I’m giving this hotel 3 stars. While the staff was good and friendly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is perfectly fine, but our room and furniture were covered with dog hair. I expected the room to be properly cleaned before our arrival, regardless of the pet-friendly policy.
Another downside is the location. The hotel is very close to a railway line, and the noise from passing trains can be quite disruptive, especially at night.
Overall, the staff was pleasant, but better cleaning standards and more transparency about the train noise would greatly improve the guest experience.

This was an excellent bachelor suite on main level reserved for dog parents. Everything needed in kitchen. Bed comfortable and clean. Laundry w/d in unit. Didnt see a blow dryer, brought my own. Shampoo and conditioner pump in tub. The suite had great parking outside the door. Not impressed though 2x, I had ppl park in my stall and were unloading bc they didnt want to walk from their stall to their own suite. There needs to be strict reinforcement to not park in undesignated suite parking stalls or unloading in someone else's stall just bc ppl dont want to walk an extra 20 + feet. Perk... right next to the Rocky Mt Bagel which opens at 6am to 4pm. Better get there before the line fills up. Otherwise a good place to stay.

We had the best check in experience, and any time we needed anything they were happy to help! I love that the room had laundry - and if we needed extra detergent pods they were available on site! The room we rented was perfect for me and my husband! With the fridge and stove as an added bonus! The only issues we had, we could not get the room to cool down in the winter, even with turning the heat off. They provided fans those to help! The other small issue.. our bed was not as clean.

The front desk is available 24/7 via text which is super convinent. There is also a hot tub that oversees the mountains which is a great amentity. The room we booked was pet friendly- very big/steep stairs that the dogs had to navigate, if you have a dog that is a senior or have mobility issues check with the hotel to ensure your room is on the main floor. Yes ... We would stay here again . Easy to find , Lots of restaurants to choose nearby and grocery store within walking distance . The outdoor hot tub was great ( bring a robe )Appt. sleeps 6 . Full kitchen with decent cooking utensils . Each unit has only one parking stall . The front desk attendant assisted with finding a spot for a second vehicle as parking in Canmore can be a challenge during peak times. 10-12 min. walk to downtown if you find the pedestrian railway crossing

Snow removal started between 5:30-630AM. We were out there for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The hot tub is small and slightly inconvenient to get to. Do yourself a favour and book away from the train tracks also. It’s also loud at night

Amazing place to stay! Very affordable for the area, the rooms were great, the rules are reasonable, the hot tub was great, and everything was clean! Only issue we had was that the train was right outside our window and kept waking us up at night and I didn’t see anything about it before booking the room. But besides that it was amazing!

We stayed in a ground-level one bed unit. The decor was nice, but it feels almost like a basement. It had only 2 windows, both of which need to remain covered for any kind of privacy. One looks right at the walkway between units, the other is next to someone’s parking spot. I mean right next to it, as in someone scraping their windshield on the other side of your pillow. It’s OK in winter when it’s dark outside and closed blinds are cozy. It would be really unpleasant in summer when you want open windows. They do supply earplugs as an amenity.
