We were unfortunate to experience very heavy , prolonged rain on our stay and the louvre windows did not keep out the noise. Also someone knocked on our door at 4am - wrong room! Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with kitchen facilities but this is very much a motel with people sitting outside on the shared balcony smoking. Just need to be aware of type of property

The Beach House Motel is clean and very well presented. It's in a great location - lovely cafes and restaurants neaby, a short walk to Coles, and across from The Strand with lovely walking paths. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would make this our stay of choice when travelling to town for medical appointments etc.

Absolutely amazing staff from check in to check out, lovely lady on desk when I called for early check in and when we arrived let us check in early as knew we had so much baggage and said we could use facilities until room was ready. , the guy later sorry can’t remember your name was awesome too, we had a problem with the microwave and air con and he was so helpful and asked us to change rooms , we had originally booked air bnb from 24th- 29th February that was disgusting after arriving in Australia after relocating from New Zealand , I was not prepared to stay there so had to book another motel for the two nights 24th- 26th and one night 26th-27th here until we picked our keys up for our new rental home.

It was perfect for my son and I, the kitchen was more than adequate to cook simple meals at home, the TV is giant and has many options, the beds are new and comfortable, the AC is strong, it is so close to all the cafes, lovely walks in either direction. 100% would come back here!
