Very expensive for what it was. Very nice room but the fact it was over $500 a night and no breakfast included was crazy. The restaurants within The Ville were also very expensive.

We were informed in advance that there would be a large function near our room on the first night of our stay which would be noisy. I asked for a room to be allocated to us that would minimise the noise and was told that this was not possible. The music went to 11pm and our room shook with the noise. there were other rooms we could have been given. I complained and got a $50 voucher Poor management

Tv was not 50", 32" in living room and missing from bedroom, mold on bathroom tiles, door broken on tumble dryer, only 1 key issued, couch was well past sell by date could feel springs when seated,

Ocean view across the pool and towards Magnetic Island. Lower floor room but no restrictions to view. Bathroom was tired and a bit of a challenge using as it was a step into bath which was very narrow. Room a little tired but clean and comfortable. No late checkout was disappointing.

We booked in at 2:pm we went to our room. Shortly after, we could hear drilling noise until it stopped at 5pm. In the morning, at 7:21 am, a slight banging noise started. Very disappointed.

The staff at the casino were so accomodating for my elderly mother and sister. The simple considerations like finding a room with a walk in shower. My mother found the rooms luxurious and the food in the cafe delicious, the staff friendly and the atmosphere refreshing. Thank you

The rooms were immaculate and the daily room cleaning was outstanding. The buffet options were great - healthy and lots of options. The pool area was beautiful and such a lovely resort vibe. The onsite restaurants were convenient. My only feedback would be to have more staff at the pool bar as service took a very long time. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back if we come back to Townsville.

Parking was appalling there is NO allocated parking for guests it took over 15 minutes to park each time we left the Resort.
The Restaurant do not offer anything other than a full breakfast at $45, we are older adults who would maybe eat some fresh fruit a coffee and a slice of toast.
I doubt I shall return

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Ville Resort Casino. Our room had a beautiful Marina view one night and ocean view from another room on our second stay. The hotel was clean and modern. We stayed in the deluxe rooms. Excellent service from the staff. We also really enjoyed the pool area, day spa and the buffet breakfast and dinner at Palm House in the hotel. Definitely will be re booking

The only feedback is the hallways do not match the presentation of the Casino entrance, they are old, outdated and musky. Booked here day of after needing to check out at another hotel due to unacceptable pest levels in the room...The Villa was a wonderful replacement! Beds are spring based, but more comfortable then the first appear. The pillows were wonderful! Clean room and bathroom. We arrived later in the evening after a long drive, so having a room service option was great (and tgey were quick!) Regret not being able to stay longer and enjoy the casino.

As we are an older couple and not well, we had valet service and everything was just so easy for us with the most comfortable bed, stunning views and the room was so clean and comfortable, didn’t have to leave the hotel as plenty of places to eat. So relaxing and that’s what we needed. 10 out of 10 will recommend to everyone.

Everything was just lovely, staff, room, facilities. Weather in the region was deplorable but no fault of the establishment, what else would anyone expect travelling in CQ-FNQ at that time of year. We actually were incredibly grateful that we decided to stay there. Didn’t need to venture out in the weather if we didn’t want to as we had everything we wanted where we were.
