We took a chance with the Regent grand and couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has the best location in Grace Bay, both at the beach (clean of seaweed) and walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket.
Is very quiet because the condos are privately owned, but they clean your place daily and there’s waiters at the pool and beach. Never had to wrestle for a pool or beach chair and never felt overcrowded.

I have mixed feelings about our stay at The Regent Grand. On paper, this hotel checks almost every box for a perfect vacation, but one major external factor made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.
First, the positives: The location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of Grace Bay, it is walkable to excellent coffee shops and great restaurants. The property sits directly on the beach, offering beautiful views and good beach service. We also really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub area. The room itself was clean, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing it every day. The front desk was also very helpful in arranging car services to get around the island.
However, I gave this stay an \"Average\" rating because sleeping here was nearly impossible. There is an outdoor club called \"Shisha Bar\" located just one block away. They blast incredibly loud music until 2:00 AM, seven days a week. Because it is an outdoor venue, the sound travels straight to the hotel.
It is a shame because the hotel itself is lovely, but I cannot recommend staying here if you value your sleep. Unless you are planning to stay out past 2 AM every night, the noise is a dealbreaker.

Room spotless. View from 503 breathtaking. John and Lorraine were super friendly and welcoming. Great location next to restaurants and Graceway Gourmet grocery store. Good deli and daily takeout meals that were reasonable. Only downside is that everything is very expensive here.

We've been to Turks five times now and this has been our favorite property. The location is so convenient and the condos are updated, spacious, and just lovely. The beds are beyond comfortable! We'll definitely be back. Right in the action for New Year's Eve fireworks two hotels down without all the extra crowds and noise. Loved it!

This was an amazing experience. The property is gorgeous. The pool is huge. The two hot tubs are hot. The beach is fantastic. And above all the people who work here are just amazing. Any need do you have they will jump and do it for you. The rooms themselves are very well laid out and have every amenity you will need. Hands-down, if you’re on the fence about where to stay come here. I am not I paid for advertisement. We were on Long Bay in a villa that had bugs and we checked out of there and had to quickly find a place that would fit our family of six. And we wind it up here and said literally every day how grateful we were given how beautiful it is.

We had the nicest, most relaxing stay in T&C. From the minute we checked in Lorraine and Tracey welcomed us by name. Tracey gave us a guided tour of our room and shared the high lights of the property. We had a beautiful room that was well stocked with comfortable furniture that overlooked the pool. The housekeepers kept the room clean and tidy each day. The property was very well maintained with beautiful palm trees, flowering shrubs, marble floors and beautiful architecture. I saw people cleaning the floors, tables around the pool deck etc regularly.
Franklin and Jacquelin took such good care of us at the beach ensuring all our needs were met. Honestly we expected nothing (as is typical at most properties) but when you talked with the guys you understood that they take great pride to ensure each guest is well taken care of. We enjoyed our chats with John and Randall, both of whom have worked at the Regent Grand for a long time. I think that says a lots about the pride they have in the place they work.

Great property that was quiet (with one exception), relatively new and well maintained. The staff was excellent and met every need in a timely and courteous manner. It has a great beach area with attendants who pay careful attention to the guests needs. The cleaning staff was efficient and the front desk folks were terrific. The only complaint I have is that the property is right next to a night club that plays loud music until 3am in the morning...every night. Brought this to the staff's attention and got they know but there is little they can do about it. One idea for a solution is for the resort to buy a few high end white noise machines to provide guests with an option to drown out the noise. Other than that I would highly recommend a stay.

We loved our view and location with the ease of walking to want we needed. The staff are beyond excellent and guests were friendly, we played pickleball and enjoyed meeting people. Also the room was nice. Balcony amazing! The property is not huge so it’s just so attentive and an amazing pool and beach. Can’t say enough good things about it.

