Point Grace had a lovely location, friendly staff, a quiet private beach and decent food. There were a few things there that made it really fall short for us, and we likely wouldn’t return. There was a keurig in the room but you couldn’t order a coffee anywhere at the hotel after 11am, there was no sunblock or water at the pool stand and it was crazy trying to find towels at the towel stand each day. The pool was a bit worn and dated. The resort lacked the extra amenities to make this go the extra level, although the beach was great and it did have some nice charm.

The room felt like a home in paradise. All the staff were kind, friendly, warm, gracious. The accommadations were pure comfort. Breakfast was delicious and fully enjoyed. We had an issue with our first room but were able to transfer to a comparable room with ease. Thank you for an amazing time

The property is beautiful. Stayed in one of the owner’s suites. Fantastic digs, great view. The staff on top of it, helpful, kind. The food at Grace’s Cottage is very good. Great atmosphere. Loved the Mussels in Curry.
You can walk to town. The pool and beach are beautiful. Sand feels like flour underfoot.

3 adults and 2 children stayed last week. The hotel itself is beautiful and our 2 bedroom suite (E204) was beautifully decorated. Rooms are individually decorated and others were not very nicely updated. We got a good rate and quickly realized it was due to major construction. We had an amazing view of the ocean off our living room, but our bedrooms and bathroom faced construction workers, large cranes, jackhammers, etc. all 15 feet away. The construction noise was very loud by the pool, as they do not play any music. It was not noticeable by the ocean.

This is not a family friendly hotel. The front reception staff, pool bartender, and Grace's Cottage staff are all friendly to the older couples that seem to frequent this hotel. However, they were very cold to us and our children. The beach staff and breakfast waiters were wonderful though! There is a sign by the pool that reads \"PLEASE...No Diving, No Games and No Noise Please.\" Some of the guests clearly did not appreciate kids being around, but others were very welcoming and friendly. Our children were well behaved but did laugh and play by the pool and beach. None of the other guests made any noise whatsoever. It was very, very quiet.

Overall, hotel is beautiful minus the construction. The beachfront is the best I have ever experienced-very secluded. But, it is not family friendly or friendly in general. The other hotels in the area had VERY friendly and helpful staff so we frequented those places instead.

Daily room upkeep was excellent. Included breakfast was delicious with many options. Quiet atmosphere. Beautiful beach and attendants will help you find spot. During our stay, a pipe broke, resulting in loss of water. Multiple workers were called in, and the problem was fixed within three hours. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always helpful. We hope to go back again to the same resort.

The 2 bedroom oceanfront room was perfect. Super clean. Staff kept the room so tidy and provided ample drinking water for us. Beach is stunning and beach staff is attentive and friendly. Sleep in and still have a great beach chair at 12p! No running out to save a chair at 5a - huge positive. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed dinner at Grace’s Cottage too. I will be back!

Loved the boutique feel on beautiful Grace Bay. Beach is wonderful; not too crowded. But they are constructing a new building and the noise started at 7 a.m. and lasted all day; there is also contruction next door to the Point Grace property by St Regis (3 buildings are going up).

We loved our stay at Point Grace! Beautiful boutique resort with lovely staff & wonderful accommodations. Our 2-bedroom luxury oceanfront suite was amazing! Plenty of space for me & my 2 teens. 2 full bathrooms, a half bath w/ washer & dryer, a huge kitchen & family room. Beautiful patio and view! The buffet breakfast was great, too! Loved the beach and pool. Such a quiet, peaceful atmosphere!

Great stay, boutique hotel, our cottage suite on the ground was like an apartment, with everything, kitchen, washer and dryer, nespresso maker, stove, refrigerator, spacious bedroom , comfortable king bed , terrace , front of the pool and the beach was right there, like 1 or 2 minutes walking from our room, breakfast included very convenient with variety of choices, and we had a dinner on the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious, spectacular beach, white sand, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, pool bar, the best mojitos, nice staff, we ordered drinks and lunch on the beach, very good service, only we would like to suggest is the music on the pool coud be a little louder, and the bathroom needs a magnifying mirror for make up, but we loved the place, see you next year

Paid for a lot of “space” in room - pool bar shuts at 6pm , service slowest in world . Can get any food anywhere from 3pm to 5.30….. view from $2000/night room was garbage as 1st floor so just looked at sand dunes ….. biggest waste of $2000/night ever and we have travelled the world in 5* hotels… we felt so dis-appointed after 5 days that we extended stay by one day and went to ritz Carlton for last night and glad we did as 1000 x better !!! Finally 5* service for nearly 1/2 the price

Property not taking all major credit cards like Discover and not knowing this upfront could be an issue .... need to make this public knowledge... Point Grace did not take Discover but their other properties accepted Discover... This is not a favorable score on this only....

