We had a great stay at Hotel Natura. The room is spacious compare with others in Europe. Very clean, comfortable bed and great in overall. The staffs were very nice, helpful, and willing to assist you, when needed. The hotel is 5 minute drive and 15’ walk to the main tour buses terminal. We didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant so we could comment on this but every time e passing by, the food smell so good and wish that we could eat there. Overall we had a great stay and great trip. Thanks Hotel Natura’s.

This isn't too far from the main bus terminal where we caught some tours. Approx 10-15 min walk. We could also walk to Perlan. It's not the most centrally located but if you can walk you can walk to downtown. Took us approx another 15 min. from the main bus terminal. It was very cold so dress warm especially if you are going to walk. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. We just grabbed some food at the bus terminal. There is a small grocery mart about a 5 min. walk from the hotel. I am still disappointed that they do not have a free swimming pool but we dealt with it. The pool is around $30 per person to use.

This hotel was good. The only issue I had was they had to many events when it came to dinning. So I didn’t really get to enjoy the buffet. Other than that the staff was nice and the hotel was good, clean, had a gym, sauna, a little shopping shop and a restaurant. Very convenient to avoid going outside if the weather is bad.

Hotel including room very clean and staff excellent.
Bar food affordable but buffet breakfast and dinner quite steep.
Easy pick up point for tours and from bus station.
Finally the Perlan centre is just opposite and was amazing.

The Natura was a good hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean. There was ample parking and it was a short 1 km walk to the cathedral and the downtown. It was also close to roads for travelling in and out of Reykjavik

Company “protocols” refused to give me a refund, even though I cancelled the last two nights well within the 24 hour window.

I had a health issue (heart) in the airport parking lot! So I didn’t even leave the US. I’m very disappointed. A poor welcome to Iceland, to say the least.

Better off going to hot springs then paying for pool access. No robes or slippers in rooms, bathroom small and outdated. Onsite restaurant quite expensive. Heater in room wasnt working. Nice thing was parking was free.

Overall not a bad hotel, they tried to charge me £856 to the card I left on the first night which could have caused a lot of stress on the holiday. Luckily my card had just under and no overdraft. When I questioned it they denied it till I showed them on the last day when we checked out and said it was a new staff’s mistake so not a great/trustworthy experience. However the room was nice and clean and quiet.

Hotel is just average. Rooms are a decent size. Food is not bad but not worth the price. Depending on who was at the desk you either found a pleasant and helpful worker or someone who couldnt be bothered. A little too far outside of the main part of the city and detached. Would have loved to utilize the spa but the hours require you to miss a day of seeing the beautiful country.

The website and the reality were very far from each other. We chose this place because it featured a hot tub and a pool. We mentioned and asked about them at check-in and the staff didn't mention the hours which was exactly the times we couldn't use them. Open from 11am to 7pm! If the website had said that we wouldn't have picked this place. The staff were not very friendly. The dining room was also confusing as to the buffet and where you could sit. The rooms need a bit of updating.

The front desk was friendly and the hotel was clean. It feels more like a 3-star hotel given the rooms only have the absolute basics. (i.e. There’s no lotion, microwave, hair dryer, etc.)

The housekeeping service could be better- in their efforts to remain as eco-friendly as possible, they did not replace our used coffee cups at all during our 3-night stay. Also, the amenities are ~$50 daily per person if you want access. Overall, I expected more perks/extras out of a 4-star hotel.

Chic, clean and comfortable hotel. The shower, bathrobes and bedding were excellent. About 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. Wedding reception dinner at Satt was delicious. The planes can be loud at night if your room faces the airport side of the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

There is nothing nearby accept for a noisy local airport (helicopters, small planes) and construction work. You have to walk through a huge construction area to get to the avenue that takes you downtown or museums. I do not understand this location. Nice pool that hotel guests can only use for a fee--at this price point and with this poor location accessibility to the pool should be a free amenity. Restaurant menu has very limited options.

The room was dark, when you pull the shower curtain, you cant see anything!. staff were so unfriendly. Especially the evening staff. We asked a few questions about access to the hotel in early hours of the morning as we were on a northern lights trip, the front staff were so unfriendly to even explain clearly. The front staff didnt provide any information on spa facilities, about restaurant nothing.

The hotel is a typical four star, breakfast was included and that’s a buffet breakfast quality acceptable but nothing great, the rooms were good quality bedding was good facilities in the rooms as expected. The spa was excellent however the floor was incredibly slippery and I was not warned about this , and slipped and damaged my toe. They did not allow early check-in without an exorbitant fee, unlike most hotels Will if have the room available.

You may end up getting moved to another hotel

Got a phone call just after landing in Iceland to be told they’d moved us to the Marina hotel as they had no rooms left… even though I’d booked this months in advance. This wasn’t ideal seeing as I’d booked this hotel specifically because it had parking. So beware when booking this hotel - you may end up somewhere else. The Marina hotel was alright, in a good location in Reykjavik but the lack of parking wasn’t great.

Walkable to the Hertz car rental store. Most staff were friendly. I did have one request to find a pharmacy, and the staff member at the desk was too busy and told me to come back later. When I came back he googled the pharmacy and showed me his screen. The breakfast and lunch are very expensive.

Natura Berjaya is centrally located and is not far from the Hop on Hop off station. The desk can make arrangements with tour groups such as Tour Desk. The Restaurant has an incredible brunch on Saturdays and Sundays and its well worth the cost.

Rooms are comfortable. Be prepared to step Down into the bathrooms. Beds are comfy and furnishings are quite Scandinavian in appearance. All in all, great stay and great help from an exccelent staff at the front desk.

Our room was ready an hour before check in but we were charged an early check in fee. Too bad they did not have to pay us an early check out fee. The coffee maker is plugged into nothing.

Great, convenient location

Wonderful staff and excellent location. We needed to be near the BSI bus station and it was only a 15 min walk and then only about 20-30 mins walk to downtown. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Very clean! I would stay here again. They also provide lockers for free to store our hiking gear which was really great.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. We like it because it is walking distance to town but not in town. We love the lobby area and spend a lot of time there after a full day of sightseeing. The spa is quiet and relaxing with a pool, hot tub and sauna to use after your massage.

Everything in Iceland is expensive and we found the restaurant to be above our budget.

We loved the Berjaya Natura. Close to Perlan and the geothermal beach, very good dinner and breakfast option, maybe lacking variety, but then it was enough to keep us very very well fed for dinner and breakfast.

Staff are generally lovely and go out of their way to help. Be aware the children are not really allowed in the pool area which is one of the reason to choose the hotel. They are allowed over lunchtime, which is generally when you'll be out

Does not recommend if you don’t rent a car.

Hotel services good. But beds in the room are terrible. Can’t sleep or fit on these twin beds. Room was very congested and you can barely walk. Side tables are so tiny that you can’t keep your small personal stuff like phone, wallet etc.
Secondly the location of the hotel is not great if you don’t rent a car as it is far away from main amenities like food shops.

This hotel was extremely cozy and welcoming. I asked the front desk worker if they had a wake up call service for the northern lights and while they didn’t, he offered to call my personal cell if they came out. They had a small game room/ lounge to mingle with others as well which was really nice. I would highly recommend!
