I've lived in Australia for ten years, and this is my fourth holiday in Cairns. I usually stay in the suburbs, but this time I specifically chose this five-star serviced apartment in the city center.
The apartment's facilities and location are excellent. However, I find it hard to understand: I booked the room three months in advance and prepaid everything. I arrived during Cairns' off-season, and the apartment was less than 50% occupancy. Why was I assigned to a room on the ground floor, in the very last row of the building? Only one room in the entire building faces the entrance reception window—yes, the one assigned to me. Everyone entering and leaving the apartment, opening and closing doors, and walking through the garden affected me. Furthermore, there was a strange sewer smell permeating the room.
It's truly baffling that I was assigned such a room during such a low occupancy period in the off-season.

Beautiful place,BUT, WIFI connection was terrible. Would give 5 stars except, as travelers from another country, we rely on WiFi connection to communicate. In this day and age, there is no excuse not to have stronger WiFi connection. Literally could not access anything in the evening hours. Really need to get that fixed.

Spacious and clean apartment, only critique is the pool area. Pool is way too deep especially if you have young children. Pool doesn’t state how deep it is. If you don’t know how to swim you’re definitely drowning. However the pool in the hotel next door is great to swing past by with food and drinks.

Overall experience was great. The room is clean and fully equipped. It would be a perfect stay till checkout. We need to store the luggage after our checkout to catch a later flight. We were offered to store the luggage in the fitness room. The only issue is the male staff member is not pleasant to deal with and did not show any willingness to help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful, super friendly and helpful, the location was ideal, we had a 3 bedroom apartment and had a ton of room. There were a few repairs needed to some minor things around the unit but nothing that affected our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, great value for money.

It’s a great spot to stay in cairns if you need an apartment. Massive apartment with balcony overlooking the smaller of the 2 pools. The shower was great in the ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom was big and the bed really comfortable.
It was a short walk to the esplanade restaurants so plenty to choose from.
The cleaning staff on the weekend were really helpful when we had an issue with our keys.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully kitted out apartment with a large balcony on the esplanade and within easy walking distance of the Cairns centre. It was clean and we felt very safe with at least 3 levels of security to enter with the external entries and the lift electronically keyed. Management are on the ball as when we had a very minor issue with a shower, it was addressed immediately.

My wife and l and our 2 teenage boys stayed in the ground floor penthouse near the main pool. Our stay was a welcoming one right from from the beginning at check in. The room was spacious and clean had had all the facilities you would expect in an apartment. Room service daily was an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again as it was the perfect location to all the dining and activities that we needed during our stay.

We had a great time staying at the Vision Apartments, it is in a great location. We were able to check in early which was fantastic as we were travelling with a six month old. The apartment was clean and the air conditioner was cold. We would definitely stay here again.

We had six families reserve six 3-bedroom apartments and there was universal delight. Rooms were very clean and very well stocked with dinnerware, kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, etc. Having full kitchens with coffee makers, toasters, ovens and microwaves, etc.made meal preparation easy. Laundry facilities in all apartments. All the kids loved the pool. Central location made walking to dinner and shopping convenient. Also adjacent to the waterfront promenade for jogging and kids' playground.

Good place to stay for business and family trip
We are group of 4 traveled to Cairns for business meeting 3 weeks straight, Apartment is facing the sea, fresh air flow through big balcony. It’s located very close esplanade and aquarium and short walking distance to many places like night market, Reef terminal. Room got cleaned every day even it is not perfectly cleaned but bedroom is well covered and cleaned. We did not get a chance to come to reception due to the time but they are providing good services and information to us via e-mail both before arriving and during our stay. If I will come back here again with my family, Vision will be the place to stay for my next trip here for sure. This place is recommended for family trip.

The property is spacious and well-appointed, as well as being handy for the Esplanade and downtown restaurants and shops. It is also very secure, access to the complex being by passkey. Everything we needed to prepare and eat meals was there (including a coffee plunger!), although we would have preferred a non-Teflon frypan. The fridge and pantry were both nice and big. The overhead fans kept the rooms cool so we never needed to use the air conditioning. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a bit of traffic noise and talking from the street each night which was only to be expected but closing the windows reduced that effectively.

They booked the theater for us while we were off on a day tour using their own credit card. The apartment is near the waterfront and in a very nice part of Cairns. I'd recommend it.