This was our second stay at this property!!!! Again, we had an amazing stay! The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Our room had all the amenities you will need. It’s super clean and we loved hanging out at the pool and balcony on the comfy furniture, and swimming in the pool which offers both sun and shade! The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included. Point Grace is soo peaceful and quiet! Loved the location as it was within walking distance of many of the restaurants and the grocery store! Oceanfront doesn’t get any better than here… the water was the highlight! We will return!!!!

As a luxury travel writer, I have been to the best hotels in the world and the Caribbean. When I travel with my family, I have to be a bit more budget minded so we booked a 2 bedroom ocean front suite which was beautiful. Not necessarily cheap but a great value for what you get. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms, etc. On the first floor so view was a little covered by plants but absolutely beautiful still. The service was not overly fawning but that's just the Caribbean way. They made every effort to help when we had issues and booked our tours, though I went with Viator because it was cheaper. Also, the beach had some issues with people saving chairs and not enough umbrellas which was an issue since i picked the hotel for its small size but they fixed it right away and made up for the issues. So very helpful. Also, they had a great sunset happy hour for the guests and staff which was quite nice. The hot tub needs to be fixed. Grace Cottage was amazing, We dined there twice. Breakfast was very nice but repetitive. Could have some more variety day to day. Also, it was very walkable to town and a stretch of dining options. So that was nice. And the location is pristine and so quiet. But that will change since they are adding a building, so sad. That said, I loved it and would stay there again and again. Great dining reservations to make Grace Cottage, Indigo, Seven, and Parallel 23. Have fun!

Such a beautiful place! My family and I have nothing bad to say about it. We had a great time. The service is amazing, the beach is beautiful (quiet too) compared to other hotels. We stayed in a luxury ocean front suite and it was stunning. It’s super quiet, relaxing, and on the smaller side so if you’re looking for that this is the perfect place. Will definitely come back. This was an ultimate tranquil getaway! We enjoyed this luxurious boutique hotel with it’s exceptional service which was situated on an endless stretch of pristine sandy beach and crystal clean water. Unlike bustling mega-resorts, this was a refreshing absence of crowds and noise. There was always a lounger by the pool or along the shore. We loved how the pool and beach attendants brought cans of water in ice buckets and frozen yogurt each day. Your search for the perfect peaceful retreat ends here. Very highly recommended.

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

Loved every moment of our stay at Point Grace! All of the staff, especially Cosmey at the bar and Raynard at the beach were fabulous! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved the location, little touches (sorbet/ice cream brought to the beach and pool/manager happy hour) and the fact that this is a boutique property with all of the amenities (and more) of a larger hotel!

Point grace is a great quiet property, with very nice staff however we did have a couple things during our stay that unfortunately i cannot give 5 starts for. We book a suite with 2 rooms and a pull out couch in the living room. Unfortunately there was no bedding in any of the closets for the pullout. When i called down to ask for sheets i was told housekeeping had left for the day and they couldnt help me which was baffling, then i said how do you expect us to sleep in a bed with no sheets or blanket. They sent maintenance up with some bedding , no pillows but thankfully the other beds had enough pillows to go around. I also found bugs in the kitchen. They were roaches thank god, i knew i likely wouldnt get a new room but i asked them to spray the kitchen with bug repellent, which they also didnt do. The rooms furniture was also extremely old, the coffee table we were afraid was going to fall apart every time we moved it, and the couch pull out was basically just springs jutting into your back. Other than that the beach is beautiful, its a small hotel so no noise, not many small children. It is well kept, clean. Breakfast was good basics, you can order ala carte if you want but i wouldnt spend the money because we ordered pancakes and it was horrible. The main restaurant food was great but service was extremely slow, took forever to get our food. Its walking distance to major restaurants and the downtown area which was nice

Great location, beautiful pool, The French restaurant is excellent; the room is very spacious. A few cons: there is a Nespresso machine, but the pods are only provided if requested (we had to request twice and it took more than a day to get them). The fitness center is very small and not very inviting.

