No coffee maker in room. No carpeting in room. Bedding very sparce for January. No thick comforter or extra blanket on bed. Condition of room was unacceptable. Poor condition of counters. Not enough face towels for 2 person occupancy. No full length mirror. Would not return to this motel.

Property is advertised as a 3 star hotel, but is actually more of a 1 star. There are lots of needed repairs. Broken towel racks and hanger rod, missing clothes hangers, broken lock on bathroom door, drains missing plugs. Minor things really, but they add up to an overall feeling of neglect. The bath tiles have been recently renovated, so they may be trying to turn it around

Water pressure was excellent in the shower area. Parking was great and free of charge!, compared to others that charge up to $50 per day!! You have a choice of room service cleaning per day or you can request just towels and trash service per day… this was a perfect location for us depending on the family we was visiting in the area.

This place was decent; pretty comfy bed, we didn't experience any bed bugs (unlike some reviews, appreciate that they cleaned up), not much amenities but there's a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, overall it felt pretty clean. Walking distance to good food places in Gardena. Parking was free and they have a garage. The rules posted on the window were a bit off-putting. Overall, it worked for our purpose and a decent stay.

When we arrived, I told my husband it looks sketchy. I didn't want to stay but we did. I won't go back, and I don't think it's a family place to stay. We stayed the night and left extra early instead of at checkout time. We got a call from the clerk when we got home, and she said she was trying to get a hold of the previous guest but why did she call us I will keep a look out for charges on our credit card.

Unsafe, dangerous area and absolutely no protection.

Anyone is allowed to get in the building, no doors, keycard access.

Wide OPEN garage for anyone to get in.

There were people doing drugs in the hallway. The police were at the location a lot. The room smelled like smoke and they didnt have smoke detectors. The towels were suppose to be white but they were gray. The front door of the room had a large gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. Overall horrible stay and they dont offer refunds.

This had to be worst motel experience in my life, and im70 years old. A smoke free motel, but a smoke aroma in the room and burn holes in the bedding. A/C- heat was not working,TV remote low on power, filthy toilet seat. Would never go back to this motel.

Soonest you pull up to their parking structure, theres old mattresses piled on the side, all kinds of broken furniture.

Inside their rooms theres strong cigarette smell like a cheap motel type of room. No towels, pillows very dirty.

Overall, very disgusting to even touch sheets.

Gor there rooms were dirty,linen was dirty rooms smelled too much of cigarette, staff was super rude front desk told us bot to stain the towels or there a $10 charge per towel. Them towels were nasty to begin with good thing i always carry towels, showers all the water was on the floor bc it had no plastic curtains. ONE THING IS NEVER AGAIN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BC OF HOW DIRTY AND UNCOMFORTABLE IT WAS THEY KEPT THEIR EYES ON U AT ALL TIMES... DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY NASTY DIRTY. The woman who checked me in and Checked me out was very friendly was very helpful. Enjoyed our talk, I believe she was the manager. I’ve stayed here before years ago it was nice to visit again. We had no issues during our stay. Really nice big room.

Upon checking in, it is very difficult to hear the staff member explain the rules or requirements to be able to check in. On top of that a particular staff member made my partner feel uncomfortable. After entering the room, the smell of tobacco and cigarettes were very overpowering and the smell remained for the whole day. The bathroom door cannot close and it hits the toilet seat and the toilets handle was broken. The bath tub was not properly clean as we saw yellow stains on the floor. The faucets were loose and not attatched to the actual sink. The blankets on the bed had holes in it. The tv didn’t work. The closet doors were missing. Ash marks scattered across the room. We stayed for one day but one day was already enough and had no desire of ever coming back to this place.

Room was very average if not mediocre. The table was broken,The tub was dirty, the fridge didn’t work with the exception of the freezer, charged $20 for late check out and another five dollars for being 10 mins past 12. Not only that but try to only give me $25 back and would have if I hadn’t caught it. The deposit was $50 all in all I do not suggest wasting your time or your money on this property.

I was very happy that I found a place that was close enough for me to get to where I needed to be but when I got inside the room I was very disappointed. The tub was nasty there was a nice size hole in the wall the bed linen was a nasty there was hair that wasn’t mine on my bath towel as well as the blow dryer cord again that’s not mine, the bathroom sink water got me all wet because there wasn’t nothing on the faucet from keeping the water from getting everywhere, there was some kind of white stuff on the curtain besides a hole in the curtain, there was a nice size sink hole on the balcony, there was a latch on the door to keep house keepers from coming all the way in the room. We I told them about the room they stated that they no other room like it to switch me in. I felt disappointed and beside that when it was time for me to check out I showed the picture because when I called to the front desk when I got in the room they told me that i wasn’t going to be change the full price because of the room, so talking to them about the problem showing pictures they tell me that they’re renovating certain rooms at a time they just became the new owners of the property and they know that some of the rooms need to be renovated more then others so I stated this room that I was in was you all top end room knowing that this room brings you the most booking why not start with them. The guy kinda brushed off what I said and said something else that didn’t pertain to what I stated. TBC

This place was a disaster first of all they had a lot of rules they said no smoking, but there’s no battery in the smoke alarm that AC did not work because the outlet didn’t work there was mold in the windowsills room was dirty and so were the sheets. I can go on but it not wroth it .

First thing I noticed was the strong smell of urine in the hall way waiting for the elevator (there’s only one way to enter & exit the room area) as we entered the room it smelt of smoke when it was a non smoking room. You can’t enter the bathroom without practically running into the toilet because it’s right in front of the door, there’s no mirror, the comforter/top blanket on the bed had cigarette burns, not all the light switches or outlets worked. Walls are thin so you can hear anything & everything. Do not recommend even if it’s for a night.

This place is dirty as I don’t now what. I even got a “honeymooon suite” even though it was just me as to have more space & hopefully a bit more cleanliness and I still had to go purchase cleaning supplies. The tub was so dirty it stained a towel (which resulted in 20 dollars being taken from my deposit) and I can’t prove it but I genuinely feel as if they have cameras in that suite as the entire time I felt “watched”. The area is dangerous as hell and overall I would only stay here again if they only option was a motel on Fig. -1/10

The picture of the lobby is a joke. One is not allowed inside and all business is conducted at a cheesy plexiglass protected counter. My room was a bed, tv(no channel guide) and bathroom. It was relatively clean but it had only the bare minimum required for a stay. It is a 2 star motel, certainly nothing more!

Nothing like the pictures!! Don’t book, you would have a better stay at a motel 6! Very run down, couldn’t bring my self to even spend the night. Soap packets were open in the bathroom, rips on carpet floor, smelly elevator & stairs to rooms , rust on almost everything metal in the room & bathroom. Waited almost 10 minutes to check in outside for the night agent to check me in. Not worth the price, would only be worth it if the rate was 50$ a night

The shower water pressure wasn't very good, long strands of hair in the tube (we don't have long hair) and on the table in living room means it wasn't wiped down, the beds and pillows need to be replaced. The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows flat. The glass facing the street was shot, cracked and had clear packing tape on it to hold it together??? The windows facing the west should be tinted because the heat comes into the room and the one ac unit can't cool down the room at all during the day. Night time was fine. The room was really big with two queens and a small dining table, 2 chairs and full kitchenette.
