Clean and spacious rooms. Ask for no pet rooms if you don’t have a pet. Our room had a pet smell.
Lovely manicured grounds. Staff were very helpful and booked excursions for us. Breakfast was delicious!! The crème caramel French toast was the best French toast ever!!

Poorly stocked kitchen regarding cookware.... we stayed in the upgraded 2 bedroom Wolf unit... $1200 for 2 nights.... guess reasonable for Banff mid-June.
Pool ok, but hot tub a disgrace... none of us could bear to use the tub a second time.

It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. The open spaces, pool, extra large hot tub, and room for our kids to play and just “be” was wonderful. We stayed in tower 5 and had perfect sight lines of the basketball court, playground, and our one kid brought a scooter and had plenty of space to scoot around. Easy access to a couple of trails was a wonderful surprise as well!

The rooms could need a little bit of TLC, fresh paint, fix baseboad, get rid of dirty carpet. change drapes. In the dining area, food was good and staff excellent especially Amy, Mylla and Dexie they went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant.

The Staff Was Super Helpful As Its Not Set Up Like A Traditional Hotel. Also Recommend Using The Shuttle Service To Go Downtown As It Will Save You The Hassle Of Parking & Parking Fees. The Outdoor Hottub Is Also Super Cool

Pool area and hot tub were in a bit of shambles and did not look clean. Laundry was convenient but dryer did not get my clothes dry unfortunately. Lots seemed to be in a state of dissarray.

good location , we had a 2 bedroom suite. The only thing was there was a strange smell in the rooms . It had a full kitchen ,2 bathrooms with showers . nice wooded location but on the main road to downtown . in the morning there was a view of the mountains through the trees . short drive to downtown . if it wasn't for the smell this place would be excellent.
Off topic but if you want to go to lake louise , you need to be at the parking super early , if not there are parks canada shuttles that you need to book on line , we didn't know .

Nice accommodations very clean and comfortable beds. Good size rooms too. This accommodation is away (5 minute drive) from the main downtown Banff area but has a very convenient shuttle service. There is also free downtown parking at the train station with a quick walk to the Main Street (Banff Street) where the very affordable public transit runs very often and to every corner of Banff.

I loved the location of the resort and the scenic walking trail to Banff (downtown) and the scenic route cycling to Canmore.

The grounds are beautifully maintained and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming!

The room was very clean! The menu is absolutely amazingly delicious and reasonable priced.

After a long enjoyable day it was very convenient to enjoy a great meal and conversation with nice people.

Stay was wonderful, lot of amenities such as basketball , tennis, pickleball and squash courts. Love the vintage 80’s gym vibe. Only thing disappointing was after a 4hr hike, both hot tub was out of order.

Stayed here for 4 days and was disappointed to find out that the hotel does not have air conditioning. When we asked why the AC wasn't working, we were told that the property does not have AC and that guests are expected to open the windows and use the two electric fans provided. Two electric fans was not enough for five people.
This was not clearly stated in the hotel description when we booked. Banff weather can be unpredictable, and during our stay, the daytime temperatures were quite hot, making the room uncomfortable at times. Had we known there was no air conditioning, we would have chosen a different hotel. Also wifi was very slow.

Topical 1980’s property. Has seen a few upgrades but flooring was separated and lots of old carpet that adds to the musty/ mildew oder. Couch has seen far better days and we had a fur critter peep out from under it. No AC, there are fans. The supplies are limited and lack basic essentials like sharp knives (could cut a plastic bag), spatulas, plastic wrap… the condo was clean but the chairs outside were very dirty and there was mold of some kind in the upstairs bathroom all around the caulking and in some of the grout. The gym has equipment older than me. We enjoyed the walk to town from the property.
Note: the staff was notified about the rodent and they offered to move us but we didn’t want to pack everything up. Think this is an ongoing issue. A couple resident kittens could help them out.

The units were meticulous. The bedding was incredibly comfortable! The pullout couch was not comfortable and I would not recommend for a fifth and sixth person. OUTSTANDING LOCATION!!!

The bad: Unfortunately, they advertised two hot tubs (the photo show. Hot Tub overlooking the mountains- NO). One Hot Tub was completely empty of water. The other one was filthy we asked when it would be clean, they shut the hot tub down completely obviously because it was not clean. The locker rooms had no hot water. They were waiting for a part. The gym had no working treadmills in the equipment was dangerous.

Basically, if you’re looking for a great place to stay, that’s a walk to BANFF- with no hot tub or gym- this would be the location.

It’s unfortunate for us that we wanted a gym and we wanted the hot tubs.

Requesting a partial refund from Hotels.com for false advertising.

