The Staff at this Hotel were exceptional and made our stay exceptional! From the front desk, morning coffee at the restaurant, lunch by the beach, the young men setting up our day at the beach and the staff that tended our rooms, all were wonderful and went out of their way to make everything perfect! The beach is lovely! We so enjoyed having a delicious lunch at the restaurant located steps from our beach chairs! Yummy salads and sandwiches and again, lovely staff there!! Can’t thank everyone enough! We can only hope to come back!!

The property is on the smaller side and the location is a bit away from the more populated areas of Grace Bay. This was an added bonus because the resort was quiet and we never felt we had to get up super early to reserve beach chairs. The included breakfast was average but adequate. The food by the beach was outstanding and both the restaurant service and beach service was excellent.

The one bedroom unit we stayed in was beautifully furnished with quality appliances. The oceanfront views were spectacular from the room and from the balcony, which was nicely shaded. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating, including the housekeeping department. We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the full breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay there again!

Our lodging expectations were exceeded. Spacious, clean suite with ocean and pool views. Kitchen with all necessary appliances and as a bonus there was a washer and dryer in suite. We had a decent stay at the West Bay Club. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic, and the staff was very nice. Great spot for lunch on the beach. There are kayaks, paddle boards, & snorkels you can grab for free right on the beach which was super nice. The hotel has an excellent spot on the beach with a beautiful view. The chairs, umbrellas are very nice.
My cons of the hotel were the amenities at the front desk and cleanliness of the room. I felt the room could have been cleaned better. There were some spots that still looked pretty dirty. The chairs in the room were stained up and old. The bed was not very comfortable either. The bed frame was broken so the mattress laid at an angle. During my stay, my wife needed feminine products and a toothbrush. The front desk had neither. They recommended going to a nearby grocery store to purchase them myself. This was fine, but my experience at resorts like this, they typically can provide something simple like a toothbrush.
The pool is basic. The breakfast was fine. There is no gift shop or other small store like other resorts have.

My husband and I had a great stay at West Bay Club. The entire resort was pristine and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. Great snorkeling about 10 minutes walk away. The only negative was that our room had quite a bit of light coming in at night but I was told they will be getting blackout curtains. We ate the free breakfast every day but only ate dinner there once.

Beautiful resort, not enough staff. Room we stayed in had a 6 inch step up to the shower and toilet. Because I am not used to that I fell coming out of the toilet portion and broke my foot. Please beware if you get a room like this. Only one restaurant on property food is good but has limited menu.

Everyone was kind and helpful and staff cleans rooms EVERYDAY so you can assure you will have a clean stay while most hotels do not clean everyday throughout your stay unless requested. Could not give their staff enough kudos. Only opportunity for improvement is not allowing guest to save a beach chair by the pool all day for multiple days at a time. Guest would leave their belongings for days at a time to reserve their beach chair not allowing other guests the opportunity to be by the pool enjoying their stay

WBC provided a wonderful six night stay for my wife and me. The room was very spacious, and felt fresh, clean and well appointed. Staff gets an A grade for friendliness, attentiveness, and overall professionalism with extra Shoutouts to MyHanna, Robert, Abagail, Bianka, Irene and Kayoon who role modeled great service. I would like to see the pool roped off to have a section for “adults only” as the whole pool was sometimes overridden by kids. We’ll be back…make sure to have the peanut butter pie ready!

We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers.

We had an amazing experience here for our honeymoon, and would absolutely go back. The beach front is expansive and gorgeous. The staff are so kind, helpful, and welcoming, especially Lloydeka and Roshana at the welcome desk. The food options are good and have a casual vibe. Lots of other food options are around and easy to walk down the beach to. Our room was so beautiful and the ocean view was stunning to wake up to. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Very quiet hotel, so if you are looking for any entertainment, you need to go elsewhere.. but this were perfect for us!!. You need a cab to get to the restaurants and shopping, but there are a few restaurants close by… The restaurant on the property, Two West, was delicious for breakfast and dinner!! We will be back!!

We had an ocean front room but we could barely see the ocean plus we were on the first floor so we saw more green than anything. Would definitely go back but highly recommended a top floor with ocean view room. The other thing that would be great is if the property had some music a couple nights a week. There isn’t much to do in the evening besides dinner. Overall, we had a great stay!

Beach amenities including very responsive and helpful staff with lunch ordered to chairs was wonderful. Love that this specific resort is down the way from the main part of Grace Bay ... wider beaching area and less congested with guests ... in Bight Settlement area but still easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The resort is smaller than the larger resorts down the beach but made for a more intimate experience. Would absolutely stay there again!

Very run down resort. The rooms are ok, the beds and pillows are horrible. The staff are unprofessional and do not really care for most of the time. The beach is very good. This place needs a complete overhaul of improvements to justify the huge prices that are being charged. Will not be coming back.

The room was pretty good, spacious and clean. The sliding doors and large windows need cleaning. The windows are disgusting. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned from the day of arrival. Sand was still on the floor and tables 5 days later. Also the kitchen countertops need a good scrub as it appears it has not been deep cleaned. All that’s done are cosmetic touch ups. The food was mediocre. The menu is the same for all dining areas. Breakfast was ok. The food is mostly luke warm and the chef’s special was a guessing game. The property is well maintained and pretty. If it rains you cannot sit on any of the seating areas as the cushions, chairs etc is soaked until the sun dries it out. So evening cocktails around the fire pit only happened 2 nights out of 5. Be prepared to tip everyone for the smallest thing. The staff was incredibly welcoming upon arrival but leaving they were not as warm.

The only thing was there was seaweed but that’s something the hotel can’t control and at that there wasn’t even a lot. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again!
