We had a great time here. Lovely location. It was close to beaches, right next to Chalk Sound (which is beautiful) and Sapodilla Hill. Make sure you take the boat ride offered here. It was so much fun and worth the price. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. We would definitely visit again.

Used the free kayak to paddle across Chalk Sound to see the sunken plane. Taylor Beach is beautiful and its a short drive from all the craziness of the tourists. My Hatian friends at the bar and restaurant made everything more fun!

Villas are spacious and very fonctional.. it’s clean the kitchen is well equipped. It’s well located with a restaurant/ bar with a beautiful view on the spot. You have free access to the kayak and stand up paddle for the lagune. You are away from the main beach (Grace Bay). You have two beaches close by. Taylor Beach is the nicest and the water is extremely calm and you can walk far without the water getting deep.

Our stay at Neptune Villas exceeded every expectation, thanks largely to the exceptional hospitality of Miss Rachel and the property’s commitment to thoughtful, personalized service.
The gourmet restaurant delivered consistently excellent cuisine throughout our visit—each meal was beautifully prepared with fresh, quality ingredients that satisfied both adult palates and my child’s more selective tastes.
What truly distinguished this experience was Miss Rachel’s genuine investment in our little family’s happiness. She demonstrated remarkable attention to detail and anticipatory service that went far beyond standard hospitality. From providing pool noodles so my little one could safely enjoy the water, to surprising him with a chocolate straw that made his day, she created those small magical moments that transform a good vacation into an unforgettable one.
Miss Rachel’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for rather than simply accommodated. She seemed to intuitively understand what would enhance our experience and took initiative to make it happen—the hallmark of truly exceptional hospitality.

The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout.
The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here.

Gorgeous views from our villa.

We rented the 2 bedroom vllla. The views from our deck were incredible. We spent a lot of time on that deck in the hammock. It was very spacious, clean, and a very nice villa. We ate at the restaurant Las Brisas a couple times. It’s a very popular spot for locals too.

Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic.

Neptune villa has the most beautiful views and if you need away from people, they are the place for you. Be prepared to go get groceries or snacks before hand. The restaraunt on the property is delicious and good if you're not looking to leave. No grocery store is near there, the gas station does have necessities if need be. The restaraunts are close by and exceptional. Met amazing locals and evedyone is chill and laid back.

We needed an escape from reality & chose to fly to Turks & Caicos for the first time. Neptune Villas was the ideal place! A quick walk to Sopadilla Bay to relax oceanside—or we could just hang out in our private pool. Las Brisas is the restaurant on site & the food was outstanding! Owner Rachel is managing the property with excellence & we’d stay here again.

What a hidden gem! The villas were amazing and spacious. Very clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was AMAZING.

The Villa was a two bedroom, two full bathroom, kitchen with appliances, a large common area, pool, large wrap around porch and hammock.

We left the premises. But we didn’t have to. I’ll come back for sure.

This property was quiet, tranquil and peaceful. Beaches all around and a pool for each villa. Big enough to interact with others and small enough to have intimate conversations. There is restaurant on the property for the nights you don't want to go into Grace Bay.

Rachel the General Manager was a rock star she was amazing and so attentive. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and effortless! Can't wait to get back.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

First I want to say if you’ve read all the previous reviews like i did- please know the entry gate that locks at night, now has a lock that each guest has a key to-(incase you come back after hours with your rental car)
THE PLACE IS SO GREAT! The little houses are each tucked away from each other with trees and shrubbery. Each house has its own little pool- also pretty well hidden from the other houses.
There’s a clubhouse on the property with a pool and wonderful restaurant! The staff is AMAZING AND SO HELPFUL.
the lady that runs the place is always there helping.
If you’re planning any excursions or trips- ask the staff because they’re a wealth of knowledge!
The property is on the chalk sound. If you take the kayaks out in the sound, there’s place wreck to see, a blue hole and an iguana island. The staff can also take you out to these places if it’s the season for them to have their boat out.
This property is in PROVO area which is more suburb like and not commercial at all. Grace bay is about 35 min away and very commercial - like where all the mega hotels are/ and very busy beach’s
Neptune Villa however is right across the street from Taylor Bay beach and Sapodilla Beach. These beaches are very secluded and amazing.
I much preferred to be in this Provo area rather than the very commercial and crowded area.
Neptune Villa haseverything you need on site including your own washer/dryer. I’d reccomend renting a car so you can explore the island.

