Everything was fine, but the rooms are very loud from outside noise and very small. You get what you pay for, but you can also choose to pay a little more for nicer.

The staff were very courteous and kind, and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. There was a strong smell of mold, and the windows could not be opened, so the only ventilation was the air-conditioning. The water in the shower did not drain properly, and the room was much smaller than expected. The blanket and furnishings felt old and worn, giving the space a rather shabby impression overall.

This hotel has good people working there, but the conditions of the room need significant improvement.

Great hotel apart for one thing!

Great little hotel, great location, clean, confortable, nice staff and good value. The only reason i don't give it 5 stars is because there is no safe in the room.
I understand that because its a 3 star hotel they don't need to put one in but it is short sighted by the brand. If you are visiting a city and you have valuables such as a passport, you don't want to be carrying it that around all do. Really silly not to have.

this place is a complete dump and TOTAL RIPOFF!!!! we were charged $898 (price of Browns hotel suite which was gorgeous we stayed night before) for what must be a $129 room! pretty much a hostel. bathroom was disgusting smelled like urban ne- garbage shower that leaks. the staff was sweet all 2 of them. BUT DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WISH TO OVERPAY FOR S SAD LITTLE DUMP. CHEAP CHEAPLY MADE JUST GROSS! bathroom inside the room like a prison

Great bargain in Principe Real

Lovely staff! All very helpful and kind, spoke excellent English and were very accomodating when I arrived at 630am with an overnight flight from the US. Breakfast is 10 euro and a very good deal with lots of fruit, meats, cheeses, croissants, cereal and also bacon and eggs. They even had soy milk for the coffee. I took a few day trips from Lisbon, and the hotel stored my luggage for 4 euro a day. The hotel is centrally located, easy to get everywhere and there are plenty of good restaurants, cafes, even a starbucks within 5 min walk. The hotel also has an elevator, even though it is an old, renovated building. The one tiny fault I could find is that there is no desk or chair in the room, but instead two large planters that are often in the way and a bathroom that is only enclosed with glass, not very private. As I was traveling solo, these were not big issues, but with two people in the room, it will be difficult to lay out your things. The hotel is also extremely humid when it rains and the bathroom was renovated so thatvthe wood floor goes right to the shower and is therefore a little moldy. For the price, great service and location, these are very small issues.

This was a nice hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and it's very close to a popular area. I felt safe and had a nice time there, and the furnishings and fixtures of the room were very nice. It did not have a fridge or anything to make coffee or tea, just a heads up to those who like to do that. The one thing that was a bit of a problem for me was my room was very close to the street and to the lobby so it was loud. But overall I would recommend this hotel because of all of the positives, especially to those who want to be in a central area with shopping, restaurants, and bars that is also safe.

Perfect spot in Lisbon.

First: about the hotel itself. Pristinely clean. Felt brand new. Bed is beyond comfortable and air conditioner worked nicely.

Staff is very friendly and always on duty.

Location is great. You are tucked on a side street just far enough for it to be silent in your room, but mere 20-30 steps from the action on the avenue (there was an incredible band playing in the park. Couldn’t hear them at all in my room - but they were great entertainment when outside.)

Very easy access to a metro and bus station. Lots of great coffees and eats within the walking distance. Highly recommend for your stay in Lisbon.

The hotel is very nice with updated It grts going about rooms. All of the staff I interacted with were exceptional; they were helpful, pleasant & professional.

2 things to note: There is a bar/nightclub right across the street.
Breakfast is not worth 10 euros.

We really liked the location of the hotel, with it being very central and walkable to many attractions, shops and parks. However, be aware the walls are very thin so if guests in neighbouring rooms have an early start - you do too! Showers and bathrooms share walls, so resting in the morning was not an option.

