was helpful with calling taxis and the room was clean. While the rooms have recently been updated. Please understand this is not a luxury property. Water in the shower is warm, not hot. The bed is very firm. Door to our room was questionable- sometimes took several tries to get the lock to catch. The security of the in room safe is also questionable (nothing was stolen). Overall if location and price are most important to you, this place is great. If you’re looking for more comfort and amenities and able to increase your budget maybe consider other options.

There is not a beach view from the hotel. It is about 3 blocks away but there are chairs and umbrellas that can be used if you walk to the beach. The room was clean and all of the amenities were good. The location was great!

Staff watched me struggle in the lobby with my suitcase and offered no help. Room seemed to not be cleaned properly due to the mosquitos biting me in my room I had to try killing them. Shower needed another major cleaning. I did not feel comfortable showering without my flip flops. Also the shower head gad spots on it and was not properly installed in the wall. In the shower only two out of three tubes for shower gel and shampoo were half way filled but did not look up to sanitary standards. Then 9am a housekeeper banged on my door as I am in the shower asking “ when are you leaving?” When check out is 11am. I responded “11am” and she walked away. I did not expect this place to feel like a motel but it did. I paid $271 but felt like it should have been $100 due to lack of quality. Only good thing was i got to check in early.

Negatives: my room wasn't ready when I arrived and once it was I got one with a running toilet. Didn't get fixed until the next afternoon. Misquotes, they need to spray. Shower smelled like pee and the light didn't work in it. They have a vending machine but don't offer any way to brake bills. The vending machine took a chunk out of my finger when I reached in to grab my water, so be careful and use two hands. Definitely not sound proof rooms.

The hotel was located in a central area of Grace Bay close to many restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Beach is a short block away with nice lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests. The proximity of the hotel to everything made for a great vacation. Staff was responsive quickly to our needs. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were large. Rooms could use a few updates but were acceptable.

Grace Bay Suites – Choose Wisely

Grace Bay Suites is located in a very convenient area, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The beds in our room were the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

Unfortunately, despite the prime location, our overall experience was disappointing.

While the staff was friendly, they were ineffective in addressing serious issues. During our seven-night stay, our room was affected by a persistent and foul sewage odor every morning between 5- 9 a.m. The smell was strong enough to wake us up every single morning. Who wants to wake up at 5am, especially while on vacation and even worse by the aweful smell!

There was also visible mold in the room. We reported these problems multiple times, yet management failed to take meaningful corrective action and declined any form of compensation.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and unreliable. We constantly had to ask for basic necessities such as towels, soap, and toilet paper. If they did replinsh the necessary items then the floors weren't swept or moped. On two separate occasions, the housekeeping staff told us they were too busy and would not service our room that day. This is completely unacceptable.

Given these ongoing and unresolved issues, our stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. Knowing what we know now, we would not choose to stay here again nor recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful TCI.

The hotel was in a good location but the positives end there. This is essentially a motel and not what’s advertised. Our beds were not made once in four nights, garbage was collected once on day 3, there were never any towels available and we ended up using pool towels, no coffee or coffee cups, door handle was broken, bathroom door didn’t lock, no soap dish for hand soap etc etc. front desk is only open 8am-8pm. Outdoor seats on the patio were all mossy. Chipped paint, rust throughout the room and bathroom. Cycles for rent didn’t have working brakes and were rusted. Beach chairs were limited and first come first serve and usually taken by 9am. Disappointing stay which ruined an expensive vacation and not worth anywhere close to the price we paid per night based on reviews and pictures. Do not trust the reviews.

I hated it there! The room was extremely outdated. There were cracks in the walls and grime in the corners. The bathroom smelled like pee upon check in. My room was on the 3rd floo walk up ( no elevator) and there was no service to help me with my heavy luggage upon check out. It reminded me of 2 star hotel. I wanted to cancel my reservation as soon as I walked through the door, but at that point it was non refundable and I was only staying one night. If you value nice and comfortable accommodations, then this is not the place for you.

The pool is very small and can probably accommodate two or more people at a time. The pool and building are not the attraction, use the building for what it is, sleep the night. The beds comfortable, clean, shower ehh. Rent a car and go to different beaches, the Grace Bay beach front you have to walk to, but once you get there its clean with soft sand and good swimming if you prefer to swim. No alcohol served at the beach, bring your own and keep the area clean, take your empties with you. Overall get your transport, drive around to different beaches, food and drink is very expensive, so get your beverages from a store and drink responsibly.

The front desk staff and the maintenance man were way beyond expectations. The room was very clean but the surrounding area that they share with a restaurant was not ideal.

The room was very spacious tv and air conditioner worked. Im giving 4 stars because housekeeping did not change the towels and didn't provide new hand soap. They just did the beds.
