The people are the best part of this property!

We have no complaints other than the one many people have and it’s the cost to eat and drink here.

The pool is fantastic and the beach is close and pristine. Our room was massive and made it feel like home other than just a hotel stay.

The property was great and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. We had an ocean front room but we could barely see the ocean plus we were on the first floor so we saw more green than anything. Would definitely go back but highly recommended a top floor with ocean view room. The other thing that would be great is if the property had some music a couple nights a week. There isn’t much to do in the evening besides dinner. Overall, we had a great stay!

This place is above and beyond perfect they have everything so easy and stress free environment. The pool is amazing and open till 10pm the beach is just a short walk with a lunch bar spot and plenty of loung chairs on the beach. The rooms are super clean and fresh.

Only negative is owners seem to claim an area near pool every day and smoke from sunrise to sunset. We were a couple traveling but there were many families as well. Beach amenities including very responsive and helpful staff with lunch ordered to chairs was wonderful. Love that this specific resort is down the way from the main part of Grace Bay ... wider beaching area and less congested with guests ... in Bight Settlement area but still easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The resort is smaller than the larger resorts down the beach but made for a more intimate experience. Would absolutely stay there again!

The room was pretty good, spacious and clean. The sliding doors and large windows need cleaning. The windows are disgusting. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned from the day of arrival. Sand was still on the floor and tables 5 days later. Also the kitchen countertops need a good scrub as it appears it has not been deep cleaned. All that’s done are cosmetic touch ups. The food was mediocre. The menu is the same for all dining areas. Breakfast was ok. The food is mostly luke warm and the chef’s special was a guessing game. The property is well maintained and pretty. If it rains you cannot sit on any of the seating areas as the cushions, chairs etc is soaked until the sun dries it out. So evening cocktails around the fire pit only happened 2 nights out of 5. Be prepared to tip everyone for the smallest thing. The staff was incredibly welcoming upon arrival but leaving they were not as warm.

The only thing was there was seaweed but that’s something the hotel can’t control and at that there wasn’t even a lot. The room was clean and comfortable, and it is very quiet. Its not a super big hotel which is part of its charm. Its right on the beach.
The buffet breakfast was great, with the typical American breakfast options.

Room 106A needs updates- bed/washer/dryer, couch(skimpy, flat and outdated) Overall, a great relaxing time, very friendly workers. They will need to keep updating refreshing to stay competitive with newer resorts being built.
*Pizza ar restaurant was yummy and reasonable priced. Be prepared for high drink prices!

We just returned from our latest trip to West Bay Club and, once again, it was fantastic. This place continues to be one of our absolute favorite resorts on Grand Cayman. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel like family – everyone is genuinely warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything you need. The rooms (we had an ocean-view suite) were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping does an outstanding job every single day.
The property itself is lovely: quiet, beautifully landscaped, great pools, and that perfect stretch of Seven Mile Beach is literally steps away. Kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear – everything is complimentary and in great condition.
Breakfast buffet: still one of the most generous spreads you’ll find on the island with an omelet station, bacon, sausage, pastries, yogurt, juices, etc. There was tons of variety, but I’ll be honest – it wasn’t quite up to the very high standard we’ve experienced here in previous years. The pancakes had a slightly sour/off taste (possibly the batter sat out a bit too long), and the fresh fruit selection, while plentiful, wasn’t as ripe and sweet as we remember. Minor nitpicks in an otherwise excellent experience, and certainly not enough to drop my rating.
At the end of the day, West Bay Club still delivers incredible value for what you get: peaceful location, top-tier service, pristine accommodations, and beachfront perfection. We’ll be back next year without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at the West Bay Club. The facilities are beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the food is excellent. Everything feels clean and well maintained. The beach is simply spectacular - white sand, crystal-clear water, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it hard to leave.

That said, I’d strongly suggest the hotel look into the mosquito situation, especially for rooms on the first floor. They tend to get inside, and I spent several nights trying to get rid of them - which made it hard to sleep. The staff was very responsive and even came late at night to assist with dehumidifiers to reduce that “musty” or “closet-like” smell that sometimes appears when humidity builds up.

I also noticed that the bed frame, made of a woven wood material, tends to collect dust in small spaces, which may contribute to that same smell even though the rooms are clearly cleaned with care.

Overall, despite those small issues, it was a wonderful experience - the service, the food, and especially the beach make West Bay Club a place I’d definitely recommend and return to.

This visit was for our 20th wedding anniversary. From the time we arrived and met Geovonie (who was absolutely fantastic) to the time we left, our stay was fabulous. Furthermore, the entire staff was welcoming and very helpful. We ate at the resort restaurant, our server on several occasions was a young lady named Abigail; she was very nice and polite, she was amazing.