The restaurant on site was terrific, with excellent fresh seafood options; including sushi. The service throughout the restaurant and villas was welcoming, warm, helpful and excellent. The villa was beautiful, and we loved our private pool. Sapodilla Bay, across the street, is stunning; and it was a short walk to Taylor Bay, equally stunning and quiet. Chalk Sound was beautiful, and I highly recommend the pontoon boat trip.

Terrible experience. Booked this room for one night, essentially to house our luggage before departing T&C. When we arrived that evening, we were given the key to our bungelow and told the number, with no other written or verbal information provided. My husband left to find something to eat and returned 20 minutes later to find the entrance gate closed and locked. He parked our van (with all luggage) on the street and had to climb the fence to get back in. When we talked through the fact that they probably closed that gate for a reason, assuming it was to protect vehicles from vandalism (as this location is very near the residential settlement on the island)...we ended up having to both climb back over the fence, return to our car and drive back to our villa on the other side of the island. For which the office employee offered absolutely no expression of regret or apology. The pictures also show this place a little newer than you'll find. And the mattresses are on the far firm side. Would definitely not book again.

Stayed here the last night of our TCI trip and wished we had spent the rest of our stay here too. A car rental is a must if staying here, as the only beach within walking distance is the super shallow Sapodilla Bay, and the only restaurant the one on site, both of which are good, but would probably get old after a few days. Apart from that, the units are clean and well-equipped, the staff friendly, and the check-in process a breeze. Our kids loved the private pool and hammock on the deck, while the adults appreciated the spaciousness of the units and the overall sense of privacy and safety.

Neptune Villa’s. We had a horrible experience! After a long travel day we arrived to check in and was told ‘we don’t have a room for you’. We most certainly did have a reservation but they said no rooms were available. They had been trying to call us and email us… yep WHILE we were in the flight to TCI!!!! Not the way to start the vacation. Ended up having to pay premium $$$$ to find and book a room for 3 nights so last minute. Horribly disappointed in how we were treated and absolutely would recommend you NOT BOOK NEPTUNE VILLAS!

The Villa was clean and had a beautiful view of Chalk Sound. The Villa was spacious with a cabin vibe to it. There were amenities provided. There was also a jacuzzi that we didn't get a chance to use due to our short visit. Sapodilla Bay was within walking distance and Las Brisas restaurant was on the property making it easy for food. Would have loved to stay here longer. We loved the place and it was very safe.

The manger for this property is incompetent and dishonest. On a Saturday morning at about 8 am while on vacation, workers with electric saws, hammers and nails commenced work immediately and adjacent to the master suite. (Less than 6 feet away)
I jumped out of my sleep and went to management to ask for assistance. They did nothing and the workers continued to work. I then asked the workers on my return to my room to exercise some consideration and stop. They stated that they were authorized to work at that time and continued without delay. I promptly pack my things and departed the property by 930 am.
The day before at about 545pm I was forced to walk to the front gate where the office is to ask for fresh towels because they didn’t change these when we returned to the room. The reply offered was their staff had already left for the day and we should have made better plans.
On arrival back at the property in the nights (930pm) there is zero assistance or security at the property and they lock the main gate with a padlock. You have to park, get out the car in a desolate terribly lit area and open the gates your self. Your safety is completely compromised. I have been going to the TCI for over 20 years, I strongly recommend never ever giving this property a chance. You will regret it.

My family of three (3) stayed in a two (2) bedroom villa in July for my birthday. It was nice and peaceful, rooms were cleaned, and the kitchen fully stocked. Rachel was absolutely a gem and Adler was awesome for the Pontoon boat ride. We have a lovely video of the iguana feeding with my daughter. He also encouraged me to swim out to snorkel and view the coral reef.
The only odd adjustment for me was the powder soft sand which can be slippery and also there are some really tough rocks that can bruise your feet, so swim shoes are a great idea to being along.

