Booked room with wi-fi and toilet in room. WiFi was terrible. Had to go outside to use it. Had to go to outside toilet and shower that had to be shared with others. Wasn’t comfortable with that in middle of the night. Ordered a taxi at front desk for taxi to airport. It didn’t show but we manage to call one before we missed our flight. Difficult task.

NRMA is relatively reasonably priced for our travel but we didn’t expect that the room had no bathrooms. We made it work and it was a good experience for the kids. The room was equipped with what was needed for our stay.

Room was clean, clean sheets, clean towels, plates, cups, cleanish bathroom, mold and water bugs- roaches, microwave, water kettle and refrigerator. Entire surrounding area could be cleaner. Great price, was ok for a few days. Close to bus stop which was convenient and several tour companies pick up here. Close to airport. Staff was nice and helpful. Wildlife noisy at night.

The property was great. Room was nice size and the amenities were perfect. Hot pot with instant coffee and tea were great. A/C worked great. Plenty of electrical plugs. Light switch by the bed was nice. Clean room comfortable bed. Towels and soap provided. No shampoo. Not a complaint just heads up. The are out front had picnic tables. There was a little outdoor kitchen with a sink for dishes. I don’t remember exactly what was there. The pool was real nice after a long hot day.

The units are a great price for 1 night and they are close to the airport, but they are small and older. Anenties need a good bleach... And maybe some cultery in the community kitchen, most people do not have a knife and fork on them.

We had to share bathrooms, microwave, cooking and cleaning stations with other campers, but it was very clean and I had no issues.

The service was fantastic and the staff were friendly.

I would recommend to bring ear plugs cause the birds and bats live in the surrounding trees and can be loud, but its a beautiful natural sound.

The woman working the front desk was SO friendly! There was a small shop in the reception area for guests to purchase snacks and goods. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great! The coffee and tea station in the room was very nice as well. The only thing I have to say is that there are some glass slits at the front of the room for guests to open and close like windows. It was very easy to hear other guests and people walking by because of that. But our neighbors were relatively quiet, so absolutely no complaints!! Just know, the bungalows don’t have bathrooms. You’ll be using a shared shower and toilet with other guests (separated by gender).

Office ladies and cleaning dudes were great and helpful. The only downside to staying here is the noise. I got woken up by the cleaning trolley rolling past at 7am. I should be up by that time but I'm on holidays! A sleep in would be nice.

Good value cabins at RV campground

Good budget option for short stays in Cairns. Accommodations are individual small cabins at an (RV) camp site. The cabin interior was comfortable, clean and quiet, A/C quiet and working well. Main drawback was having to walk to the public washrooms/bathrooms which were almost a minute's walk away, but that's reflected in the price. Laundry facilities on site, Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Need a vehicle to get to places.

Residents have been professionally taking care of and accommodated for late night check-in with no fuss.
We have been extremely impressed with the level of after-stay customer service. Staff got in contact with us within the same day that we left the place, to let us know that there were some belongings left behind which we were not even aware of until the friendly phone call came through. Thank you for a great place to stay and the service to remember fondly.

It was a clean and quiet accommodation, and the bathroom was outside, but it was always clean and dry, so walking out didn't bother me that much :)
The kitchen is just a huge barbecue place, so you have to bring your own utensils!

Isolated hell park

This \"holiday park\" can rename to \"isolated park\". There are no networks, free wifi With Very very extremely poor signal, thousands of mosquito, staying in camping site is horrible you can imagine. When you upset and the mood going to deep down, you even not able to do internet chat with your family but you can see your best friend mr.mosquito everywhere likes toilet, cooking area and shower room. Stay at outback area is better than here.

Stayed 2 nights, reasonable value for $s. Would have liked to have plugged in to some power for my car fridge (parking was too far from unit) I Prob could have asked if it was ok to plug into a nearby vacant powered site?
Camp kitchen v good but a bit of a walk. Staff friendly. Apart from the camp kitchen & shower, I didn’t use any other facilities

Good location 2 minute drive into town or 20 minute stroll. Recieved a text message saying our room was ready early which was really convenient since we flew into Cairns in the morning. Had every facility we needed including a pool, bbq and laundry. Lovely environment, just a lovely place to stay. Staff were kind and helpful. Only down side may be the tv was a little bit high but who goes on holiday to watch tv anyway?

The date and number of days were mixed up in the booking but a simple phone call to the Park got all that fixed. Very pleasant surroundings, quiet although close to flight path from airport although that stops at a reasonable time. Aircon and TV with Foxtel in our cabin both worked very well and amenities block close by
