Adult outdoor pool was terrible. Loud music all day you can't rest during the afternoon. And family pool too small, not enough chairs and too close to each other.

Location was fine, walkable to many of the main sights of the Strip. Room was clean, but was only cleaned once during our three day stay, despite telling housekeeping. Staff were, in the main, pretty offhand and not especially helpful, particularly anyone involved with food or coffee or in the bars. The outdoor pool area was awful, the 'adults only' area blasting out VERY loud music, most of it profane, and all of which could be heard quite clearly in the Family pool area, chock full of kids. The pool bar was an absolute ripoff...a Micholob Ultra and a club soda $11 the first time and $23 the second time! When I challenged whether it was correct given the difference to the first round, barman simply said \"Correct\". Really not what we were expecting from one of the Cesars locations.

Pool was really nice but the cost of things at the pool was completely out of control!! Only two people per room could get WiFi without paying extra and we had no cell signal at all in the hotel. We had a room of 4 people they only had 4 pillows per room and they would only allow us two extras. This place was a bit ridiculous in my opinion. I travel a lot and probably won’t stay here again. The good part was it is very centrally located on the strip. Staff was nice!!

I honestly really enjoyed our stay here. I heard plenty of bad reviews before coming so I was very surprised to have had a good experience. Our room was clean aside from finding a contact lens in the shower, but aside from that we really loved the Flamingo. It’s a beautiful hotel although they are still renovating. We also loved how convenient the location was. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

What is the point of selecting room ahead of time for you to arrive and tell you room is based on availability wow! I was blown away! You get charged to upgrade room boom! Then come to find out tv didn’t have live channels until the 3rd day. The casino was the best part of the hotel stay.

The pool area was fine but I was there right after it opened and there were no chairs without towels. There were lots of cabanas for rent. The amount of money you pay in resort fees you should be able to sit in a free chair by the pool. They would not allow you to take a plastic of water into the pool area.

Most of the staff were excellent. I only have a complaint about the ones involved in accusing me of harassment of a guest which was a lie, as I did not talk to, touch, or disrespect anyone, and yet was accused of harassment and refused to see any proof or video of the harassment. In addition to being questioned for an ID which was in my room and not on me at the time. Furthermore, multiple security persons and management staff on top of the armed guards initiating the questioning who were clearly being directed by people elsewhere who remain a mystery, came to tell me I was not a guest at the hotel and my name was nowhere in the system. He then took my room keycard to verify it and return with some answers. When he came back, I expected everything to be confirmed as I had said but then he flat out lied to me and said I was not guest at the hotel, my name was nowhere in the system, the key I have is a year old and doesn’t work. I stated that he was lying to me, and that if the key in his hand was the one I gave him and if he did not alter the state of the key that I would bring him up to my room, unlock the door and present my I D. He again said the card didn’t work but agreed to send a security team with me up to the room to unlock the door and if I had my ID then I would be able to go back to the main desk and receive new keys. So we did just that and I presented my ID and got my new keys. I then apologized to any staff I offended even tho I was lied to multiple times.

The place has changed over the years. They continue to try to stay updated and modern without losing their old charm. Rooms are clean, hotel isn't so huge that it takes you 30 minutes to walk from your room to the pool. Staff and shops are run by friendly staff. I come to Vegas often, this is my safe bet.

The pool was great. When I did check in at the kiosk, get asked if I wanted room service and I answered yes and it told me I was gonna be charged extra for it and I clicked OK to that. That room service never came and cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. And we definitely did not have the do not disturb on the door.

Despite being on the 20th floor music and noise emanating from the restaurant scene below was intolerable. if you wanted to sleep before 3am. Vegas has definitely seen its better days and for the money there are too many better options domestically and internationally where you can better spend your money. Between $40 dollar drinks and $8 dollar cups of coffee, not to mention the inevitable gambling losses, it's a miracle Las Vegas still exists.
Clearly my issue is not simply with the Flamingo, which is average at best, but with the overpriced nature of everything that can be seen as acceptable by the average American consumer.

My daughter and I stayed one night at the Flamingo for a concert. The concept of the room was cute with the fun wallpaper and headboards. However, there were a few areas that need some work. The outlets in the walls didn’t work, the cable TV was not working and the blackout curtains didn’t close all the way in the middle so we had to put our suitcase up against it to block the light. However, the staff were all really friendly and the location was great for exploring the area.

The alarm went off when I was there and I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. When Ifinally got out I took the stairs because I didn't want to get back in the elevator.
In the stairwell there was used condoms, meth foils, urine, feces, and a lot of other disturbing items.
I didn't like how a key isn't required to get into elevator lobbies or to use elevator. It made me feel a bit unsafe.

The alarm went off when I was there and I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. When Ifinally got out I took the stairs because I didn't want to get back in the elevator.
In the stairwell there was used condoms, meth foils, urine, feces, and a lot of other disturbing items.
I didn't like how a key isn't required to get into elevator lobbies or to use elevator. It made me feel a bit unsafe.
The pool was ok, but you can't bring anything in and the food and drinks are really expensive. However they do have free cups you can fill with water.
The casino and restaurants were not bad.
I guess my stay was pretty good overall besides all the issues.. but I probably wouldn't stay there again. .

The property is run down and they charge for every little thing you may need- even internet! The resort fees are astronomical and the pool is not relaxing. Loud loud music- I play in a band so I can tolerate a lot. No free drinks while gambling unless you gamble the maximum! The location is fine, but will never return- I have been going there for 25 years. Sad.
