Francisca was the best!! I am so glad she was our concierge. She helped to set up our reservations, checked in with us every day, and helped us get what we made nee for our stay. The resort is beautiful and the restaurants had good food. The meals were hit or miss with the group of 9 we had. About the only meal we disliked was the seafood meals at the Seaside for dinner. The Seaside had excellent breakfast and lunch. The pools were always cleaned. We had the pool bar out our back door, and the bartenders Marteen, Daysi, and Juana were so friendly. Our cleaning lady was great. We would on occasion get a swan or heart made from towels and then flowers with them. We always had clean towels and the rom was immaculate after she came through.

The staff was all very friendly. We had a butler assigned to us that made sure all of our needs were met and fulfilled, including reservations to the in-house restaurants that required it, spa reservations, and the on the beach romantic dinner. He checked on us several times a day to make sure all was fine. His name was Wilber, request him! Also, the made our room and brought fresh towels at least twice a day. Quality liquor everywhere. Many bars with easy access, and self serve bars at snake locations. Plenty of Cabanas and beach chairs. I couldn’t believe it. No fighting or going early for chairs or cabanas. They have more pools than I could count. Besides the main pool, there are numerous other large pools on the property. All very clean! The common areas are all large and spacious, open air on the sides and a nice breeze.

The most amazing resort. We stayed 5 nights with 4 children from ages 6-16, and every expectation we had was exceeded. The food was the best resort food we've ever had. Hibachi, Italian, French, sports bar, and the steakhouse all had normal restaurant serving sizes and we never had one complaint! Our butler Francisca was available through text and helped us make reservations, made sure rides were taken care of for excursions, and anything we needed for our room was promptly dropped off. Not to mention the entertainment for kids was top notch, my fiancé and I were able to sit at the pool and relax while the kids played and had constant activities and games keeping them content. There was live music, a circus and movies every night in the main area of each building. The kids said next time we come back they only want to stay at this resort! Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!

We had a great stay, fun time, the beach had seaweed that was hard to enjoy but nature is nature and it’s just a seasonal issue. They tried to remove as much as possible. Juan Bernardo was incredible poolside butler and always had a smile and super friendly. Carlos was very attentive room butler as well. He went above and beyond listened to our needs and was kind and detail oriented. Wish we were able to order quick bites poolside/beachside would be the only downfall for when you just want to stay and enjoy the day rather than have to stop to go get food. The resort offered fabulous shows in the evening and plenty of options to do activities during the day as well. Loved the cafe went every morning so missing the banana cake and iced coffee.

Majestic Mirage was a great all inclusive resort. Nice restaurants for dinner, not many lunch options but if you’re eating a lot for breakfast you are fine till dinner which typically opens around 6pm. Breakfast is basically buffet style where you are sure to find something to eat and we would enjoy our morning breakfasts at the restaurant right next to the beach, the view of the beach while eating was beautiful. The unlimited drinks were wonderful but make sure you bring some extra cash to tip the wonderful bartenders and servers. As for our rooms, it was nice, but it was a little warm when we first arrived but our butler Rosario took care of us and made sure it was addressed and he checked in with us daily to make sure we were happy or needed anything. We never asked much of him but you can tell he’s a hard worker and cares. Overall a nice resort!

This experience has been the best and most wholesome experience for me, this was the best birthday I’ve ever had hands down the staff was friendly, they work with you as they want to make sure you have the best experience. The hotel has every amenity you can think of. The floors were squeaky clean, the room was amazing, the view was amazing, although its seaweed season the beach was amazing and clean not to mention the seaweed looked beautiful as it was washed ashore. The excursions and the ambiance of it all was just breath taking and I will be back again! Thank you for having me Majestic Mirage, I have a new love for Dominican Republic now and I will be returning soon! This is a 5 star hotel hands down!

The room was magnificent and stunning. The property was beautiful, immaculately kept and the beach breathtaking. Highlights were the coffee shop, martini bar and smoothie bar! Food was delicious at the a la carte restaurants. I was not a fan of the main buffet, service was lacking there and the food was ok! Large wait times for some of the restaurants for dinner as there were only 2 you could make reservations at. Found some of the hostesses rude and in the club lounge sarcastic and unhelpful when asking questions, our butler turned out good but it was a disaster at the beginning, he mixed up our reservation requests and we spent an hour the next day fixing everything with some issues with communication in the private check in area and with people at the desk. We found the photography people constantly bothering us to do photoshoots. Some highlights of great people at the seaside restaurant Carlos, Samuel, Christi. Overall amazing trip just found in comparison to Elegance the staff wasn’t as warm and welcoming. Especially the upper management.