The customer service was amazing. Leah was great and super sweet. Loved our villa. It was perfect for a family of 4. Within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see - although you really need a car to get to the rest of the island. (Don't let driving on the left intimidate you - totally doable) The onsite restaurant is one of the best on the island and it is steps away from the water. Spectacular views, great diverse menu and awesome drinks. Take the sunset cruise offered through the Villa. Adler was the best captain and really made the trip so much fun! He also helped us capture some amazing pictures we will cherish for a lifetime. The villa had everything you could possibly need and offered free non-motorized water equipment as part of your stay. You can also bring your own groceries if you are up for cooking but if you shop at a local grocery store, note that everything on the island is very expensive (i.e., a box of Cheerios is $14!). We preferred to venture out to different restaurants. It was worth it. If you are there on a Thursday, the \"Fish Fry\" open market is very popular. But find time to check out the \"Hideaway Grill and Chill.\" It is a small establishment that is worth the 10 minute drive. The food is AMAZING!! You may also like \"Somewhere Cafe and Lounge\" who had the best breakfast! Loved this property and where it was located. The entire staff was so awesome. After a week's stay, we can say that we are definitely coming back.

The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and within walking distance from the villas. They also offer a pontoon boat cruise on Chalk sound.

We stayed in a villa with a view of chalk sound. The views were gorgeous! It is on the opposite side of grace bay, so if you stay here it is a 20 minute drive to town so you definitely need a rental car. Our villa was very nice and clean in the inside. My only complaints are about the lighting and bedding. Our bathroom only had two extremely small mirrors on each side of the sink because there was a window over the vanity. Im talking about so small you can barely see your whole face...so you cant really do your makeup or hair in there. The bedroom had a large murror above the dresser, but the lighting was so dim you couldnt see to get ready in there either. The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress had body imprints in it so you couldnt get comfortable and the sheets were rough. If they just give more light in the bedroom and get a new mattress, I'd give it a 10/10.

We just left there, we stayed for 4 nights. When we made it to the hotel there was no one to check us in. We had to call them but the nice front desk girl helped us. The front desk girl was one of the NICEST people we met on the island.
The villa looked nice but once inside the doors closed and locked but there was a large gap so anyone could have broke in easily. The couch and chair smelled moldy the washer and dryer didn’t really work. Had to wash our laundry 4 times to get it to actually wash, then had to put it on rinse and spin to get the soap out of it. The maid service never came even tho the sign we hung it in The door everyday. We had to do all our own laundry to get clean towels. The hotel safe didn’t have a code it had to be locked by a key that the owner kept. We had to wait 6 hours before a key was brought to us to lock the safe. Next the restaurant is a JOKE. You sit down and they offer you water but they don’t tell you it’s $7.00 for a glass of water because they open new bottles. The food at most is cruise ship quality food. There was no flavor to the pasta and the steak was not cooked correct. The pool is nice but it wasn’t warm enough to swim in, they have free kayaking and paddle boarding but if you want to use the clear bottom kayaks they charge you $60.00 an hour. When we went to check out Owner told us NO about a late check out, she theyelled at us on the phone and said we lied about the maid never coming and told us to leave! She is a witch!

Neptune Villas was a beautiful location. Nestled into the breathtaking Chalk Sound, it is a beautiful gated set of villas and main restaurant area with pool. There is not much around the area beyond some beaches and industrial stuff a bit further out, certainly not like Grace Bay if that’s what you’re expecting. The staff were friendly and attentive, and available if you seek them out, but office hours are sporadic and amenities limited, so you will need a car. The restaurant is good, but expensive.

We just returned from our recent stay and the facility is very nice, we were surprised by the location and were very concerned driving up as it is not in a common destination. The villa has a gate so you feel more secure. The villas each had their own keys and deadbolts on each door which aided in feeling safe.

The onsite restaurant is very good but the service is pretty terrible. The also close about 30 minutes before posted and the next closest restaurant is about 20 minutes away so you must plan accordingly (no late night bite options anywhere close).

The sound is very rocky so I suggest going across the street to the bay for water fun. It would have been nice if the villas had chairs available on the bay side as well (just across the street).

Overall, we did not like how loud a neighboring bar is but the villas were well maintained and the onsite restaurant was good.

