Our hotel room was in poor condition. The shower rod was broken so you could close the shower curtain. The bathroom fan on the wall was overflowing with lint. The hair conditioner was empty. The room was for 4 people but there were only three mismatched chairs at the dining room table. We pulled over the desk chair which was also damaged. We pulled out the sofa bed and it was covered with crumbs. There was also a pile of crumbs under the A/C Unit. The lamps and furniture were haphazardly arranged in the rooms. The curtain in the bedroom was torn in multiple places. The window screen had a big hole in it. When I expressed my concerns at the front desk they were dismissed with a smile. They did send someone up to repair the curtain rod, but that was it. It seems that when something breaks they leave it broken or replace it with something random. Would not recommend.

The hotel was okay for what it was, but I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so I noticed quite a few imperfections during my stay. The breakfast area was clean, which I appreciated. However, near the prep kitchen door, I noticed rotting wood at the bottom of the crown molding, which definitely needs attention.

My husband and I stayed in room 318. The bathroom floor needs to be retiled, every time we walked in, it made a crunching sound, almost like the floor wasn’t stable. Also, the air/heat unit door by the bed kept popping open every time the unit turned on, which was frustrating because I had to keep getting up to close it.

Another issue was the noise. It doesn’t seem like the rooms are soundproof at all. Around 5 a.m., we were woken up by an alarm going off in the room above us, and it continued for over an hour.

With some renovations and attention to these details, this hotel could easily earn a 5-star rating from me.

The rooms need some remodeling work. Paint peeling off the walls, the front cover of the air conditioner hanging off and the shower head was loose among tons of nicks and scratches in the furniture.
I was also overcharged for my room due to me booking online.

The man at the front desk was rude. The iron in our room didn’t work and he didn’t want to exchange ours for a working one. The hotel itself literally makes noises all throughout the night-knocking sounds, whistling, pipes running it’s absolute chaos if you actually want to sleep at night. I paid for late check out at 1pm. At 12:10pm they were knocking at our door asking if we were checking out. I will never stay here again.

This place didn’t have our room and there was 5 of us and they gave our room to someone else wouldn’t refund any money for them making the mistake and my 9 year old had to sleep with makeshift cot I made her for the 3 days we was there ! All we had was 2 queen beds and a chair for 5 people 😩😬😡

Although I received a text msg welcoming my stay, upon my arrival for check in it was anything but “welcoming”. The desk clerk didn’t even speak. I greeted him & he didn’t even respond. I asked a question regarding room assignment. His response was very terse and dismissive. Very unpleasant individual — wasn’t hospitable at ALL!!! The accommodations were excellent though.

What stood out? EVERYTHING!

From the moment I walked in, it felt like luxury and comfort had a baby and named it this place. The room was so spotless you could eat off the floor (not that I did… but I could have). Housekeeping deserves a standing ovation because the cleanliness was next-level amazing.

And let’s talk about breakfast — WOW. Not just “good hotel food,” but wake-up-excited-for-it kind of breakfast. Fresh, delicious, and way better than I expected. I’m still dreaming about it.

The staff? Pure gold. Every single person I encountered was respectful, friendly, and made me feel like a VIP. It honestly felt like they wanted me to be there, which makes all the difference.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I can’t wait to come back — already planning my next stay!

I shouldn't be able to hear people walking around in the room above me. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but left after the 2nd night because it sounded like a herd of elephants running back and forth late into the night and early in the morning. I did not sleep well. On a positive note the room was nice and clean. I just couldn't enjoy it.

No towels or soap in the room, After we picked them up from the front desk and went back to the room we realized there was no shower curtain. Tried to call the front desk, neither of the phones in the room worked. Went back to the front desk for the shower curtain and were told they could give us a shower curtain and we could hang it ourselves or we could pack up our stuff and move to a different room. There was no one to put up the curtain. The front desk attendant was very rude.

Air conditioning/heating was easy to adjust- a must for elderly couple. Floor was uneven in a section of the room but did not pause a significant problem. FD staff members were knowledgeable and efficient- some with warmth and positive engagement added in. Andre in housekeeping (?) provided excellent assistance.

I will not be returning ever!

I cannot understand why the hotel would put someone me who is by myself on the first below below a family with little children. That was absolutely thoughtless and inconsiderate. I dealt with noise and banging above me the entire stay. I spoke to the front desk several times. I killed 2 bugs and the bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in there, but your hotel says no smoking. My room was right by the exit door so I heard everyone's conversation. I am so disappointed and upset!
