Adorable hotel with everything you could need. We had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony that overlooked the ocean, and cozy beds. Easily walkable to the Washington Mall too. The ONLY change I would make would be black out curtains/blinds.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was regarding maid service. We left the room available from 0700 to almost 1500. Room had not been cleaned. We decided to put out the do not disturb sign. We got a text message close to 1600, asking if we wanted maid service because they were leaving for the day. We opted out of maid service for the day.

We loved this place. It's a unit with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. You could easily stay here for an extended time. We had an amazing view of the ocean. The unit is updated. The location is walking distance to shops, the beach, anything you need. We loved this place!

Everything was clean, the staff was great as always, the view is excellent even from the first floor, and the kitchen has just about everything you need. But the property is beginning to show its age and could use a quick and cheap refurbishing on things like furnishings for the doors/closets/etc. The mattresses are old and feel old. The paint is coming off in places. It's just feeling old, is all.
We love the place, for the record, and will definitely be back. But we'd like to see it better cared for.

The staff and accommodations were really super. The only bad point was that their elevator was out. But, the hotel did have Scott, one of their staff, carry the heavy stuff upstairs for us. (Scott deserves some additional reward for tramping upstairs with the heavy bags for maintaining a pleasant conversation.)

The sandpiper was a great little getaway for our short weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of restaurants and shops open in the area in January.
We checked in after hours, but the staff made it so easy with such simple to follow directions. Check out was the same.
Definitely already considering another winter getaway next year at the sandpiper. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at the Sandpiper Inn! It was a last minute booking, and we were only there for a night but the room was spacious and clean as a whistle. We were on the first floor, however it was still up a flight of steps which was not a big deal. Our room was a little bright when we went to bed, even with the blinds drawn, so that would be my only complaint and that’s minor. We stayed with our toddler and in laws (the babysitters as we went out to dinner). A Sunday to Monday stay in early December was the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a few complimentary tickets for the carousel/train ride at Congress Hall and our little one absolutely loved it. If not for the outlandish pricing in summer, we would absolutely stay here again.

The room was beautiful. We splurged and rented a 2 bed/2 bath ocean view suite. It was perfect for our family. We loved the view of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises. You could hear the ocean from the balcony and it was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We enjoyed cooking meals and enjoying them in the dining area. We didn’t use many of the resort amenities but the weight room looked great and there was a lovely family lounge/game room, and a small arcade. We did enjoy relaxing in the sauna though.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The hotel is conveniently located to Congress Hall and other restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a great size and come with a stove and refrigerator. It is a Cape Resorts hotel so you have beach access

Great location. Nearby to shopping and restaurants and on the beach. Very clean. Rooms are nice especially with separate sitting area. Downside was noisy and location of bedroom. When heat goes on it sounds like an engine starting and runs for about 2 minutes, so you wake up every hour. Bedroom is on street side so can be noisy at night. Blinds don't block the light so outside light brightens the room all night long.

Our room had a view of the ocean, and across the street from the boardwalk; it was very clean, bathroom and kitchen were stocked with essentials. We were in easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely go back

Staff was very friendly. Location perfect. Very clean hotel. My only complaint the bed was very uncomfortable and seemed to tilt at the head area we found the couch to be more comfortable to sleep on.

Great view of the ocean! Nice to have a balconey, even though we went in the winter. Very nice space, roomy, lots of closet space, the kitchenette was great, living area very comfortable! The only negitive...the bathroom is pretty small. Good location, easy to walk to everything!

Great stay! We booked the 2 bedroom suite and it was exceptional, it had 2 porches, one of them faces the beach with unimpeded views of sunrise and sunsets. The unit has all that you need for a family, has full kitchen (with pots/pans/dinnerware/cutlery) and washer/dryer. If stairs is an issue, has ramps and elevator for higher floor units. Has free parking for 1 car. My only issue is that sound proofing and we had a neighbor that was scolding another person and the voice just carried into the unit even with closed windows and doors.

Did have problem after checking in with unit not having heat. It was very cold with horrible winds, so not having heat was a definite issue. After it was determined that maintenance was needed to get heat up and running, we was given a new room. The new room was wonderful, had heat but a few other minimal issues. Staff was very responsive to all issues. Definitely would stay again!