Very nicely decorated (albeit with some out of place items( small hotel at the heart of the city but slightly off center from the very noisy/crowded area. Need to open windows really, even if a little bit. I command the management as an ex hotelier to start housekeeping staff start cleaning the rooms in the afternoons. Perfect morning sleeps except the intervention of some other disrespectful guests

Suchhhhh a perfect room! The design is really nice in the rooms, the AC can get super cold, really nice shower, the staff is super friendly, easy check in, walking distance to any part of Lisbon pretty much! Highly recommend. Oh and the comfiest bed I have had while traveling... was hard to get out of it.

At this price, one expects a bit more. What is missing: water (no self-service filling station), closet (5-6 unmovable hangers over a utility table), tea pot (no coffee or tea), sleepers, and tissue paper, all of which are normally found in a hotel. Hallways were so narrow only 1 person could pass at a time. What was worst was the water puddle and smell in the shower booth. Half of the floor was flat and water stayed all day long. Once you are out, A/C stops, temperate goes up nearly 30, and it rained for 3 days... you get the picture. Staff was nice in general.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2023, we are aware there not many reviews with the hotel only being open around 6 months, so feel this honest review is necessary. We wouldn’t change a thing. The location of the hotel is perfect central to all the nice little areas of the city and a 5 minute walk to Rossio train station where you can get trains out of the city to places like sintra and cascai. All the hotel staff were lovely, spoke various languages and were very helpful with any questions. The room itself was perfect for a 3/4 night city break, comfy double bed , good size shower with big shower head and the room was cleaned daily with all towels replenished. The only small negative was maybe there is not much natural sunlight but that is because the streets are so narrow, also the windows don’t open but that is not a problem as the air con works a treat! The hotel is a solid 8/10 and we would recommend to anyone.

Nice new hotel, with some room for improvement

Having opened just under a year ago, this hotel feels sleek and new. Staff are polite and helpful. The location is very convenient for the city centre as you are close to the Rossio train station, and not far from the other main areas of Lisbon.

Despite the fixtures being new, I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable. The air-conditioning also had issues during our stay - staff were happy to help, but it would often just stop working at 1am, and we didn't want to call maintenance staff to our room at that hour. Lastly, I didn't like the 'bathroom' that was a tinted glass cubicle in the corner of the room - it's not great for privacy.

Last minute booking so we got the ADA room on the first floor by the lobby. There’s a moldy smell in the bathroom that bothered us the entire time. Though they cleaned it, after we used the shower, it would come right back. The room did not look as cute in the pictures or feel as clean as advertised , which was disappointing, but it was probably the most spacious room in the hotel. The AC unit had to take a day to “defrost.” The room is right next to a busy street. However, it’s right around the corner to all the luxury shops. The proximity to Rossio train station was only about a 5min walk and was perfect for our trip to Sintra. There’s a nice fancy restaurant a couple blocks down in a hotel called b restaurant with amazing sangria.

空港から1回乗り換えでAvenida駅から徒歩3分ほどです。ロシオ駅も10分弱ぐらいなのでとても便利です。こじんまりとしたホテルです。近くに美味しいお店もありました。スタッフは取り立てて愛想が良いわけではありませんが親切でした。レモン水とパステル　デ　ナタがフリーでいただけました。深夜に毎日近所のレストラン帰りの人たちの声で起こされました。それがなければとても良いホテルだと思います。

Blaue Metro Restauradores und Avenida in 1-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, somit beste Anbindung zu Flughafen mit nur 1 Mal Umsteigen, zu Fuß zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausgehbezirk Baixa-Chiado, um die Ecke zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Avenida da Liberdade und etwas weitere, aber gute Verbindung zu Strand. Einzelzimmer wie auf dem Bild, mit Terrassentür in Innenhof, daher keine fremden Einblicke möglich, Terrasse nicht begehbar, Bad mit begehbarer (Regen)Dusche, tolles weißes Licht. Reinigungspersonal hält sich an Nicht stören-Schild, aber war am Flur etwas laut beim Putzen und Reden. In der gleichen Gasse ist Seventh Brunch Lisboa, wo man frühstücken kann, sollte das Zimmer noch nicht verfügbar sein. Ebenfalls in der gleichen Gasse gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Hotel hat einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im schönen Lissabon abgerundet.