It is a luxury resort which makes it quite expensive, but if you can afford it, I would highly recommend. It was by far the best vacation experience my wife and I have ever had. The 'hotel rooms' are in reality large, fully furnished apartments as opposed to rooms in a hotel. It was definitely more than we needed, but very pleasant to have once we were there. Beautiful large pool that it seemed we were almost the only ones to use. Most guests when we were there were older (likely due to the cost) and mostly used the chairs to read. Just feet from the gorgeous private (I believe) beach that we enjoyed looking at from our spacious balcony while eating breakfast and then going to during the day. Pristine soft white sand and clear turquoise water with no seashells or seaweed. Given the size of the 'rooms,' the property cannot have many total guests, thus there was always room to have large lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach. Short walk from multiple very nice restaurants, which are also pricy, but good quality.
Overall, as I said at the start, if you feel comfortable with the price, you will definitely have a wonderful experience.

This’s a great place to stay if you want to spend a few days in this island without breaking your bank account. I was not disappointed on what all it offers because I stayed here few years ago and now everything is even better. This isn’t a hotel per se but a rental apartment property, so you should know the difference and what to expect in terms of amenities. Definitely I’d return to this property If I’d like to save some money and use it to have a meal at the various good restaurants within the area. Overall very good experience

PROPERTY: This property does not have a restaurant (they don't advertise that they have one...so not sure what the negative reviews were about that) But not having restaurant on the property is a non issue because there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops within a few minutes walk and a couple literally steps away from the entrance. Front desk will give lots of recommendations but all the food here in TCI are yummy! The property does have drinks and a small lunch menu while you're on the beach.

PROPERTY: This property does not have a restaurant (they don't advertise that they have one...so not sure what the negative reviews were about that) But not having restaurant on the property is a non issue because there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops within a few minutes walk and a couple literally steps away from the entrance. Front desk will give lots of recommendations but all the food here in TCI are yummy! The property does have drinks and a small lunch menu while you're on the beach.

Only downside was the music from the nearby club at night. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable in our bedroom.

The site is totally deceptive. This is NOT a luxury property. It is a condo that has some rooms rented out as a hotel. The location is great right on the beach but there are ZERO services whatsoever. To have to dig in a laundry bin inside of a closet for towels for the pool is an all time low for a property that charges what they do.

Full, luxury condo style, apartment with large balcony overlooking the ocean, living room with sectional couch, kitchen' and 2 bathrooms!! When we arrived there was a pool of water on the floor by the bathroom. Something was wrong with the air conditioner so we had maintenance in our room about 10 min after arrival. Staff was friendly until we had to Covid test to return and my husband tested positive. You could sense the immediate change like he had the plague. My family was leaving the country and my husband had to stay behind. Bianca Sands would not allow late check out. We only asked for 1 1/2 hrs and they would offer him no discount to stay and not have to find accommodations elsewhere. There was barely any guests yet we were told they were booked and someone was taking our room at 3 that same day. If that actually was the case I bet the guests were not informed someone with Covid checked out 4 hours earlier. They handled this situation terribly and could have been friendly and helpful. It is not like we wanted this either. Would not go back.

Bianca Sands is GORGEOUS! It's a resort that manages the owned units there. The beach is phenomal, the staff was available immediately to see if we needed anything. We were relaxed right away. The accommodations are amazing. It was quiet when we were there May 18 - 22, 2022. Perfect for us traveling with teens (although almost too quiet for the teens - though they could walk right to a club, shopping & coffee from there on their own). Perfect vacation! We will return

Our experience at Bianca Sands on Grace Bay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and on the spot with everything. The bar cocktails were delicious and the space was comfortable. The resort is an assortment of condo units that are rented out to vacationers, and they have staff to service certain guests’ needs. Bianca sands was lovely. We have visited many islands in the past. This was by far the cleanest and friendliest island in the Caribbean. The hotel Pool is the prettiest I have ever seen. The beach is immaculate and so beautiful. The accomodations were just what we needed for a fmaily of 4. 2 BR and 1 bath with a living room and stocked kitchen. While the hotel does not have a restaurant or any room service, there is the nicest staff member (Shawn) that brings water, menu and will pick up food for you and deliver it to the pool and beach. The receptionist will make reservations for activities or meals. Lovely lovely staff and hotel. We will be back.
