Room was massive but still very cosy. Again bathroom was spacious with great walkin shower. Had a really comfortable nights sleep.
Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of fresh healthy options and set us up for the day ahead.
The hotel was just adjacent to transport links into town.
All in all a great 1 night stay.

The cafe downstairs was great and had some vegan options for my daughter. The hotel (and cafe) staff were all very welcoming.
I’d def recommend and stay there again if we return!

While this hotel seems quite new and it is ,there's a few issues with the room we were in .
There was a problem with AC and the noise coming out of it .The mirror in the bathroom and the light bars on it were straight in to your face (not practical ) if you want to shave .A bit disappointed specially for the price 580 euros for 3 nights .The staff was brilliant though

Hotel is in a good location near 3Arena, buses and tram, and 25 mins walk along the river to Temple Bar. Easy and quick to check in online, and to pick up key cards from the machine in reception. Room spotless and comfortable with a decent shower. Didn't book a table for dinner, which we later regretted! Breakfast was good, lots of choice, and the lemon drizzle cake was delicious! Checked out online and left key cards in the box, so that was very straightforward. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely use again.

This was a very disappointing stay. I’d really been looking forward to it based on the pictures. I booked a deluxe double room. The room I was given had no natural light and bad lighting. It was very hard to get ready in during day time and impossible at night I asked for a lamp or something but the front desk couldn’t help though they offered to move me the next morning but that would have been too much hassle halfway through my stay. Bathroom had a decorative strip across the mirror that, because of my height, meant I couldn’t see my face properly to do makeup. Ended up having to climb into the sink to see myself. Service in restaurant was poor both in the morning (when I just walked in because I waited so long for someone to acknowledge me) and a night when I was one of about 5 customers and was again left waiting by my waiter. All in all a very disappointing trip I’d wanted a relaxing pre Christmas break and this was not the place. Felt very low budget despite its rating

Both room and staff. No access whatsoever to the AC, it is centrally controlled. Brought the issue to the manager, he promised to give us a refund of the 50 euros they charged us for early check in. Which was already a scam btw; the room is there ready waiting for you but they won’t let do an early check in if you don’t pay 50 euros! After promising the refund would go through, it of course didn’t and I sent 2 emails that got ignored: They are straight up just ghosting me.

On check in the room was not clean, there were hairs on the toilet floor where clearly someone had shaved (previous occupant), along with this there was also a large stain on the bedsheets. We raised this with reception and was told that they’d get housekeeping to do a “full service” to clean the room. When we returned, all that had been done was the bed was made and towels had been replaced but no cleaning whatsoever.

We informed reception of this and was greeted with the right words apologising but clearly no intention to rectify the problem, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The food in the restaurant was awful.
We had a phone call at 5.20am in the morning saying our breakfast was ready for 5.30am.
We did not order breakfast!! The man was so rude and told me ive been charged for it. When we complained to management theh said rooms can ring each room and it must have been a prank call.... how did they know my name then!! Arrogant manager on the saturday with no sorry just full of excuses. Wouldnt stay here again!!

All staff very friendly.We were attending a gig in 3Arena. So handy to get to. Luas was not running between point station and Connolly due to maintenance but there was a substitute bus which we didn’t even bother with as was a nice day for a dander into the shops. Great getting reduced parking at CCD. Would recommend.

On the other hand- the price of the room was SIGNIFICANTLY increased, so given that, I would have expected the room to be cleaner after housekeeping on day 2 and the wait time for customer service (needed a new blow dryer, etc) was a bit long.

Booked this hotel for our last night knowing we had an early shuttle to the airport. It is a 5 min walk to the last to city stops on the way to the airport. Hotel was bright and clean and on a quiet area. Has AC. Got a room with two twins. It was not too tight and had a clean and modern bathroom.

Nice place. Great breakfast and good coffee shop.

Three staff members talking with a massive family from Spain making casual conversation as I stood behind them waiting for 10 minutes until I put my hands up asking for at least one staff member to help me in which they directed me to some self-computer check in.
Hears Dublin was getting pretty rough. Asked for a good spot to eat and was directed to a good little outdoor food corner. Wanted to hit a pub close by but everything was closed even at 11pm. Food place was 7 min walk. Went to walk past that to the first pub 10 min further and had glass thrown at my feet by a pack of teenagers. Don’t walk around here at night especially alone.
