Our family enjoyed staying here close to Banff. Communication with the host was easy. There were two very nice grills, outdoor seating area and fire pit right outside the door. Our unit was on the first floor but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access. We would stay here again for sure!

The accommodation was fine but definitely showing some age. Check in was contactless. Recieved a text from staff seeing how everything was in our 1st hour of arrival. Responded that there was issues with the toilets. I tried calling the number no answer. 3 hours latter i got a call back.seeing if we would survive. No effort or offer to back things better. And then in the morning there was a drone flying around the property at the height of the upper windows. Which was concerning considering the windows in the showers have no covering.

This is the best deal for your money. Location is very convenient 5 min from downtown Canmore and just before the Banff park gate. I find all condos much bigger than what you would get in Banff or Canmore for the same money. I stayed in several apartments at Boundary Lodge and all are very well equipped. I highly recommend this place for any season. This is our favorite place to stay at on our ski trips.

The house is clean with everything you needed. Staffs is helpful. But the location is ok. Closer to Canmore than Banff. Nothing around, need to prepare and plan ahead. Don’t forgot bring all your food and drinks!! Nothing around.

When we arrived on Saturday, the unit smelled like smoke. I advised them, they said they would follow up with their manager on Monday?it says everywhere it is a non smoking unit. We opened all the windows to try to air it out. The unit itself was clean and adequately appointed. The unit is self check in/out. No front desk or staff on property. That was fine, communication was good. I was quite surprised for the price that they also expected you to load the dishwasher, turn it on, and collect all the garbage and deposit it in the bins outside? Unusual expectations. I am aware many hotels have reduced service because of Covid, but I don’t believe that is the case here.

The property location is very good. Onsite coin Laundry was bonus. Getting any sort of help from the property management was a big challenge. We had issues with the toilet clogging and we tried to reach someone for a couple of hours but could not reach anyone.

Very accessible going to and from Banff. Staff was considerate- we were able to check in early since we are already on site and our suite is ready. Kitchen utensils are complete- extra towels, pillows and blankets are in the room. On the other hand, in one of the rooms you can hear the vehicles. Also, extra waste bags can be handy next time as we are a big family. Overall, the suite is spacious and very private.

Condo was big enough for 5 people. One king and 2 Q beds. Rooms were quite warm even though thermostat was turned down. Lots of parking although on Saturday night at least one person needed to park in the lane way. Quite a bit of road noise in the highway facing bedroom.

kitchen was well-equipped ,we were missing one item and when I called we got it within 10 minutes. Location was very convenient just sixteen minutes drive all the way up to Norquay and five minutes drive Canmore Downtown. We will definitely stay here again. Keep in mund bedrooms have no TV just a living room. We didn't mind at all.

It was seriously perfect! The view of the rockies suite 100 in front, all comodities like home, giant screen in livingroom turning completly in front of bed. Juste little noisy because of the highway but close to everything in canmore and banff

Two night getaway with a friend. Wanted somewhere with kitchen facilities so that we could self cater and be close to both Banff & Canmore. This property ticked all the boxes for that. Did not know ahead of time that the hot tub was not available. All in all a great stay.

First complaint is that check in starts at 5 pm and also there is no one at front desk. They left a note on the door saying to call the reservation line to get your passcode to check in. Good thing Expedia emailed me details of check in procedures. I doubt the hotel would of done that. Next complaint is that our room door had a broken metal door seal still hanging as we pushed the door opened. The unit just looks nice inside but cleaning was not up to par as advertised for covid standards. The fans in the rooms had dust all over them and there is a leaking pipe in the kitchen floor every time you use the sink. They also expect you to clean everything you use in the kitchen and take out your own trash. Why are we paying for a room and housekeeping if we are expected to do it ourselves. I don’t recommend staying at this property even if you find it a good deal for many people.

I checked in with my family and immediately called to inform about smoke smell in the property. We had to let the air pass before we could put the kids to sleep.
Secondly, the unit was not cleaned properly, we found nuts and other food crumbs from the floor and clearly the floor was not sweeped or mopped. The unit has not been maintained at all. When we put the fan on in the bed room, dust started falling from the fan

I would never suggest that hotel. When I came there with my husband, we could not find anyone. Everything was locked. We called three different numbers on the door but there is no answer. After more then twenty minutes I could finally reach the lady who gives me three different codes which we at least 10 digits from different doctors that I could come in my room. It takes 20 minutes every time to get into my room. The room was on the south part of the building and I ask lady to change the room for me because I have a two years old child, and the temperature in the room was more than plus 40. This is worth experience with hotels in my life. You are just by yourself because there is no one with whom you can discuss the situation and find an appropriate solution. Highly NOT recommend to go in this place.

