C'était mon premier séjour dans un Ibis. Apparemment, il y en a plusieurs catégories. C'est un Ibis rouge, avec salle d'eau dans la chambre. Ils ont eu la bonne de créer un sas entre la porte de la chambre et la porte donnant sur le couloir. Donc, on n'entend pas les crétins qui braillent comme si le couloir était les vestiaires d'un stade communal. Mais isolation insuffisante entre les étages. Dès le réveil des voisins au-dessus, plus moyen de dormir.
Il n'empêche que le secteur est bien fourni en petits restaurants sympas.

Hotel reception was good and welcoming. Room was very small for 3 people to stay in. Difficult to walk past the 3rd (additional) bed to get to bathroom.

Family room was very noisy on the first night as it was next to the lift. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another available room but not a family room because they were fully booked. Our toddler had to sleep in a travel cot which was quite small to what she is used to but we had 2 good night sleep (compared to the first sleepless night)!

It was difficult to find staff that was proficient with English, but that's a minor complaint since I didn't learn French before I went there. The room was very basic. No coffee/tea access, no climate control that worked. It was difficult to sleep because the room was hot and no fan was available. Breakfast was mediocre. We ate dinner there one night and the menu was very limited; items on the hotel channel were not on the actual menu. A TV frozen dinner would have been better. They did have a very nice terrace with comfortable seating and the front desk staff were very nice.

Okay stay but will not return to this hotel again.

This hotel was pretty bare bones. On the Saturday we got there, a party was heard down the hall. I checked it out and was amazed that they were able to get 6 people in one room...read into this comment that the rooms are small. Check in staff was friendly, location was good, easy access to the subway and bus lines which were necessary because of a subway strike. COVID testing nearby.

The bed was horrible, room was so small and felt like a dungeon. It was so dark and the window did not open properly. The air conditioning also did not work and the desk attendant said they would send up a technician and no one ever came.

Great hotel for a good price!

The hotel is a few minutes away from the station which will take you to all the sights around paris easily. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel looks fairly new, the staff speak English. The room is a little bit on the small side but very clean and comfortable for the price you pay.

Okay, not mind-blowing

There was a heatwave that hit Paris just as I got there and the hotel's AC did not work on the 5th floor, where my room was. I couldn't open the window enough to let any slightly cooler air in at night, either, and sleeping was impossible, even though I was given an oscillating fan by the front desk. The breakfast was tasty, but the number of tour groups and the resulting breakfast rush meant the staff was constantly running back and forth trying to keep up with the demand for coffee cups and silverware. The neighborhood isn't altogether charming, but Rue DaGuerre is pretty and quaint.

I higly recomend this area in France. Very residental but close to plenty of food and shops and the metro line 4. Also a walk away to other metro line but the 4 is much closer and will get yoi vitrually any where you want to go in Paris. It is a little further away from the center so dont assume every shop speaks english, a little french goes a long way. Say Bonjour and the staff will be a lot nicer. The room was nice but small and thats ok because if your like us you will be out most of the day anyway. House keeping everyday and i recommend the breakfest. It was a small selection but very well done food. Overall would stay again, what sold me was the area. Far engough away from the bustle of Paris but close enough to be in central paris in 10 to 15 mins tops.

Got to hotel and they only had 2 rooms left instead of the four confirmed rooms.
2 pairs had to go and stay in another hotel for 1 night and then the rooms we were left with should have been twin rooms but one was a double. Not good on a lads trip!
It took them over an hour and half to sort this, with no proper explanation of how they had overbooked. At least another two couples were told the same when they turned up.

had to change room 3 times .one room was very small the size of a closet room 602.
next room look out the window was facing the poubelles. garbage bin, the breakfast was ok the first day but keep reducing the contents everyday.not worth 10 euros. the electricity went out for more than 2 hours no elevator no airco was force to use flashlight from phone to get downstairs almost trip.
the staff at the front desk was very courteous. but won,t be returning .

