Really centrally located, love the underground parking to leave a vehicle at and walk around town. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and I actually really appreciate how much it feels like a home, rather than a hotel. Pool, waterside, and hot tub were great also. we'll happily stay here again

Staff was extremely friendly, but the rooms could use some work. Dishwasher was LOUD and disruptive, bedding for the pullout couch was super thin (like 2 sheets) and not warm at all. The counter stools were wobbly and unstable even for a 90lb kid. A handle fell off a coffee mug when we took it out of the dishwasher, very minimal additional supplies aside from plates/cutlery in the kitchen. Toilet made a loud squealing sound everytime we flushed. Pool towels were only slightly larger than a hand towel. Weird stain on the pull out couch sheets. Overall, good location and decent price point, but definitely lacking in quality.

The accommodation was great with the full kitchen and mountain view. The bed was not firm in 215. However, too many rules/chores (run dishwasher & put towels in tub) for my liking esp. when a resort fee is issued daily. Plus the parking space # was hard to see. Definitely, won't stay here again.

Amazing!

We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Everything was perfect and clean. The view of the mountains was amazing and we even had a bbq on the balcony with a main gas line. There's underground parking but nobody told us that we have to enter on the left side of the ramp which is where the code box is for the garage door and when you exit you stay on the left side. It's basically driving on the opposite side of what we're used to in Canada, there should be better signage than a faded arrow on the ramp. Other than that we had no complaints, there are shops on the main road and a hospital right next door to the complex. I would definitely stay again.

The room we had was stocked with everything you could think of. We had booked a room with a balcony and got a patio instead which was disappointing. Cars were parked right outside our room and there was a lot of hallway noise due to where we were located. Thankfully we were gone most of the day. Convenient location to restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, liquor stores, etc.
It was a bit confusing that there were 3 names to the resort...Paradise Resort, Sunset Resorts & Grande Rockies Resort.

Location was excellent - very close to downtown Canmore and many restaurants nearby. Facility was as pictured on Expedia and was clean. Only downside is that suite was on the main floor and we could hear every footstep taken by the people in the unit above us. Bring ear plugs so that the unit above you does not disturb your sleep.

Our room was great! Had a 2 bedroom suite. Loved the full kitchen snd laundry in room. The beds were super comfy. And it was really quiet. We didn’t hear anything at night. Unfortunately they are doing construction, so the hallways were a giant construction site. Pool was fun for the kids (my son especially loved the little kid splash area), but it was a tad dirty. There was hair all over the deck (gross) and I don’t think it ever got mopped so it was kind of grimy. Good location for a couple days in Banff though

The hotel is a quick 10 minute walk to most of Canmore, there are a few trails around the resort and lots of green space.
Not great parking options as underground is tight and really only meant for cars or small SUVs.
Limited recycling and no organic bins mean lots more stuff ends up in the garbage
Games room is ok, just frustrating that only the pool table really works.
Due to location and room lay out we would go back, oh and if booking a mountain view, you should likely request to not be on a ground floor

Well I dislike their terms and condition regarding towels usage. Marks/stains on old used towels are charged at 20$ a piece. When confronted with house keeping we found stained towels given to us that were replaced.
Basement Parking for 6 seaters vehicles is tight and congested.

This property was very good for my family. The 2 bedrooms made sleeping arrangements really easy and convenient for us. My kids absolutely LOVED the pool! The unit itself was nice, but a little run down. The panel in front of the bathtub kept falling off. It did not affect the function of the tub (although we did not try the jets just in case) but aesthetically it wasn’t nice. The coffee pot was very clearly brand new, which was awesome, but the coffee they provided wasn’t enough for a full pot of coffee. The lamp next to the bed would turn on and off, but was broken and would spin around if knocked, and the lamp in the kids room would also turn on, but the switch was broken and almost looked like it would electrocute you. These are all minor things in an otherwise very nice stay. The kitchen provides you with everything you could need, the beds were comfortable, the fireplace was so nice and the staff was super accommodating. There’s also a games room that was super cool. If my kids were older we probably would've spent more time there. It’s in a great location and near lots of food places and coffee shops. All in all we would stay here again.

The common areas in the resort are in desperate need of attention. The carpets have wrinkles in many areas and the wall paper is damaged from being rubbed in many areas. Stayed a couple of years ago and it was like this then. In the unit we stayed in the cupboard doors did not close properly. The hide a bed cushions were stained and there was an area where the baseboard fell off the wall. Orher than that the unit was fine.

This is definitely a place to stay longer than 2 nights as it has everything a family needs to enjoy their stay.
The dryer wasn't at its best but we could manage it.
And although the access and rules were a bit complex to follow, we also dealt with them accordingly without trouble.
We didn't have time to use the pool but we kept wondering if the access to it was from the indoor aisles or we had to walk through the parking lot to get there (if the latter, I wouldn't find that convenient...).

The suite was lovley. The layout, with two bedrooms, a pull-out, full kitchen, and two bathrooms was just what our family needed to be comfortable on our stay. We received a call before arrival to say there was a slight issue with the ceiling in the one bathroom, but it didn't affect our stay and they gave us a late check-out, which was handy. We appreciated the heads-up. The facility could benefit from some updates, as there are many signs of wear, but none of them affects the comfort. The beds are clean and comfortable and the check-in staff was friendly.