If you are looking for a quiet hotel to relax without much noise and not very many children, this is the place. Immaculately clean, beautiful cottages with plenty of room and fantastic service throughout the property. And the beach…… need I say more? It is absolutely stunning and they offer service out on the beach. Not crowded at all and none of that Silly getting up early to save a beach chair. There is always availability.

Beautiful property on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. We celebrated my wifes birthday over 4 nights and 5 days. Aside from the nonstop powewashing at the pool the first two days (so loud the pool was unusable) and the construction noise on days 3 and 4 (they were renovating the penthouse in the building we were located in) our stay was excellent. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and caring. Breakfast at Hutchings restaurant and dinner at Grace's cottage was delicious and not to miss.

This is one of the few resorts that looks like it belongs to the island, many others looked out of place. This resort was absolutely beautiful with A LOT of mature vegetation that gave it a very Caribbean feel. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was awesome, and our server was great. The on-property restaurants were phenomenal, and the resort was easy walking distance to many other restaurants. Could not leave a comment without giving mention to our great beach chair guys (Eddy and Jim) that setup our chairs and brought us iced down complementary waters anytime we went out.

Point grace exceeded our expectations. All 5 of us were amazed at how beautiful the suite was. The staff is very friendly, attentive and provide great hospitality for their guests. We loved getting pampered with cold water bottles at the pool/beach or servings of sherbets to cool you off. The Grace bay beach area was pristine and always had seating/umbrella available. Free continental breakfast was a plus!! We all enjoyed the assortment of fresh fruit every morning. The resort also provided free activities such as bicycling, snorkeling and kayaking, which was a plus. The pool area was incredible and never had more than 1-2 families in it at a time. The water temp in the pool was perfect and you never felt cold. This resort helped us make ever lasting memories. Last but not least, the location was perfect with lots of great restaurants and bars at a walking /driving distance. The only negative we experienced was getting bitten by mosquitoes but that’s nature, I suppose. It didn’t happen to all of us but I would recommend to bring a bug spray, just incase. This resort is highly recommended with a 10/10 from us! ☀️🏝️🐚🐚

This was a perfect place for peace, beauty and a topical paradise experience. The cottage had everything you could need and we walked to the grocery store to grab whatever we may want to snack on. The beach was perfect. The only thing that could have been better was the pool water being cooler. I say this almost tongue in cheek because that can’t be controlled. It’s the only negative thing I could think of. It truly was an amazing location and all the people at the resort as well as in the village were so kind. We always felt extremely safe and couldn’t have been more pleased. You will not regret this place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. I look forward to going back.

We love PG! It was our second time staying on the property and just as wonderful as the last time we stayed there. There have been some nice upgrades too! The breakfast included was wonderful, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the rooms are just exquisite! Lacresha was so helpful and helped me plan our dinner and activities prior to arriving, Cosemy, pool bartender who we remember from our first visit still goes out of her way to ensure her guests are a priority! She even remembered us from 7 years ago. PG is low key with a quiet vibe being a boutique property which is what attracted us back! We will be back again, much sooner this time!

Point Grace is an amazing boutique hotel. We often felt like the only guests there. The staff is super friendly, we felt like family. We stayed in a poolside cottage and it was huge! Living area, porch, washer/dryer, separate room with king size bed and full bathroom. The beach was beautiful and secluded. You never had to worry about getting a chair- the beach guys had them ready for you when you walked down. It’s also only a short walk or bike ride into town. We will be back!

The oceanfront 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. Quiet restort stay, with excellent service from all the staff.

The pool is warm, and the main area is small.

The beach is private and the staff there work non stop to provide guests with umbrellas, chairs, chilled waters and drink orders from the pool bar.

The beach connects to other resorts making pickup for excursions a short walk away.

This resort was the most peaceful and relaxing place I have ever stayed. The boat traffic near the beach is minimal and far away due to the private beach swimming area. This added with the quiet and relaxing pool area at night makes for a very relaxing time allowing for a full recharge when returning to your daily routine.

Whoever checked us in was incredibly rude to us. Kept referring to us as ‘walk in’s’.

We did not think they were going to allow us to stay there. We were there as we were bumped from our flight home and chose to stay at Point Grace for the night.

A receptionist took over and was very polite and nice to us but we felt like we were a complete inconvenience to them.