In 32 degree heat the air-con was useless.Temperature at night in rooms was difficult. In extreme city temperatures a bottle of water should be made available in the room. Front office staff were a mixed bag, some friendly, some not at all. All in all, an average hotel for average prices. With some care ant attention it would become a good hotel.

Serviceable hotel at a good price which is a 10 min walk from the Alesia Metro station. We were out all the time so this was just a place to sleep and it fitted the bil. If you are looking for convenience and a cheap stay - this is fine. If you are looking for luxury - try elsewhere.

Depending on your requirement, book the room appropriately, coz standard room with 1 double bed are good ones. Standard room with twin bed are awful. Hotel corridor was a bit smelly on the lower floors. Top floors are good with nice ambience. Rooms, shower and toilets are small, it's all squeezed in. Staff were friendly and able to answer our questions. Hotel has 3 lifts, left luggage, bar, restaurant, toilets and waiting lounge. Public transport to this place is not well connected, you will have to walk a bit(5 to 8 min) to get to nearest tram or M4. In my experience I would say it's not great, but just ok budget hotel.

The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The room had a partial view of the eiffel tower and the montparnasse tower. The room was in quite a bad state though. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, but it was in quite a bad state of disrepair. The shower had to be repaired as water was pouring out of the shower hose, the sink surround had fallen off so all of the pipes underneath were visible, the carpet by the bed was ripped, the heating didn't work and there were holes in some of the walls. That being said, the price was very reasonable, so it didn't bother us too much.

When I arrived at 4pm Friday 23 Sept 16 I was told there was a power cut-not an accident-maintenance; so I was taken up to my room by lift in darkness-the concierge had a small torch-this was not a great start-I was told the power would be off until 6pm-however at 4.20pm the power came back on in the room and hallways (thank goodness). There was also no internet available on the Friday evening which was very inconvenient :-(. Room was very clean and new :-)

Great location, Budget Hotel.

This ibis you get what you paid for. The rooms are very cheap, basic but clean. We didn't spend much time in the room so it was perfect just to rest our head. Rooms are small. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Alesia area however is a beautiful, friendly area of Paris with restaurants, cafes, bars and really enjoyed walking around at night. The metro is the only realistic way of getting around easily as walking is quite a trek but it is cheap, only costs €1.90 per journey. Overall good location but average hotel.

The hitel was being painted at he time if the arrival. Booked rooms for a group with twin beds. all rooms were clausterohobic. May have been OK with a diuble bed. With the twin beds, there was hardly room to move. Not enough room for luggage. limited room in the bathroom. Although the cleanliness was a plus point.

We checked in at 2am due to a delayed flight, but there were staff at the desk ready for us. The lobby was clearly recently renovated but the fifth floor we stayed on was a bit dated in decor.

Our room was pleasant, with an extremely comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning, desk and nice bathroom facilities. Again, inside the room, the decor was dated. Nice shower gel provided and clean towels and room cleaned each day (but quite early at about 10am)

We started most days with a coffee from the downstairs bar - a very good coffee and pleasant staff. Breakfast was very expensive costing over 9 Euros each, so we decided to find out own breakfast. Less than a ten minute walk to the metro, which could lead you to anywhere in paris. Several supermarkets and a post office near by.

Nice neighbourhood worst hotel ever!

I expected more from an ibis. The rooms were tiny, we were barely able to make our way around the room. The plug sockets were nowhere to be seen, and there weren't any tea of coffee making facilities. To make matters worse the tap water is undrinkable in Paris meaning we had to spend 7 euros each time we wanted a bottle of water from the hotel!!! When in Paris you don't tend to spend a lot of time in the hotel anyway, but even so I would expect better from even the most basic of hotels. The bath plug didn't work and the smell of urine was present in the bathroom. Overall stay well away from this hotel!! You can get much better quality at a much better rate elsewhere in Paris.

