This was the best resort I’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing, I wish I could name all the staff members that were helpful but I can’t because EVERYONE would be mentioned. When we arrived at the hotel staff had a cold towel and a fruit drink that was delicious. They gave each guest a personal tour of the hotel and the amenities that were offered. There are three dining options at the hotel that were fair price and delicious. The breakfast is hard to describe because the amount of food options you would have to see to believe. The beach was clean and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. I could go on and on. All I can say is that you will not be disappointed when you stay. Not to mention the view. Looking forward to going back next year.

This may very well be the most beautiful and luxurious resort I have ever stayed at in my 43 years. The rooms are immaculate. Clean, modern, and have every possible appliance or living need you can imagine that I haven’t before seen in other hotels. The staff is wonderful. And I mean wonderful. Perched on one of the world’s best beaches with a grocery store and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. I can, without hesitation, recommend this as one of the most unbelievable Caribbean beachfront properties in existence. Seven stars all around!

The rooms are amazing, clean, beautiful, and spacious! The property welcomes you with an alcoholic drink and a cold towel! Complimentary breakfast is included with your stay and such a large variety of hot food! Very thoughtful touches are included throughout the entire property such as free reusable water bottles, water filling stations, free sunscreen, ice, and beach towels. They give out fresh fruit and set up beach chairs with towels as you’re lounging out on the prettiest beach ever! The rooms account for everything you could possibly need from toiletries to laundry supplies to a fully stocked kitchen. There are personal ice makers in each room. The housekeeping is very thorough and greet you by name. This resort is a bit dated as far as the architecture but the stellar customer service and amenities far exceeded my expectations!

I wanted to take a few minutes to share about our recent stay at Seven Stars Resort on Grace Bay in beautiful Turks and Caicos. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and just as expected — everything was exceptional!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to provide top-notch service and accommodations. One person who truly made our stay special was Jemica at the front desk. We had originally booked an island-view room, but hoped to upgrade to an ocean view if possible. Jemica went out of her way to show us several options, patiently helping us find the perfect fit. Thanks to her, we ended up in Room 3507, which was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking ocean views that made every morning unforgettable. Her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone for the rest of our stay.

A huge shout-out to the housekeeping staff, who work so hard every day and do an excellent job, always with a great attitude. And we can’t forget Charles, who served us wonderful food and drinks on the beach and brightened every day with his warm personality and friendly nature. He truly made our beach experience even more enjoyable!

The included breakfast is another highlight. The selection is incredible — you could have something different every day! The hostess greeted us each morning with a smile, and the omelet chefs make the best breakfasts. Everyone there is a

This is a beautiful property with a great location on Grace Bay. There are numerous restaurants in walking distance and a very nice grocery store also in walking distance. The accommodations couldn’t be better with a huge living room and fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. It was like a luxury condominium. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Bikes were provided and we enjoyed biking almost every day. The area felt very safe. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel on the stunning grace bay! Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, loved the kitchen, each room comes with a refillable water bottle and water stations all around hotel. Service was great and shopping is walkable. Hanging on the beach was so fun, they even supplied water float for ocean, but we brought our own! Will be back!

We travel overseas at least twice a year, this was the first place impressive enough for me to put on our \"revisit list\".
Superior staff, clean grounds and beaches, good food, beautiful water.
Of particular interest this trip, the staff. Wife had a kidney stone incident, requiring pre-dawn ambulance and ER trip. The staff at 7 Stars, particularly Jameka, went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. She beat the EMTs to our door, and called me every hour after to check on us. She brought me lunch in the hospital. She sent a driver to pick us up at discharge, took us to pharmacy, and brought us back to room. NO CHARGE! She and Jamey even called for days after to make sure we were OK. It was a horrible day, and did affect the rest of our stay, but they helped minimize the inconvenience as much as possible. I'm not sure another resort would have done that.
Not All Inclusive, (I thought it was), there was a learning curve for us with meals and drinks, but we made it work. Check in and out were extremely easy, and I really have ZERO complaints.
A luxury resort in more than just name, it was more expensive, especially with T&C food costs, but still worth it. I will be trying to find a budget that works for us to get back soon.

First trip to Turks and Caicos for my husband and I, celebrating our 19th Anniversary. Picked Seven Stars based on great reviews. Requested a high floor with a jr suite ocean view & our room did not disappoint. We were greeted upon arrival by reception staff, they took our luggage, gave us a welcome rum punch while we were checked in. We also received nice cold towels to cool off. Daily free breakfast buffet included. Food was great & so was the staff. We were greeted every morning by Chama, Ashley or Nelli. Seven Stars made you feel like a small family, with staff taking the time to get to know you, genuinely. We were waited on by Ricka, who was a doll. It was nice to chat with Lynn at the gift shop. Adrian at concierge was very helpful for booking an excursion or dinner at a restaurant. The beach was AMAZING, pristine beautiful clear. There were enough, palapas (umbrellas) with lounge chairs on the beach & pool. Two main pools; one for adults only, the other for kids & adults. One kids pool. The bar and restaurant in the pool area was great; Robel and Charles were great. Drinks great and refreshing.

Road from airport to resort resembles third world. We hired car for one week and really could see whole island in one day. Beach is beautiful and if you just want that then it is lovely.
