The apartments were ideal location for attending a conference at the conference centre, and also for walking all over town. I arrived in Cairns well before checkin time and they held my suitcase, and text when the room was ready. I would stay here again but I would make sure to spend a bit more and get an upper floor.

Was disappointed in the room we had, the balcony was a joke, tiny area outside that faced a wall. No sense of enjoying the tropics here. Room was clean which was good. The fire alarm went off and we responded by heading outside but staff didn't even communicate with us. Badly handled. Was so pleased we only had 2 short nights. The pool area was clean and in great location on roof top but very boring, no real plants etc, not atmosphere

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. No noise. Lifts maybe a little shabby. Long ramp to walk in. Not enough car parks but overall enjoyed my stay.
One suggestion - how much trouble would it be to put a hand rail at toilet in all rooms as I have difficulty getting off a toilet and on one occasion nearly had to call for help.

I was upgraded to a room with a feint but undeniable sewage smell about it even though housekeeping left both aircons and three ceiling fans on for guest arrival. I can only imagine how the room I was originally assigned must have smelled like. Staff were polite. Management need to address the issue.

My stay was great until I checked out. My deposit was returned, then I was continually harassed for a $10 late check out fee that I was told upon check-in that it would be taken out of my deposit. It was an error from your company staff that this was not done, (not mine!). After a few phone calls from you, your staff member decided to wave the $10. My point is that the error was made by your staff/not me!.

Late check-in via coded safe : Entry card would not work. Had to ask other guests to let us in and activate lift. Fortunately room entry was with a key! Rang after hours number which rang out. Unable to rectify problem until after 8next morning. Not happy! Severely limited our evening’s dining as we would be locking ourselves out.

The location and overall standard of the accommodation was as expected for a good price
However, despite excellent reception and housekeeping staff the wake up call from drilling to repair the closed swimming pool at 9am after long flight from Singapore was unacceptable - please tell your guests about work being undertaken at the hotel in future - the offer of use of a nearby pool was helpful - the use of a nearby hotel room with no drilling would have been better !!

The overall location was ok as it was close to casino and other facilities however on arrival was told i had to pay extra to park on the premises carpark. I reluctantly agreed to then be told they did not have any room left anyway.

We were given the key to our room and it was locked out from the elevator so had to return and have that rectified.

Room itself was extremely small for the price i paid. I dont think i will be returning.

Unit was nice and comfy, it was just a whirl wind visit to Cairns to visit our daughter who had recently moved up.

The hotel was close to amenities and a short walk away from the Casino.

The bed was a bit small! We are used to a bigger bed! The blanket was a bit small but we were given a bigger blanket for the next night. It was nice having the bed made every day.

“Every time I passed the reception, there was no greeting, no warmth – it felt like walking into a cemetery. No music, no atmosphere. The rooms were small, and the bathroom fan malfunctioned repeatedly, forcing me to turn the light on and off since they were connected. There was just one bedsheet, no blanket, and I didn’t even bother asking for one. The place seemed like it was also used for public housing, and if that was the case, they should have informed us. We were woken up multiple times during the night due to unnecessary noise. Will I stay here again?