The Majestic Mirage Punta Cana deserves more than 5 stars! The staff were always there ready to help with a BIG smile. The food very flavorful and delicious and many options to choose from, 4 sit-down restaurants and 2 wonderful buffets. The pools well maintained and I love the way they have family pool separate from the adult pool.

I would highly recommend this resort. I felt that you got a lot of bang for your buck. The rooms were the best I have ever stayed at. They were large and clean and had many extras in it. The resort staff was great, especially our Butler Fabio! The food was good with many options. One of the best things we like was that the resort did not seem over crowded. There were plenty of beach/pool chairs for us to sit and we never had to wait for a table at one of the restaurants. We will definitely be back.

There are a lot of food and drink options at this resort, and some are phenomenal. The staff as a whole are excellent and very welcoming. Our butler Carlos was extremely accommodating! Hint- Seemed like getting to restaurants early was an optimal choice. Drinks are tasty too so remember to stay hydrated!

Loved our concierge Samuel and morning host at seaside breakfast Carlos. July was the best bartender. Staff was so friendly and happy and welcoming. Will 100% return for a third time. This was our second time and it was just as great as the first time. Would highly recommend the cleaning staff does a great job cleaning up every day our room and just removing all of the pressure and stress cause everything it’s just handled.

Beach is beautiful and plenty of sun bed and chairs to relax by the ocean beach. Plenty of restaurants, evening shows for entertainment. I totally recommend the Majestic Mirage. This is our go to for vacations ❤️

Entertainment was the worst from 6pm forward was no music even live music.
The lobby was poor look like cemetery with all that silence.
At least 2 days before noon the local beer President was empty. They run out of local beer .

Is sad because we have excellent experience at the colonial we have no idea was going on in the mirage

Love everything about Majestic Mirage!! This is my third stay at this resort and I recommend it to everyone I discuss my vacation experiences with. You get treated like family from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Believe me I am a frequent traveler to Punta Cana and I have tried many resorts, but none like the Majestic. The staff is wonderful, food is great, rooms are clean and the facility is impeccable. So from the bottom of my heart I say thank you for a wonderful experience ❤️

Me gustó el hotel y su atención fue especial. Lo único que sugiero es que hagan más Karaoke, eso le gusta mucho a los turistas y tienen un sport bar bonito donde lo pueden hacer. La noche dominicana estuvo estelar, al igual que el show de Queen , fue algo nuevo para mí después de haber ido tantos años a la cadena Manjestic. El Restaurante de carne lo recomiendo y la calidad atención de su personal en especial Maiqui . El restaurante Italiano me encantó. La verdad que lo repetiría. El mayordomo tuvo una atención excelente, pendiente todo el tiempo.

It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are spacious and nice! The bed slept so good!
I will say, I did NOT enjoy trying to have a relaxing day on the beach and daily many many salesman came up to us asking us to purchase; jewelry, cigars, excursions, etc etc. It was so hard to fully relax when they were constantly approaching.
Also, I purchased a few other items outside of the resort fee, such as, a spa package. It would have been helpful if the resort showers you were to go and gave an itinerary. It was lacking in that department.
Other than those two pivotal things, it was good.

Our trip to The Mirage was perfect for us. Does this mean the resort is perfect ?
No.. But was perfect because everyone we had contact were very friendly and accommodating, the room very clean and fresh service was great, the food was it over the top no but it was very good and again service was very good. The entertainment team were great people who do the best to make your experience a fun time.
So back to my original statement was The Mirage the perfect resort.
For our family yes.. because people make the biggest impression and the crew does a very good job.
So is there really a perfect resort probably not.
I read so so many comments and seems too many people look for perfection.
Look for the positives and your trip will be a great experience.
Looking for negatives your trip will be just that.
I have been to all the Majestic resorts and always had a great experience.
And will continue to come back home to Majestic resorts.

