Given an accessible room even though this wasn’t required or wanted. The bathroom was terrible, once you had a shower the whole floor was wet. Room was very drab. Air con didn’t work too well so room was too hot. Kettle didn’t fit under tap so difficult to fill. Bed felt like it had rubber cover under sheet, so made an unpleasant stay. Breakfast was served in the most uninviting restaurant (not the staff, the decor). Wont stay again.

I would say within minutes of staff realising I would like a microwave, I was rung and offered one.
Was appreciated making the second night more bearable.

Could not a lifting harness be in pool area, even if states a carer at al assists and floatation vest must be worn?
Possibly the hotel has a lift for folks-just something to consider for more commerce and peoples quality of life.
Will be back-TSV like many places still not recovered Covid loss of trade/interest.

Great location, cannot fault! Walk to the strand, walk to the stadium, Sunday markets on the doorstep. The room cleanliness was disappointing, it had mold over the bathroom door and on the ceiling in the main room area. Assess to the motel with a car to check in was frustrating as it only has a small loading zone at the front of building and another one at the rear which was at peak times unavailable. Car park for the motel is an external which doesn’t connect directly to motel through basement, not a major just inconvenient.
