The rooms are very small & oddly designed. The bathroom is such that the room can only be shared by a couple. Staff was helpful. The food at the restaurant “ Spagheti & stars” was terrible. Would not recommend eating here

Great rooms, well laid out and very comfortable. Some complimentary soft drinks provided in mini bar. Shower was strong and hot. TV allows you to stream your device. Great facilities, some bar games in reception, a barbers, and a nice restaurant. Only downside: parking charges were excessive (€28/night) and not clear prior to parking and checking in. Recommend if you park there for a few days to speak to reception to get it connected to your room, after which they will validate the card as much as needed.

The breakfast buffet was nice. I couldnot eat the scrambled egg because it had butter in it so the lady at the buffet made me fried eggs. I didn't even asked that was extremely sweet of her. The room were clean and I had to iron my clothes so they gave me iron board and iron

Stayed here for the Medica Trade show. The hotel is 15 minutes to airport and also close to Messe and Alstadt area. Trains are a short walk and you can go almost anywhere in Dusseldorf.

Top destination!

The room was absolutely spotless, lovely soft towels and sheets, very tidy and clean. From the check-in to the check-out the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exeptional, especially the scrambled eggs and the lovely bacon. I can totally recommend a stay here.

Everything looked great and had a modern look , but you could definitely tell that esthetics were prioritized over function. Very pretty sink that doesn't really drain like it should. A kitchenette that serves no purpose with empty cupboards, but there are no drawers to put yout clothes. The lighting in the rooms are horrendous, it looks pretty at first sight, but try do your makeup with that lighting.
The only thing that they really succeeded with function, was the bedding and pillows. It was very comfortable for sleep. The worst thing was the \"room service \" they call it room service, but you have to go down to reception to pick it up. And once you get it, it's something they warmed up ( not properly) in the microwave. Horrible...

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und tollem Frühstück. Das Licht ist im Allgemeinen ein bischen zu dunkel (in Lobby und Zimmer) und unser Zimmer war etwas seltsam angeordnet (um vom WC ins \"Bad zu kommen mussten wir ums Bett herumlaufen). Der Standort ist und man kann in der Tiefgarage für lockere 28€ am Tag parken. Tipp. Wenn man spät ankommt und in der Strasse gegenüber dem Hotel einen Parkplatz findet kann man dort von 20.00 Uhr bis 09.00 Uhr für umme parken. Witzig ist auch der Barber in der Lobby. Alles in allem cooles Hotel. Wen man die Zimmer für nen guten Preis buchen kann, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Exzellentes Hotel

Einfach ein großartiges Hotel. Das Frühstück war einzigartig, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Auswahl, Atmosphäre, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Stil - einfach perfekt. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Raumaufteilung des Zimmers und dass die Fenster etwas dreckig waren. Ansonsten exzellentes Hotel.

Wir waren als Familie, 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern, für 5 Tage in dieser Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde Wohlgefühlt und der CheckIn war sehr einfach. Wir durften sogar schon 2 Std vor üblichen CheckIn in das Haus.

Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Daria war zu jederzeit zu erreichen.

Mega nur eine Kleinigkeit wo ich sage das hätte man vielleicht anders machen können, und zwar in unserem Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer war Bad und Toilette getrennt. Das ist ja auch gut aber in der Toilette fehlt ein kleines Handwaschbecken immer wenn man raus war aus der Toilette musste man rüber ins andere Bad, um sich die Hände zu waschen. Das war ein wenig umständlich. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter sehr lecker

Zimmer sind recht zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlen aber Handtuchhalter bzw. Haken für die Duschhandtücher.
Design des Waschbeckens ist eine ebene Fläche und das Wasser steht immer im Becken.

Frühstück ist gut mit vielfältiger Auswahl.
Negativ: Meine Kreditkarte wurde mit 100,- € belastet anstatt den Betrga auf er Kreditkarte zu blockieren (im Falle von Ausgaben). Zimmer war bereits bezahlt.
