The description of this hotel is very inaccurate. The room was incredibly small which is fine. But it said it was sound proof. That is 100% not the case we heard EVERYTHING. There was mold in the bathroom. Only one of the three light bulbs in the bathroom worked. The restaurant downstairs changed their prices of coffee everyday. It was never the same. There is a gift shop that said opened majority of the time and was not opened once. The TV did not work. The safe didn’t work. The overhead light kept turning on randomly in the middle of the night. The water pressure was non existent. The “fitness facility“ had zero ventilation and also smelled like mold. The water pressure was non existent which was the smallest problem we experienced. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more for a better experience.

The staff seemed disinterested on arrival and the ways of using the room was not explained. The TV did not function for the first day and we were told the error was being addressed. This did not happen. The 2nd request prompted a visit at 7:30 am the following morning.
The main room light did not work nor did the bathroom sockets, the USB ports or alarm clock. The alarm clock kept resetting itself as though there was a short.
The bed change on the 3rd day resulted in blood stained quilt covers (which we did not use - very gross … pictures are available upon request !!).

Although the room was clean, theTV did not work, which we eventually found to be unplugged. When we found the plugs, there no electrical outlet close by.
We called for the shuttle and were told it would be 10 minutes - which ended up being 30 minutes. Also were not told where to find the shuttle, which ended up being at the far end from the arrival area.
Most of all, the intimidating fencing around the access to the room made us feel secure against a possible Zombie attack.

The rooms here are lovely and well kept! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the restaurant is pretty bad... poor service and food that is reheated from a freezer to just about warm with watered down ketchup. Definitely need to go further afield for good food as the other local options also aren't great in the evenings. I also recommend that you get lots of water at the supermarket because they provide two water bottles which dont last very long.

The hotel is nice, clean, the pool area is really nice, the staff are great and it is affordable.
It is on the airport runway but it’s surprisingly not that noisy. I did not have any issues with plane noise.
But it is in an area with not much of interest.
You can walk to Five Cays beach, distance isn’t bad, just along some busy roads and sidewalks are dodgy. They have a shuttle to Grace bay daily.
For the price it’s worth it. Uber would make it a great deal.

The shower was not clean. It had long hair in the drain. The shower head sprays water everywhere. The toilet stopped working at one point and required a Plummer to fix it. The small poor outside our room wasn’t clean. The restaurant connected to the hotel opened at 9am for breakfast which most restaurants starts at 7am.

The free roundtrip transport to beach was horrible. the driver left us in the area of beach but said we had to find it. then he cut the pick up time by an hour just to have us waiting for an hour at the area where he left us and it got dark. he said he had iver slept. told him we will speak to his boss and his boss was MIA for the rest of our trip. The Resort is a luxury gated hotel/condo resort located on Governor's Road (continuation of Grace Bay Road past Leeward gates) in the prominent gated community of Leeward in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The Resort being a condo-style hotel/resort enhances the guest's stay as they experience more privacy and tranquility and feel like they are right at home.

Shuttle free from the hotel to the beach. We set up umbrellas and loungers.

All units are designed with dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite/marble countertops, and travertine floors throughout. All units feature ceiling fans and central air conditioning, ensuring personal comfort and control.

There is a laptop-compatible safe in each unit, as well as a flat screen LCD television. Guests can travel light since all units feature a front-load washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.

We are going to be renovating our pool and hot tub, and these two amenities will be closed on September 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025. The property will still remain open and other amenities (gym, etc.

) are open.
