We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay! We had a concern that parking would be an issue, but we learned that we were able to get street parking nearby quite easily. The pool is quite small, but ended up being perfect for after a day at the beach, when you would like to get out of the direct sun and just get a cool dunk in the water. The shuttle that is available was quite helpful, as this location is not as walkable, as others in Cape May. It was a perfect location for an adult vacation away from the fray. If you are traveling with children and would like to be in the midst of everything, it is probably not your first choice. However, if you are looking for a quiet getaway, it's perfect. The beach service is great! We will definitely visit again!

Wonderful stay at this property in Cape May, NJ. We booked the premium king and had a great view of the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor. Rooms are tight but manageable and the bed is so comfortable. Lovely bathroom. We used the shuttle into town which was nice as parking is at a premium and we did not want to move our SUV and lose our spot. We had our own beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas) but ICONA provided this service free to the guests as well as the shuttle into town. Please tip. My only negative comments would be the coffee in the Keurigs...weak. And the pool. We could not use it as there were too many people in it and it was tiny. One great thing is Hemingways is next door and has happy hours from 12 to 6p every day and well worth it. We would stay at this property again. It was a lovely 4 days.

The Icona Cape May is very clean and very quiet. It is located at the end of a strip of hotels yet is easy walking distance to restaurants and Washington St. The hotel pool is small. Your room door opens to a carpeted indoor hallway not the great outdoors. There are two elevators for convenience.
The hotel staff is helpful and a free shuttle is available for transportation. Parking is provided beneath the hotel. We have stayed there for 3 vacations and have never moved our car during our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised as I approached the smart looking Icona Hotel. Bright white paired with. indigo Blue paint and decor the charm was appealing. Well maintained gardens and a statue of Our Blessed Mother greeted me as I pulled in to the parking garage. Check in was easy and friendly My room was pristine and comfortable. The staff explained and directed me to local amenities. I look forward to staying here again!

Room was very clean. The kitchen area was especially nice and useful. Our only complaint is that the receptionist we encountered when we arrived was not very welcoming. She didn’t greet us and proceeded to go over the hotel amenities right away like a recording. When we asked a question, she appeared annoyed that she had to repeat what she had just listed off. She was the exception, every
other staff member we encountered during our stay was very pleasant.

The place was great. Extremely clean, great staff in the rooms were nice. The only two things I would change would be, cleaning with bleach. The bleach smells overwhelming in the bathroom in the room. Different coffee, the coffee they give you in the room with their hotel name on it is horrible coffee. But they do give you free coffee in the lobby in the morning, I didn't try so I can't see if it's any better than what's in the room, but they do give that to you in the morning.
I would definitely stay again, but I would bring my own coffee.

Parking was good just not enough of it undercover. If you had one of the front six rooms, yes, there was a lovely view of the ocean. If you had any of the other rooms in the building, you didn’t say anything that resembled water.

Always a consistent and clean property. More attention and control should be in place for the internal phone system to reduce prank phone calls at night for disruptions.

We had ants in the room on the counter. Called down to the front desk and reported. Then found them in the bed in the morning. Reported to front desk who was more worried about me paying the drinks that were charged to the room. Not that I found ants in the bed.

The Icona is a lovely boutique hotel. Perfect for a Spring getaway. If the weather is warm, it's wonderful to take the short walk across the street to the beach. Parking is located in a garage under the hotel with an elevator directly to registration and rooms. Very convenient property.

This place is the best spot to stay in Cape May. We go in the summer but we also go around new years. Staff is incredible. The place is incredibly clean and they reinvest in their property, I notice improvements being made from year to year. If you’re staying in Cape May stay here.

The Icona in Cape May totally earned its five stars seriously, the hospitality was amazing and made our stay absolutely perfect. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived; they were super attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our whole trip. The cleanliness was honestly what really set this hotel apart. Our room was spotless, and the room service was next level, going above and beyond to make our beds and clean the space perfectly every single morning. It was awesome to start the day feeling so refreshed and pampered! If you're looking for a luxurious and well-run beachfront spot, we couldn't recommend the Icona more.

We had a delightful experience at the ICONA for our Anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
Additionally, the staff at ICONA were nothing short of professional and kind. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. We were very pleased with the level of service provided.

It is definitely a place we would recommend to others and revisit ourselves.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with the in room coffee maker and a rep was sent to my room to fix the problem. One day I forgot to pull the \"do not disturb\" sign and needed towels late (6 7pm?). I called & the towels quickly arrived. Always a \"good morning\" and a return smile. You are appreciated at the Cape May Icona.

Clean rooms with a nice balcony. Staff was great. Very friendly. On site parking was convenient. They have a shuttle that can take you anywhere you want to go.
