Amazing stay! The hotel is hard to beat with the views and the beach right there. The room is perfect too. Very comfortable and extremely clean. A full sized condo and full kitchen. All of the staff are amazing and treat you so well! Andre took such great care of us and our room. We loved sitting out on the balcony, looking out onto the beach and listening to the ocean waves, and never having to worry about bugs because the balconies are screened in. We can’t wait to be back!

Our arrival at The Tuscany was spectacular. The staff greeted us warmly in the lobby and escorted us to a lovely location for lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. It was a perfect welcome and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the resort. Every area—from the beach and pool to the tennis courts, grounds, and our room—was spotless. I’ve never stayed anywhere as immaculately maintained as The Tuscany. Room service was also superb and exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful experience in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront suite which gave us plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage girls. They are all oceanfront and all 3 bedrooms/3 baths, they just lock out the rooms depending on how many bedrooms and baths you need--the upside is every suite gets the same living space and incredibly spacious deck! The grounds are stunning and meticulously landscaped. Our unit was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could ever need from pots and pans, to electric tea kettles and enough plates and various glasses to host a huge party! The view from our deck, which had a dining table and two oversized cushioned chaises, was breathtaking. You could easily walk back up to your room when you were on the beautiful beach to grab something or use the bathroom. I packed floats but that wasn't needed--they had plenty at the beach and the pool to just grab and use. The pool was huge, clean and warm. This is not a resort--it is a condo--so there isn't an onsite restaurant or those types of resort amenities however Ocean Club East is just steps away and the Cabanas beach bar is as accessible as most bars at huge resorts, plus the waiters come to the Tuscany beach to take orders and bring food and drinks. We used the bikes to go to a store one day but would rent a car next time since cabs are pricey and we'd like to explore the island a bit. There is a convenience store within easy walking distan

Our stay at The Tuscany was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Check-in was a breeze, and the manager personally walked us to our suite, showing us all the features and even offering to walk us to a nearby restaurant. The room was spacious and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the ocean. And the beach? Truly world-class — peaceful, pristine, and never crowded. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

There is no restaurant on site and only a couple that you can walk to. It is expensive to take a taxi from this location.
It is a pretty resort but not very friendly. The pool closed at 8pm in June, no exceptions! They had a guard watching it to make sure no one was in it leaving nothing for kids to do a night. There is no bar or even snacks on site.

I really do not know where to start. This was the most exciting and beautiful properties that my family and I have ever stayed in! To tell my whole experience would be a the page letter! All I can say is management and the house staff were amazing!!! It was like a home away from home! We were greeted with the friendliest people in the world! So needless to say... we will be back! If you want a lovely place to stay and relax.. please inquire!!! You won't regret it!

Just got back from a week in TCI. The Tuscany was the perfect location on the quiet end of Grace Bay, but close enough to walk or bike to busier areas. Shawna Mae and everyone at the front desk were super helpful. The 3 bdrm unit was immaculate, great kitchen area, washer/dryer really came in handy, and the screened in living area/porch was awesome! The beach and ocean were outstanding as was access to umbrellas and chairs each day. Shawna Mae set us up with grocery delivery, which saved us money and beach time.....if we had gone to the grocery we would have ended up with double what we needed. Shawna Mae also set us up with Cameron who provided great taxi service during our stay. This was our first time to TCI. We'll be back and we'll stay again at The Tuscany.

I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something that isn’t all inclusive. Our unit had a full kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, stove and dish washer. Also had a washer and dryer so you can pack lighter. It’s a 30 second walk to the beautiful turquoise waters. We would definitely stay here again.

During the day the restaurant next door does rounds and takes orders for food and drinks they will deliver to your chair. I would definitely recommend it.

The property and our suite were beautiful and well maintained. The property is right on the beach and we had our own screened porch where we could relax and both see and hear the ocean day or night. The property is situated away from the crowds, so we had plenty of privacy. The pool was large enough to allow a multitude of uses. The workout room was clean and well maintained, and we had access to all sorts of water toys.
Although the property lacked a restaraunt or grocery, there were plenty of options within walking distance. We would definately return on our next visit.

The Tuscany was excellent. Located towards the end of all of the hotels in Grace Bay, all ocean front views and on the quieter side. We lived everything about it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Property is located right on the beach with umbrellas and chairs to soak up the sun! No restaurants but you should explore all the restaurants on the island.Definitely recommend

Sparkling clean, quiet and relaxing resort. Our room was very spacious and felt like home. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch every morning while listening to waves and enjoying the beautiful views! A short walk to a lunch spot and we really just enjoyed floating in the clear turquoise water. We took a snorkel cruise and pickup was a short beach walk. Excellent vacation!

This was a near perfect vacation for us. The Tuscany is like paradise and very well maintained. Friendly and responsive staff makes planning easy. Just a few minor considerations for improvement. We were in Unit 103W, which was perfectly situated on the ground floor, near the beach path. The unit needs a new coffee maker, better wifi, and a few more hooks for your towels. Other than that, it's perfect!

We had an amazing week at the Tuscany. It is at end of Grace Bay so it’s away from the big resorts, which is what I prefer. The beach is steps away from the property and the beach is probably one of the best I’ve seen. The unit we stayed at was very clean, tastefully decorated, & had all the amenities one would need to make meals. We definitely will return.

Beautiful property, well-maintained on a gorgeous quiet stretch of Grace Bay. Units are spacious, elegantly appointed with upscale finishes. With only 30 units, you don’t feel packed in like you would at a typical resort. All units are really beachfront. But The Tuscany’s greatest asset really is the staff. Every person we encountered here really is as kind and accommodating as noted in other reviews. We are already planning our return trip to Turks and Caicos and will book here every time.

This property is located on Grace Bay. It is very beautiful and well maintained. The view is amazing and the suites are very well equipped and spacious. The only comment I would have is that the gym is very small.
The people here are all so welcoming and friendly, especially Shawnie Mae! The check in process was so quick and easy. We got in after a long day of traveling and even if it was around lunch time we got to our room right away, no wait! Ive never experienced a more personal and easy check in.

Shawemae and Terria were AWESOME! Very informative. They helped us book our excursions and I love that they give you a cell phone to use on the island. It’s a little further from the Main Street so after hours there’s nothing to do or eat. Especially with the 11pm lockdown, restaurants only take you until 9:30pm. Cabs were expensive so maybe renting a car would be best. Other than that! BEAUTIFUL VILLAS, very clean and there was everything you could think of at the villa.

Great location, facing sunset straight on from your patio or balcony. Staff made us feel welcome, was very helpful and friendly. Small condo complex with fully equipped 1,2 or 3 bedroom suites, all ocean facing. If you like it chilled with tranquility this will be the perfect spot. No food service available on site though, great in Covid times, but our kitchen was equipped almost as good as our home. Patios and balconies are screened in, thus bug free joy watching the bay and the sunset. Bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, fresh towels incl. beach towels every day, nice pool area that we haven’t seen being used. For us a middle- aged couple the perfect spot. Restaurants are nearby, walking distance or you just take one of the available bicycles. Gym is available upon request. So are the tennis courts. In case you like to party and enjoy nightlife, not the place for you. Family friendly with showers and toys on the beach. We never had to battle for a parasol and chairs and look forward to return some time.