Well first....I guess I was under the impression for the cost and the rating...there would be less wear and tear..
Yes the bed was nice....maybe a bottle of water and more than a single kleenex would have been nice...
I know food is expensive but a toast and coffee that was complimentary would have been a nice gesture.
Your hot tub was not operating but your front end staff wasn't aware as they gave directions to it.
I know most people who travel don't watch TV.. but I found only 4 stations..perhaps a list would help.
Your people were nice but overall I would probably not stay again...Sorry

Nice clean room and loved having our own kitchen. We didn’t use any of the amenities but they were clean enough. This was our honeymoon trip and we were greeted by a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in our room, which was a nice touch. We also loved having free parking onsite. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a great checkout experience which knocked our rating massively down. We had prepaid for the room on Expedia months before our trip, but when we checked out we were then charged again for the room (over £300 - 700 CAD). I told the staff member straight away we had already paid and showed him the receipt. He apologised but said he couldn’t refund me until a manager was in later that day. Not great when we were flying to New York that day and needed that money for our next hotel deposit. Then, the next day, instead of manager refunding us they charged us again! So we’d paid for the room 3x. Again, we had to wait for the refund to come through. I had over £1,000 on my credit card. Not a great end to the honeymoon I’m afraid.

The room was older but overall was fine, we were really disappointed with the pool area though. The indoor pool and hot tub were so dirty we could not use them. Murky water, visible dirt on sides and bottom, floors around pool unclean, outdoor glass looks like it has not been cleaned all year. They really shouldn’t have it open if they aren’t going to maintain it properly, it was really unsanitary. I explained all of this to the hotel staff at the counter, I asked if we could have some money back since a big reason we picked the location was to have some hot tub time, she was friendly but said she couldn’t do anything for us. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

The stay was disappointing overall. While the front desk staff were great and very friendly, the property itself felt very dated and poorly maintained. There were cigarette butts all over the balcony and scattered on the rocks below, which made the outdoor space feel dirty and neglected. We also found long hairs in the bathtub and on the chairs when we arrived, so the room did not feel properly cleaned.

Additionally, the area leading to the pool and hot tub was under construction, and the indoor hot tub was roped off with a sign stating it had been ordered closed by Alberta Health Services. This was especially frustrating since the pool and hot tub amenities were one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Unfortunately, because of the condition and lack of upkeep, I would not recommend staying here.

Beds OK - Junior Suite was not as shown - indoor hot tub was under construction/repair and that was not indicated at time of booking. Pool and outdoor hot tub were not well maintained - area was “grubby”. Restaurant was limited and food that we did have was basic diner food - the broccoli cheddar soup was a mix that had no cheddar and was truly below par even as a mix. We had to visit reception for coffee. For the money this place was truly disappointing and we won’t be back.

We have been coming here for many years, and as those years have passed, everything has stayed the same. It's clear that the lowest possible amount of money is reinvested in the property for the benefit of the guests, because it's Banff and people will come, regardless. Well, I won't come again.

Washroom and the floor around the toilet was covered in splatter. Brown rusty water dripping from the washroom lights. The shower head was basically a wiffle ball. Carpet was hard and slick. The mattress felt like a box spring, and each pillow was completely different. Pillows feel like they're stuffed with cotton balls. The hot tub was disgusting. The indoor pool looks like it's a scene from The Shining and was half out-of-service. The outdoor stairs and walkways are very sketchy... those stairs were terrifying while holding a baby.

Some of the staff were friendly and professional, others were vague and checked out. They use Rocky Mountain soap products which was probably the only perk. They have charming gophers or ground squirrels running around, to be fair. That is all.

The property has degraded over the years while the prices have increased. The swimming pool was out of service - again - and the outdoor hot tub was filthy. The TVs in the bedrooms didn't work, which happened the last time too. I requested a crib prior to arrival and they said they would put it in the room, but when we got there it wasn't. I called the front desk and they asked if it could wait until the next day! When the crib was delivered the young guy delivered it assembled to the door and just said: \"Here\" and left. I struggled to get it in, up the stair and in the room by myself.

The room was clean and tidy. I liked that they gave me a bed for my dogs and even a bowl for their food, they also offered me toys for my dogs. The hotel is only 8 minutes by car to Banff and has a bus service to take you to Banff if you need at certain times. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. The only bad thing is that the hot tub was under construction or something similar and that area didn't look good. Everything else is fine.

Our unit was quite nice. Spacious clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant. Low quality meals and very expensive. I’m quite sure our pizza was from a box and not handmade and cooked in a stone oven. Amenities were ok though the indoor hot tub was being renovated.

Staff were all great. Wonderful shuttle service to downtown Banff, so you don’t have to worry about parking. Did not use the pool, hot tub etc so cannot comment.
The property is showing its age though and our room could have used some refreshing ( flooring, bathroom walls need wallpaper, doors need paint etc and price reflected this). Bed was very comfy, kitchen had sufficient supplies.

Restaurant on site is amazing. All the staff I encountered were great and accommodating. Amenities were kind of on the meh side as I went to go use the gym and a couple of the machines would not power on also, the indoor hot tub was not working in the indoor pool.
I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again, this is my second visit to the location.

The space was lovely and the room was clean, although it was odd they provided shampoo and conditioner but no body wash or body soap of any kind. The room had clearly been updated and was in great shape, but the walk ways were pretty torn up and the pool area was just falling apart (one hottub fully taped off, handle was loose going down the stairs, tiles falling off etc) but was still very clean. I'd come back and hope they keep updating the space!