I enjoyed being in a condo with a living room and full kitchen. The kitchen was not fully stocked, which was disappointing. There wasn't even a can opener. The neighbors above is sounded like elephants and they decided to party all night on Saturday inside and outside. It was insane. There was a security number which did help but that took hours to address the problem fully. And the toilet handle broke within an hour of arriving.

Amazing stay and super spacious. We stayed in the unit above the main lobby and the facility was great. Netflix available on the TV and fully stocked kitchen. Be aware of late check in (10pm). We arrived late but all we needed to do was call security and they gave us access. Took 15min longer. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay! Unfortunately, it was difficult to reach staff the next morning to inquire an extra stay. Overall, excellent and close to Banff scenery.

The lodge is VERY conveniently located, easy to get to from #1 highway. The suite was lovely! Clean and ready when we arrived and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was large enough for 2 cooks, and had almost everything we needed to prepare supper. The only thing missing was wine glasses, so we used tumblers. Bedrooms were large, and beds were wonderfully comfortable. The fireplace was easy to start, and we were able to the have the entire suite at a good temperature. The morning mountain view from our living room window was breathtaking! Even though we were close to the highway, we heard almost no traffic noise. I will definitely consider staying again, next time we are in the Canmore/Banff area.

The room we received had 2 double instead of 2 queens.. which doesn’t work for 4 single dudes over 6’ and one of their ladies. Ended up sharing a bed with my hubby and his best bud in the king and the other two each got a double to themselves.
In theory it sounds like it would work in a pinch.. but it was one of the worst sleeps I have ever had.

It was totally terrible experience. I checked inn with my wife and two years old son, my room no was 100, and by going through the whole property map and also in person visiting whole property, in -15 i never found unit no 100. Really disappointing, and after waiting for two hours, one of the contact no worked and a lady on phone told me that unit no 100 is a newly built unit and its not either in the map nor visible from any view. So ultimately she guided me to get into the room after struggling for three hours.

There were not enough dining chairs for the guest of five In the up to 6 people room and the stuff didn’t even try to fix the problem and told us to use the sofa instead. All these communication were done on the phone and we couldn’t even find any stuff on site. 2 out of 6 glasses were chipped and unusable, too. We prepared special steak dinner for our guest friends from Japan, so not having enough dining chairs (and glasses) were not acceptable. Moreover, the staff’s poor correspondence made us really angry. They need better maintenance and staff training.

The unit we had was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Was a good size for our family of 6. The location of the lodge was also very good for a weekend of skiing. Main downfall is the walls are paper thin. We had a lower level unit and the people above us and around us partied all night which meant we got zero sleep. The lodge needs a quiet time or some security to monitor the noise. If you want a place to have some fun it would likely be good but if you want a quiet weekend with your family I would not recommend it. VERY VERY noisy!!

We have stayed at the BB Lodge a number of times. Both the bachelor suites and the larger apartments are always clean, spacious and nicely furnished and equipped. We don't like eating out often, so we really appreciate their well appointed kitchens.

Check in hopeless, we had booked in for 2 separate dates, on both we did not receive the codes to get in to the building and our room, had to use expensive uk phone to make contact as no wifi outside. Took ages and were very cold. No apology. Large room but only a very small fan heater which stopped working late at night, when it was minus 14 outside, had to sleep with clothes on. No staff at place to speak to and phone lines very busy. There were also 6 other guests in the same position, lucky for them we knew how to make contact. They were looking for a reception desk which they do not have. Won't stay there again.

Pleasantly suprised, very nice and worth every penny, especially being one of the cheaper rooms in Canmore.
My only complaint was the cleanliness, floor was not vacummed, infact there was an old piece of lettuce on the kitchen floor, bath tub had hair in it, etc.
And security was very loud when they checked the property at around 2am.
My only complaint was the cleanliness, floor was not vacummed, infact there was an old piece of lettuce on the kitchen floor, bath tub had hair in it, etc.
And security was very loud when they checked the property at around 2am.

Overall, I liked this place, but the location is not the greatest as it is located along the highway, so it is super noisy if you want to leave the windows open to get fresh air overnight. Plus, the pots and pans are kind of broken and not usable.
