This beach hotel is located on the island of Providenciales, in the far west of the archipelago of the Turks and Caicos. Opened in 1993 as the first luxury hotel in the Turks and Caicos, the elegant establishment now offers 82 rooms with an adults-only concept.

Guests are invited to make use of in-house facilities which include a hairdressing salon, a casino, a bar and a restaurant. Conference facilities are available for corporate travellers and Internet access is provided for those who wish to stay connected.

All rooms are just steps from the beach with a spacious terrace featuring stunning sea views. Each is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and high-speed Internet access.

Every thing was perfect - the staff especially. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Room was so nice and comfortable. Clean, updated, perfect. Both our room attendants and our concierge guys made sure we were well taken care of. My husband used the gym and loved it. Our vacation was so peaceful. I think there y a lot people at the resort but it never felt crowded at all. We never waited long for anything.

But the star was the beach and the water. The views from GBC were perfect. I loved this resort and would go back over and over!

The property is beautiful, with gorgeous natural surroundings and a prime location on Grace Bay. The beach is stunning, the grounds are well maintained, and the setting truly feels special and relaxing.

We would also like to specifically recognize Antonio, who was consistently professional, warm, and attentive. His service genuinely felt five-star, which unfortunately wasn’t the case with the rest of the staff.

Areas for improvement:
The main issue was service consistency and follow-through. While no single problem was major, there was a recurring need to follow up on basic requests, and service often felt reactive rather than proactive. At this price point, guests should not feel the need to manage or chase service.

Dining and small details were also inconsistent — for example, an expensive steak arrived undercooked and had to be sent back, and a simple birthday candle request was missed. Individually minor, but together they detract from the luxury experience.

We also spoke with other guests who shared similar impressions regarding inconsistent attentiveness.

Expedia photos may not reflect the actual view, so request a specific view in advance if it matters to you.

Resolution:
After speaking with management, dinner charges were waived, which we appreciated and felt was handled professionally.

Overall:
A beautiful resort in an incredible location, but service consistency needs improvement to fully justify the luxury pricing.

Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. The bar-restaurant had nice lunch items the complimentary breakfast each day was good and a nice selection. There was good live entertainment by the beach almost every night, and the fire pits were all lit by the sea. We visited several of the surrounding resorts for dinner and Grace Bay was by far the best all-around from our perspective. We were greeted when we arrived and did not have to wait long at all before we were in our room. The bellman showed us through the room and shared specific information about the resort. There was a nice welcome letter for us outlining hours of operation and the amenities on site. I would recommend booking your excursions through the hotel concierge. The ones we booked through them were the best! For our catamaran excursion they picked us up right on the beach in front of the resort. It was so convenient. The only thing I could even say that was not just 10 was the beach service was not very attentive but the pool service was. We were not that impressed with the Infiniti restaurant for dinner. The food was subpar but the service was great.

Just to name a few; Franklyn, Tiffany, Sinola, Gregory,Chris, Amado, Everett, the entire crew at the spa, the beach crew,the bartenders,etc,etc,etc.They bend over backwards to make sure your stay is truly relaxing. It was a fabulous trip! Loved the Grace Bay Club property, and will definitely return. The front desk, restaurant and housekeeping services were excellent!

However, the Beach service and attitude of the Beach attendants needs work, with exception of Just Tacos! We loved \"Garth\" and his staff.

Also \"Sonny\" in the breakfast restaurant was wonderful! Super attentive and always pleasant. He went out of his way to make our breakfast something to look forward to every day!!

Our butlers Fitzroy and Austin were very good, but sad they didn't make an effort to say goodbye.

Lastly, just loved our classy and beautiful cheese board and champagne. Just wished we had it \"earlier\" in our stay so we could enjoy it.

Thank you for making our annual Bestie girlfriend's trip so special!

The concierge service is awesome. My only complaint would be that the cocktails aren’t that great and they’re $16 apiece. Other than that just a perfect trip.

Upon arrival to the property, the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The concierge (Kim) set me up immediately on what’s app to ensure all my questions and wants were taken care of. Our room was perfect and the food at all the restaurants were great and they offered a variety ensuring you didn’t have to leave the property unless you wanted to. All of our waiters/waitresses went above and beyond when taking care of us especially on my birthday/anniversary dinner night. (Thank you Winston) We will definitely be going back soon. It was so refreshing as everyone was nice, kind and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Gorgeous resort!

