We stayed for one night in the deluxe building and it was excellent.
Newly renovated it seemed, really comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Tea and coffee and mini fridge. A 2 minute walk to metro line 8 which makes travelling into the centre so easy. Took about 20 mins. Loved our stay and woukd definitely stay again.

There was construction going on in the hotel and the whole day which was very noisy and also due to the exhibition next door all the restaurants were fully booked for my entire day without any opportunity to eat in the hotel

The staff at the bar and resturant weren't particularly helpful. Long waits and having to go to the bar to request items. generally unaccommodating. Room cleaning wasn't great either, I ordered room service the night I arrived and the crockery stayed in my room until I left.
Room card stopped working more than 3 times during a 4 day stay. Just wasn't great, wouldn't stay here again.

Room is pretty dated. AC did not work, it's centrally controlled so you can press the buttons all day and it won't change. Charge by the person so it was an extra $20. Not a huge deal but for the price you are paying which was for me $170 a night USD then another $20 for extra person. Was not worth it for the condition of the hotel. I would stay somewhere else next time. Bathroom was pretty old and dated as well. Refrigerator in the room was not cold and drinks in it is about $3.50 Euros each. Don't be fooled by the pictures. It's dated.

Great stay in Madrid

We enjoyed our stay here. We liked that it was easily accessible to both the airport and the city center via a nearby subway line. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only negative was that we weren't able to get in touch with the hotel ahead of our stay to confirm the availability of an infant cot; luckily we were able to sort it out when we arrived. In any case, we'd recommend staying here!

Good all rounder, great for road trips as good car park and very near to a metro station to get into the city centre.
The pools were great kids enjoyed them.
If there was one weakness it’s the restaurant. They offer a buffet but it’s overpriced and not great quality of food. Breakfast was also a little poor compared to other Novotel I have stayed at, they can’t seem to keep the hot food hot, almost room temperature which I find a bit poor.

Everything was good, very nice staff. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, would have to walk for more options. Very close to Metro station, one stop and you are at the airport .

- Hotel is a bit worn out, with little niggles: a broken lamp, a damaged cupboard door, a shower tap button missing
- Tea making facilities not getting topped up, asking for it at reception, telling me to go to the bar, barman wanting me to charge for it.
- Reception area is very underwhelming: there is no entry, just a pedestal with a screen and a printer. And just two fluffy sofas. A world of difference with the Novotel in Barcelona.
- Area around hotel is soulless empty office park. Thank god the metro is nearby.

The place was ok but the roof was cracked, the toilets are small, the place was HOT.
The AC does not go lower than 25 degrees Celsius…. I won’t be staying here next time I travel.

The hotel was just okay. The room air conditioning was terrible even with the EU laws on room temperature it was too hot. The fridge did not cool down the drinks in it. The room did not have an iron you had to request one. The staff at the restaurant were terribly rude.

For me the biggest issue was that there was no Air conditioner !! OMG after you come from a long day walking, so getting into your it feels like a sauna. It was very hard to sleep. There was few things broken in the bedroom too. I probably would not stay there again.

The placement of the lobby os confusing anf the staff seems to be still in training. After waiting for about 20 minutes for checkout the lady in the front desk let people bypass the line and go straight to her for checkout after complaining I was informed that for checkout is only required to leave the key. It will be helpful and time saving if a sign indicating the process for checkout is placed at front desk

This hotel was decent! Garage is very secure, Room was a decent size, and staff was friendly. I think those are the only positives! Hotel is far from center. About 20-30€ one way into center. Bar is the only place to eat a sandwich or hamburger. Dinner buffet is 21€ for adults and 15€ for children and all I ate was salad. Everything else did not look appealing! Then there was wine just sitting on a table ( no sign or anything) so I went to take a glass thinking it was included, and a staff member came over to tell me that was for another group. The only thing you get with dinner is water. No one even came to ask us if we wanted anything else! 4€ for a glass of wine and 21€ for a dinner I didn’t eat…left hungry! Ate better on my flight back to USA than I did that night. Very big disappointment! Also, bed was very uncomfortable so hungry and tired does not make for a great stay!