Beautiful property. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Emily, Lokeisha, and all of the beach hands were really great. They always had a smile on their face and were eager to help. The property is uber quiet with quiet signs posted around the pool area. Some nice island music would great. The wait time for food delivery at the pool and beach is 1 hour plus.

Point Grace is very close to the town of Grace Bay. You can walk for shopping or to small restaurants if you want to. However, even though it's in town, there is not much going on and everything closes early in town. Point Grace was a very quiet and relaxing place. My husband and I go to sleep early, so it was a great place to stay. There is only one restaurant on-site because the place is very small but cute. The staff was very helpful with our trip in Turks, and overall, it was a great stay.

This is by no means a 5 star hotel. It's run down and the first room they put us in smelled. Further to our disappointment, we actually have never experienced such an incredibly rude and resentful hotel staff. They are far kinder and friendly at a Holiday Inn. We were greeted by a belligerent desk person who was unable to smile or say hello when we arrived. After she took us to our room and we asked if we could pay for a room upgrade, the reservations manager was visibly annoyed and irritated. We felt very unwelcome on this island and will not return. There's no real beach service. Don't expect anything like the ritz Carlton or Four Seasons here. If the people who worked there were nicer I wouldn't have bothered writing this review, but if you look at recent reviews, most everyone says the same thing. The staff and service is horrible.

One of the best island resorts in the Caribbean. Mary, the GM, knows everyone on the island and will arrange transportation, jet skis, boats, snorkeling, dining. A classy operation all the way.

The hotel is small, quiet and the beach is the best section on the whole Grace Bay. Strongly recommend! Super water, great sand, sweet staff.
Their restaurant Grace’s Cottage is very noce as well.

Such a beautifully maintained, classic, quiet and relaxing scene it was. As a family of 5, you cant often say (if ever) you’ve had a relaxing vacation, and I can say it was the most peaceful and enjoyable spring break I’ve had as a parent. The staff was so accommodating, personal and friendly. After only one day, I felt like I knew most of them around the property which quickly led to a feeling of familiarity and security that grew as the days went on. Locresha was as amazing as you can get and assisted me with each and every request and she delivered fast! Within an hour of our arrival, she had us booked for dinner each and every night and planned our excursion! She also made my teenage daughters smile each morning, and that says a lot!
We had our first nights dinner at Grace’s Cottage, and it proved to be the best meal we had on the island, and we ate at some pretty amazing restaurants every night!
Windy and his beach staff were the best! These 5 guys were prepping umbrellas and chairs the minute you arrived and had the ice bucket with waters ready to serve immediately! They were so gracious and wonderful to engage with each and every day! I also loved our daily housekeeper. Margharete! Lovely woman from Haiti who serviced our room each and every morning with fresh sheets and towels and towels were again replaced at turn down service. The crew at the pool bar served lovely cocktails and delicious lunch daily and made our stay even more special! Thank you!

Overall everything was as close to perfect as life gets, and we had a wonderful week. We are a family of 5, with 3 kids ranging from 16 to 10. We stayed in the 2 bedroom ocean view suite, which was very spacious. The hotel provided a rollaway bed that was comfortable.

Upon arriving we were greeted immediately, didn’t stand in line, and were personally escorted to our room while a bellman took care of the luggage. There is no real lobby. There is an outdoor covered area for sitting with two concierge staff waiting to help anyone, with anything.
We were given a tour of the grounds, drinks, and then some downtime to acclimate. Shortly after we were provided with a list of possible dining ideas and excursions, all of which could be arranged by the concierge. I received several texts and calls throughout the week on the hotel phone to make sure were had everything we need, if we had any questions, or if they could help with anything at all.

Our 2 bedroom ocean view room was immaculate and spacious, with a bathtub and two showers, plus three bathrooms with a bidet, and washer and dryer. The very best part of the room was the incredible ocean view!

If you want lots of people with you at the beach & pool or a nightlife scene onsite, or childcare options, this probably isn’t your place. Point Grace is if you want tranquility, what feels like a private beach with attendants and drinks, lots of attention to details and beauty, and to hear primarily the ocean sounds.

Point Grace was perfect for our family vacation with kids aged 7 and 10. Pool and beach were both quiet as the resort is boutique sized and was truly relaxing. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was gorgeous and the housekeeping staff were wonderful as they changed towels and cleaned the room twice a day, once while we were out and once during turndown service before bed. Breakfast included was bountiful including both continental items and hot food. We will definitely return some day!