Quiet and secluded: walk a few feet in one direction to the Chalk Sound private beach and a few feet in the other direction for More action, music, and food at Sapodilla bay. Walked about 10 minutes to Taylor Beach just to check it out. Plenty of kayaks and canoes are included daily and the restaurant is amazing. The villas are roomy and everything you need in the kitchen is there including a ninja, blender, and a cooler. They thought of everything. There is nothing you will be missing- laundry, outdoor hose for Sandy feet, hammock on one of the three decks. We also walked about 5min to Chalkies- cute little sports bar and had a great time and food. Staff at Neptune are so friendly and accommodating. Should out to Lea, Junior, and Rachel. Highly recommend. We’d go back to these villas for sure.

From the friendly guests, to the convenient location, I will book these Villas every time I vacation there. Oh, and I can’t forget the restaurant that’s located directly on the property, Las Brisas! Absolutely delish! From the food to the live entertainment, it is definitely worth it!

Our Villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. The property was very nice, super clean and huge! It’s a paradise!! Employees were super friendly, very attentive and accommodating! After reading reviews I was a bit skeptical but LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our stay!!!!!!
From before our trip where my emails were answered in such an efficient manner to the time of check in meeting Lea who had a big friendly smile and a great personality to eating at Las Brisas, our vacation was amazing.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Ruben and Arnell. They made our stay truly amazing. Especially our double celebrations which occurred on the same night. They went out of their way to make special arrangements which certainly made the night magical.
Our villa was great; very spacious and the rain shower in the master bath, fantastic.................. 🤗 A HUGE plus was having our own pool. Anyone booking to stay at Neptune Villas with a family get the three bedroom with the pool. WORTH IT!!!! My family had a trip we will never forget. The food at Las Brisas was DELICIOUS! Every meal we ate was definitely finger licking. Our hats off to the chief! Neptune Villas added to the priceless memories we made.
From day 1 to day 4 staying at Neptune Villas was a dream! I am so so happy that I booked our stay here and would definitely stay again if I visit Turks and Caicos again.
I have no hesitation recommending and have recommended Neptune Villas to my family and friends.
Rachel, a BIG KUDOS and HEARTY THANK YOU to your staff (esp Ruben and Arnell) for adding to the priceless memories of our trip!

The villa had everything we needed with a full kitchen, pots and pans, outdoor gas grill, plates, utensils and even 2 beach chairs and a mini cooler!!!! Great coffee machine for my daily morning cup of Joe.

The only thing Is they didn’t refill my toilet paper, paper towels, and tissue box but other than that, we were ok. We made it work.

The lighting was a little dim but they had plenty of lights all around. Great value and great place for a family to stay if you have a rental car. The area was more remote than the Grace Bay touristy area.

The staff was great! So friendly and warm and always a smiling face behind the masks. 😄

Def check out the fish market for fresh off the boat seafood to grill on our own. Cheaper than restaurants and so fresh!

We will be back!!!

Perfect Paradise

Perfection. We stayed here five nights and wish it was fifty nights. The property is located directly on Chalk Sound, with views of the amazing blue water as far as the eye can see. We booked a sound view villa and woke up every morning to that incredible view. It was worth the extra cost. The hammock on the balcony was one of my favorite spots, I spent so much time relaxing there. The villa was clean, spacious and fully stocked. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. When we didn't cook the restaurant on property was convenient and delicious!! Also with amazing views. The property offers complimentary use of equipment such as kayaks, canoes and paddle boards to float on the sound. Did that often and it was perfect.
The property is away from Grace Bay Area, about 20 minutes by car, but we actually preferred that. While we spent some time at Grace Bay, we found the beaches near the resort quieter and better. Sapodilla Bay Beach was literally across the street and was excellent for lounging and swimming. Taylor Bay Beach was a short drive away (within 5 minutes) and it was even quieter and so beautiful!!! Highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Our Villa was like a 1-bedroom apartment complete with every item you may need. They even had a mini cooler and beach towels. The Villa is across the road from the best beach on the island. We will be back!

I liked that it was a large roomy property with plenty of stocked amenities. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathrooms didn't have fans, and got a little stuffy at times.