The modified checkin and checkout times are a little difficult when you have small children with you. At 10:01 am they are knocking on your door to see if you are gone. The floors were not clean when we arrived. Kids feet were filthy from going barefoot. Pulled out the hide a bed and found a spoon in there. Wonder how long that has been there. Otherwise it was good.

Room was adequate and clean. Bed linens and towels were clean but bed linens had some holes. Kitchen was adequately furnished, appliances were functional, coffee in pouches for the coffee maker was a nice touch.
Underground parking is terrible - bad lighting, spots that can only comfortably fit compact cars/SUVs, definitely not pickup trucks.
Room faced back alley, which meant vehicle and maintenance equipment noise.
Mostly OK since we spent most of our time out exploring the mountains and Banff, but for the price, I would not stay here again.
Staff were polite.

They gave us under ground parking which was tight and we had a huge car. So we had to park in the open air lot that had minimal spaces so sometimes we didn't find parking.

We were under the impression that this resort was pet-friendly so we brought our dog. Upon arrival we were rudely told by one of the owners that it isn’t. My son-in-law had to drive the dog back home and arrange care for it. My daughter and her husband turned around and went home with their dog. They drove for 6 hours for nothing. Be careful when you book this resort on-line.

The location of the property is great for walking to things. However, the pool was ice cold and the tile around it was very slippery and dangerous for kids. The kitchens are needing of repairs. The staff at the hotel front desk were not friendly or aware that the resort club guests have a different front desk to inquire to for assistance, they couldnt even advise to talk to the correct people, just were very unhelpful and unfriendly.

This property is run down and dated. Many features are falling apart (chairs, door knobs etc). The paint is all chipped the water system in bathroom is mildew-y . It is functional and basic the beds are hard and basic. Kitchen was equipped with utensils and basic needs for cooking. Fridge was large (although the shelves kept falling off). The kitchen layout was cornered and obstructive (granted unit placement will determine layout).
The pool was very dirty and did not provide adequate lighting many areas were dark and shadowed (see photos ) More than half the lights in the pool area were turned off (or burnt out?). The hot tub (outdoor/ indoor ) had no lights in the pool also the outside area had no lights (huge safety issue and likely not to code).

Sounds are loud through the facility (wood frame) hear footsteps above and in hallway often).

Highly disappointing. Main lobby for check-in is located in a completely different building. Directions are not clear. Tub and sink drains ridiculously slow. Toilet needed to be flushed 3 times after each use. Just avoid this hotel all together.

I like that it was quiet and clean. The expectations for leaving the towels in the bathtub and getting a charge of $50 IF NOT DONE I didn't like as well as filling the dishwasher and run it . Also I didn't like that a request for staying one hour over there was a charge of $40 which we didn't take and had to rush out with two children out of the building .

It was a great place for family stay as we went with our two young kids. It’s very close to shops and restaurants which is all within walking distance. Our kids love the pool and the slide of course. The room has everything we needed for a short stay.
Only thing that wasn’t perfect for us was that it was quite loud and busy throughout the night as people were shouting and chatting in the hallways which we could clearly hear them even past 9-10pm. Our kids went to bed usually before 8pm so that kept them awake. Next time I will ask for a room with less traffic for sure.

The room was ready for us almost 2 hours later, we were 7 it was cold outside and no place to go. And when we got to the room they where still cleaning it. Very noise the people on top of us. Pool was ok and fun but not Covid friendly at all capavity 40 and we when they was like 50 people there. Was a bit disappointing. The reception also mix up the room number and code so we where not able to unlock one of the room.

Good location and amenities but is old and run down. The heater in our room did not work during coldest week of the year. 9pm of day two, the 5th staff visit, finally the HVAC guy arrives and opens a valve for temporary fix so we have some heat. Fortunately the fireplace worked so we had some living room heat. Microwave has sign to slam the door. It only works if you hold the door closed with hand. The washer has an OUT OF ORDER sign on it. Rooms can be noisy if you have neighbors. Definitely not luxury in this state of disrepair.

Spent 3 nights, with 13 family members, the eldest being 93, and the youngest being 2. Kids loved the pool although there was tons of chlorine, which irritated our skin, and bleached out a couple peoples swimwear. Only other complaint would be our rooms were far apart, we booked as a group I would have thought they would keep our room close together. We will be back.

Our room was really run down. We were so disappointed because we came to the mountains to relax and unwind but as soon as getting to our room we noticed it wasn’t very clean, hairs everywhere, dirty floor. Then we realized that the fireplace didn’t work. We picked this room based partly on having a fire place since we don’t have one at home. Our bed was so bad. The mattress was hard as rock and the sheets felt and sounded like paper. We tried to use the TV in our bedroom but the remote was broke so we couldn’t change the channel or turn the tv off or on! Then we go to use the pool and find out the kiddie pool is shut down. Overall we were very disappointed this time around.

Hallway carpet and wall paper by elevator #2 on 3rd floor is coming loose. Pool could use cubby holes to store guest items as there was no seating do all of the guests towels on the limited chairs.

We booked one of the suites for us and our 11mo and our daughter. It was wonderful. Good sized living room, the bath was huge and clean and the kitchen was also a very good big size. We had everything we needed in there and more. Would highly recommend. We used the pool and also enjoyed it and our daughter loved it.

The only reason I gave a 9 out of 10 was our room was not ready at 4 when we got here and we had to wait until 5. However, it was not likely the Hotel’s fault. Unfortunately Covid has created a lot of employee shortages everywhere.