The room was really nice but the breakfast was really poor.. Staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly but the actual food was a huge letdown. The cooked breakfast was fully cold both days of our stay. The gluten free bread provided both days was rock hard and so dry. I almost choked on it. I tried again the second day incase it was a one off but it was exactly the same.
Its such a shame as Spain is incredible for gluten free food.
We didnt get a chance to use to pool.
If you need to be in the area its a nice hotel with lovely friendly staff and decent sized rooms but i recommend to eat elsewhere.

This Hotel was pretty conveniently located for the purpose of my trip. I went to a concert at the Estadio Civitas Metropolitano and I also visited Madrid. There is a metro station and restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel personnel was very kind and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Staff, service, and accommodations were great. Hotel staff knew English to help us when needed. Hotel was located in a business park, so limited options to walk to after 5:00 pm. It’s located about 20-30 minutes from downtown Madrid, but more cost effective.

It was a terrible stay. The room’s Aircondition kept making constant humming noise throughout the night. When we tried contacting the reception, no one answered the call. We only stayed there for a night since we had an early morning flight and none of us could go to sleep due to this noise. We would like to request a full refund for the stay.

Horrible experience. Breakfast was cold. We asked multiple times if the egg and bacon served will be warm and were told yes its hot. 20 mins was left for breakfast to finish so that’s probably why the chefs gave up cooking. When you are charging 20 Euros or so for breakfast at least serve what your promise. Hotel staff were also flat faced no enthusiasm in their job and very basic rooms. Novotel has gone downhill. I travelled with my 2 kids . Will never ever use novotel. Horrible

We recently stayed at this property for 1 night. There was a desk by the door where we checked in. We were not asked to put a credit card on file which we did not think of at the time. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the room service as we had a long day travelling and knew we would want to eat on arrival so we looked for the menu in our room but it was a QR code. As we didn’t have a credit card on file we could not figure out the room service so we decided to go down and use the cafe. The staff saw me standing at the bar wanting to make an order for a very long time but did not come to serve me until I went and asked them to. I was told to wait while they unloaded the dishwasher and did other things. We ordered food and drink. Nachos were ok, the burger was bad… the meat of the burger was raw!
Beds and pillows were not comfortable.
The side tables were ridiculously low and unusable.
The tea/coffee station was BAD! So there was a kettle, 2 paper cups and some random tea/coffee/sugar sachets. I ended up going down to the bar and asking for 2 cups and a spoon and we also had to purchase water so we could make a coffee.
There was not many English speaking channels on the tv.
There was a fair amount of noise in the early morning in the corridor with guests leaving.
Upon check out we asked if they would be able to call a taxi (I had recently had surgery) and we were told there was a taxi rank just out on the street!?!
I would not recommend this hotel.

It is very close to the airport. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh-squeezed OJ, and with buy one adult get a kid free, I thought it was worth it. I wish the pool was opened later. We also had trouble finding food when we arrived at 5pm on a Saturday

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There is a metro station 2 minutes away and the airport is only 1 stop away from the property as well. The hotel isn't located right in the center of Madrid but I had no problem with that as a 15 to 20 minute metro ride will take you to whatever tourist spot you want to visit. The property was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. Many properties aren't offering buffets due to Covid so it's good that this property still does as the buffet filled me up enough that all I needed later on in the day was a small snack and I was set for the day. If I do return to Madrid, I will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel for a business trip

Rooms are good. It has everything one need. Good point it has a shaving kit which you normally don't find at hotels. Restaurant is quite pricey and one doesn't have many choices at night time as it's a bit isolated from neighbourhoods.

Really nice hotel. Very clean and modern design. I think I was upgraded as I ended up on the top floor on a lovely big room with a huge window. There’s no check in desk and it’s done instead by staff with mobile devices. This isn’t well signposted and I had to ask someone at the bar. However, once I was served, the staff were lovely. ordered room service and it was fine, nothing to write home about.

Didn’t like the noise from the rooms next door could hear everything from coughing to blowing of noses and talking to the early hours, no sound proofing very disappointed...The cleaning of the rooms the cleaner was up, so we were all up !!
