Not the best place I've stayed at but not the worst. From the front of the property it looked terrible when we were there. Grass was all dead and very faded and tired looking. Pool area is really nice with plenty of seating.
The room was mostly good apart from the room we were in had some kind of substance smeared on the wall below the vanity that didn't look great. Staff were nice but still not sure if I'd stay again. Definitely wasn't cheap considering it was a long way from being luxurious.

1. Breakfast was Cereal, instead of a decent breakfast worth paying for.
2, The toilet wasn't cleaned properly, a small amount of remains.
3. I found a melted Malteses on the floor near the coffee table & chairs.
4. There were Spill marks on the side of the arm of the couch, facing the bed.
5. There were still hand prints inside the shower that you could see from the basin.
6. The microwave wasn't cleaned properly.
7. One of the toilet rolls looked like it had been wet.
8. There were dirty marks on the wall next to the toilet.
9. I ran my finger along the ledge above the Bed & in the bathroom & they were both dirty.
10. There were blockout curtains, but a LOT of light shines in from above & below the curtains. The curtain isn't set high enough & isn't long enough. There's no point having blockout curtains, if plenty of light still gets in through from above & below.
11. There was NO Bedspread, only a sheet. There was a blanket in the cupboard, but it was a Fleece Blanket & looked cheap. It wasn't nice & was somewhat itchy.
12. Apart from check in & leaving the key when I left, I didn't see hide nor hair of any staff member.
13. There was a sticky mess behind the Bathroom door, a lolly or something. I left it there.
14. It's advertised that the rooms are soundproof, which is utter crap. I clearly heard the people down from me with my TV on.
15. No Hair Dryer.

Room was clean and reception good. There were three in the room and we stayed two nights. Asked for clean towels and only two supplied. Beds were not made and dishes not done. Ask for room away from busy front road.

Modernised room that was clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Little bit of noise through the sliding doors on the balcony but nothing too horrible. Was usually very quiet after about 8pm.
The management team and reception team were also great to connect with. I'd booked an 8 night stay initially but needed flexibility as I was in town due to a family emergency. The management team were very supportive and helped ensure I could tweak by stay period as required. This removed a huge worry off my shoulders.

While the exterior of the facility has some pending cosmetic work - all the rooms have been fully refurbished- the roomed were very clean and modern- it was a very pleasant place to stay and the reception staff were friendly and helpful- I would recommend this as a great value place to stay - thanks Monty Carlo team !!

Also I don't do well with thick pillows so had to use my clothing as a pillow otherwise I'd wake up with a stiff neck.

What a great place. The room was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable (great air conditioning for those of us who are cold blooded). The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the BBQ area and outdoor furniture. The staff behind the desk were lovely with recommendations for our travel.