Can’t beat the Beautiful beach front and unobstructed ocean views! Infinity bar lounge and restaurant was fantastic, great nightly atmosphere with live music. Comfy lounge chairs on the beach. Great drinks and food. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, at a lot of resorts run low during peak times. Staff where friendly enough, concierge helpful however throughout the resort my expectation would have been to have the same consistent customer service for the price point. Some servers in the restaurants where just not interested and did the bare minimum. Overall a great vacation experience. I would be interested in visiting the other 2 sister resorts of Grace Bay Club next time. Shore Club and the new Rock house location.

We loved it here ! Gorgeous white sand beach, turquoise water, friendly and attentive staff. The exterior show some wear and tear but only mildly so. Our room ( actually one bedroom suite) was beautifully appointed , modern and clean and steps from the adult pool and beach. Beach staff was very friendly and helpful and many water sports and breakfast was included in the cost of the stay. Would absolutely return.

6th time to island, 1st time at Grace Bay Club. The property is beautiful. The room was decorated beautiful. If you’re trying to decide between the Ritz and Grace Bay Club, I recommend this hotel. Grace Bay Club caters to their guests, they have a truly Caribbean vibe, lush gardens, and the beachfront is the most stunning here. It’s the widest, white sand beach on the entire bay. The beach I front of the Ritz is much smaller.

Stole my $3500 deposit; STAY AWAY

Great room, TERRIBLE service. The hotel has refused to apply a $3500 deposit to our bill of over $11,000 or refund the deposit. They have also failed to call me back after repeated inquiries and don't seem to have any idea I even placed a deposit. We actually took the trip because they would not refund the deposit due to omicron concerns, and they totally misrepresented how many positive tests they have had. Now they want to keep the deposit! Amazingly poor service and management. We had stayed multiple time at Grace Bay resorts; will never return.

Beautiful beach and friendly staff. Didn’t like Expedia insurance. I was told it covered both my husband and myself but they wouldn’t list my husbands name on the policy. Couldn’t use it for the TCI requirements. Had to buy another policy. Was shuffled around between the insurance company and Expedia both blaming each other. Waste of 300.00.

It was nice to have an adults only area at the property. The staff at poolside were excellent (Mark, Moses and Gerard). Pauleen was also excellent where we ate lunch by the pool each day. The Infiniti Restaurant was quite nice. The food at this property was excellent as well. Grace Bay Beach is beautiful!

Resort and amenities were spectacular. The service was spotty - staff (with some exceptions) was unenthusiastic and slow (e.g. requests that went unfulfilled, having to wait every time at the pool/beach for someone to set up chairs, and an unwillingness to be flexible to fix small issues when they arose). It didn't ruin our stay by any means, but the level of service is not what you'd expect from a resort in this category / price range. We did venture off-property a few times and found some other places on the island to be similar, so maybe it's just the M.O. in Turks and Caicos.

What a great experience we had at the Grace Bay Club!!! The staff was very attentive and friendly, they really took the time to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Starting from the moment you arrive to check in, you are greeted with friendly faces and an environment that is warm and inviting. The personal concierge service was outstanding! Bobby and Adam were awesome and even got us a dinner reservation at a very popular restaurant (Coco Bistro). Yves and Dayne were awesome in getting us settled into our beach chairs, as well as being friendly and kind. This is my first Expedia review (ever) and I definitely saved the best for my first. I highly recommend this resort and can't wait to go back to paradise soon!

This was our second time to stay at Grace Bay Club. Once again, it was wonderful. The location on Grace Bay beach is perfect. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary morning breakfast was a nice perk. They even surprised me with a cake, balloons and wine for my birthday! I cannot say enough good things about Grace Bay Club. We are selective on where we stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend Grace Bay Club to anyone.

We had an amazing stay. The rooms were beautiful and everyone servicing the restaurants and bars were friendly. My entire party was a bit surprised by the unfriendly demeanor and attitude of the people setting up chairs and towels around the pools and beaches. Even with giving them significant tips, etc they were pretty horrible for a top tier hotel that should pride themselves on customer service.
