Great location but the room 1D was incredibly noisy. The room, and I assume the ones above, are located on an air shaft so no natural light. There seemed to be some kind of pump in that area that went on every minute for 5 seconds all night.

This is a great location if you want to feel safe and explore the city. Walk to restaurants or groceries near by. Uber is very easy to get there. There is parking in the street if needed. The rooms are very clean and its great to have a kitchen if needed.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were cleaned well and frequently. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great location. Only thing that would have made the stay better would have been screens on the windows to be able to get fresh air without worrying about mosquitoes. I would definately stay there again.

Property and location were awesome! However, 2 days before our checkout date we were told the water would be cutoff that same day and were given a 30 minute (IF THAT) notice. They did offer accommodations but all of our outings, reservations and events were within walking distance to the area. VERY INCONVENIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Will not be retuning due to lack of consideration for their guests.

Location is excelent. Space, distribution and furniture are good. However the room, D1, is extremely noisy. Not even ear plugs you will be able to rest. The water pump and water boiler, for the whole building, is 20 inches outside one of the windows. It is dishonest not to warn before the reservation is done.

Mi estancia fue buena en general la llegada sencilla, la habitación me toco una muy oscura necesidad de tener las luces prendidas todo el tiempo a cualquier hora del día, tenia la habitación detalles de mantenimiento menores pero que hacen la diferencia entre un lugar 5 estrellas y uno de 3.5 como este es decir si cuidaran mas los detalles seria un lugar 5 estrellas, mucho ruido del edificio por tuberías y bombas no catastrófico pero molesto, en resumen se ves una buena tarifa de este lugar quédate si esta muy elevada mejor otro lugar excelente ubicación le falta atención al detalle, recepción amables. Le doy un 8 /10 pero puede mejorar mucho tiene potencial

Renté dos departamentos para pasar fin de año con mi familia. En general nos gusto mucho, principalmente por su localización. Los departamentos muy bonitos y la atencion es buena. Tuvimos dos problemas relacionados con el agua pero la reacción de la administración fue acertada. Si vuelvo a hospedarme aquí.