A photo tells a thousands words, but in this case it tells a thousand lies. Nothing as expected from the photos and customer reviews. Nowhere near what you would expect to get in terms of value for money. On a plus side, it is within a commutable distance to anywhere you want to get to in Paris, but besides that I am struggling to come up with any positives. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Super clean, excellent breakfast (not included in price of room), staff super quick to fix a problem with the A/C, a bit of a walk from Gare Montparnasse, but worth it -- and convenient to metro stop 10 minutes from the center of Paris. I would definitely stay there again. Quiet, too, as it is in a fairly residential area.

J'ai trouvé la procédure du \"check in\" bien longue.
Dans l'ensemble la chambre était propre sauf si on regardait la moquette parsemée de nombreuses taches sombres. Crainte de marcher pied nus. Pourquoi ne pas mettre des revêtements lino de bonne qualité qu'un simple coup de serpière rend à nouveau éclatant.
Coup de chapeau su serveur du bsr qui m'a servi un petit encas en fin d'après-midi.

Clim en panne et après intervention d'un technicien, fonctionnait difficilement et tellement bruyante que nous l'avons coupé. Baignoire inutilisable car pas de bonde d'origine, donc impossible à fermer. Douchette avec pommeau pas d'origine donc impossible à accrocher à la tige murale car plus grosse que le crochet. Boutons du WC si dures qu'ils défoncaient les doigts.

The hotel was in a good neighbourhood because a lot of supermarket, restaurant and café were close. The metro/subway was only seven minutes away too which made it easy to come and go everywhere we wanted.

The room was ok. For an average Canadian/American person it is really small but it is how it is in a small hotel in Europe. The bathroom was very small too but overall OK. There was a lot of damages like the toilet paper holder was broken, you can see the walls and everything was not done properly but since we didnt stay in the room most of the day during our trip it didn't really bother us. The negative thing I have to say is the bathroom smelled like sewer most of the time and since the room is very small, it was smelly all around. We didn't have a mini fridge which was a bummer for our food that needed to be cold.

Didn't really interact with the staff except for the Check-In and Check- Out.

Overall, if you don't have standard, this is good. If you want a spacious room and plan to be in the room more often or if you have more than 2 people, this is not for you.

We will not return to this hotel,

Nous sommes arrivés le mercredi jusqu’au samedi matin on était que tous les deux pour le samedi soir j’avais mon petit-fils de trois ans à dormir avec nous dans la chambre. J’ai demandé dès le jeudi un petit lit pour le samedi. On m’a dit oui , le samedi matin ayant un doute j’ai redemandé. Vous m’avez bien prévu un petit lit pour ce soir on m’a dit oui , on est rentrés samedi soir heureusement à 20h et pas plus tard Pas de petit lit dans notre chambre, je descends à l’accueil ,«désolé ça a bien été noté ils ont oublié, et nous n’avons plus de petit lit.
pour nous excuser nous vous offrirons le petit déjeuner de demain matin. OK très gentil le petit déjeuner mais nous avons dû dormir à trois dans le lit , et avec notre petit-fils, qui n’est pas habitué de dormir encore dans un grand lit, donc à cause de ça, j’ai mis que c’était bien et non excellent

super rapport qualité prix avec parking possible, pas très grand mais suffisant pour une voiture. personnel très jeune et dynamique. chambres calme malgré la proximité des grands axes.

Le personnel est charmant,la chambre propre.
Le chauffage était trop intense.J'ai essayé de diminuer puis de l'arrêter mais je n'y suis pas parvenue.

Excellent pour un court séjour à Paris

Excellent hôtel, calme, bien placé à quelques mètre d’un arrêt de bus et un peu plus pour les métros et trams, tout Paris est rapidement accessible.
Personnel rapide, professionnel et très agréable.

Hotel um pouco longe do centro , mas com metrô uns 5-10 min de caminhada . Lugar agradável sem muvuca . Hotel bom .Padrao Íbis nos apts. mãe este tinha um ótimo café da manhã uma boa área com bar e cadeiras para relaxar . Também um pequeno pátio . Muito bom . Recomendo