Our stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana from May 9–16, 2026, was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We have visited several Majestic properties over the years, and this trip reminded us once again why we continue to return.
The resort itself was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The beach and pool areas were relaxing, and the overall atmosphere made for a perfect Caribbean getaway. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making guests feel appreciated.
A special thank you goes to Leo Mercedes, who was once again gracious, attentive, and very accommodating with all of our requests. His professionalism and hospitality never go unnoticed.
We also want to recognize our butler, Jeffry, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. He checked on us daily, made sure every detail was handled, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness truly elevated our vacation experience.
Another very special acknowledgment goes to Wrkia Valdez, whom we have known for more than 20 years through our visits to Majestic properties. There are simply no words to express how valuable she is to the Majestic brand. Wrkia always makes our dining experiences memorable, and seeing her each visit feels like reconnecting with family. Wrkia and Leo’s professionalism and dedication are a major reason we continue returning to Majestic resorts year after year.

Room was exceptionally clean upon arrival and cleaning staff did a wonderful job during the time I stayed there. We were constantly restocked on our beverages, snacks, towels, etc. The resort itself was great, the pools were especially pleasant and swim up bars were fun. Food was amazing, had a variety of options to choose from, including a buffet that served nearly every type of cuisine for lunch and dinner. Our butler was also excellent and super helpful. Anything we needed was provided quickly. Staff was friendly. Would highly recommend this resort.

Hotel is extremely outdated, the amenities are very basic, for entertaining all throughout the hotel. Our room had AC problems the whole entire state, or concierge was very hard to find for the most disturbing out of all of these was the amount of cockroaches all throughout the room we had private transportation, and it was a nightmare every day to pick us up to take us on adventure because security didn't want them to come up definitely not worth the money.

Hotel is very outdated, we found multiple cockroaches in the room and around the property. Room ac has multiple issues and we spend a few nights super hot. The hotel entertainment is very basic and simple, if you dnt bring your own speaker you wont hear any music. The staff was amazing but the ownership needs to spend some time and money in cleanliness, pets control and maintenance. I come to DR 3-4 times a year and i wont be staying here again.

Staff I give five stars to our butler Junior he was amazing and went above and beyond for us!! Was my girlfriend birthday and he had the room decorated with balloons and champagne she was so happy!!! So if you come ask for junior you will be happy you did.

The few unlikes was I had requested a king size bed swim up and got a two queen bed swim up not happy about that. The seaside restaurant was at the bottom of the list don’t recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Room: Booked 1bd suite, got \"upgraded\" on arrival to a room w/ a rooftop jacuzzi... I did wonder if it was a true step above the 1bd suite, since I'd purposefully booked that w/ the intention of having a separate living space- which the \"pool view\" (..of the swim-up rooms' private pools below?) rooftop jacuzzi room didn't have. That said, the room was immaculate, shower was big and nice, & housekeeping did a spectacular job keeping the floors spotless (aka sand-free, quite a feat!). TV channels were off-sync audio-wise by ~1-2 seconds, but that's the only complaint room-wise. And hopefully folks staying here don't watch much tv :)

Food: *Get reservations for the French & hibachi dinners ASAP!* Chef Alfonso at Kabuki was LEAGUES above the other chefs, so s/o Alfonso! Paired with him, our server Felix was SUPERB! Lightning speed w/ drinks + apps, hospitable & cheery. Wonderful experience.
The buffets are great too but the cook-to-order ppl leave 30-40 mins before closing, and servers start setting up for the next meal, making it feel rushed. So hit em early is our advice! The beachside breakfast was always lovely.

JONATHAN @ the Piano bar! Best bartender hands down. We went back for his majestic mules & aperol spritzes day after day.

WILBUR! Excellent butler, very helpful & thoughtful. He & Jonathan deserve raises! LOVE THEM!

The staff was absolutely incredible! From the drinks to the food, everything was perfect. Every restaurant (buffets included) were delicious. We particularly loved the Italian and Steakhouse. Our butler Boliver was 10/10. Anything we needed- from filling up our fridge with drinks (soda, water, beer), decorating our room for a birthday- he was on top of it. He also was attentive and checked in with us everyday-sometimes multiple times a day to make sure we had what we needed. Cleaning staff were also on point. Our room was cleaned more than once a day. The entire resort was clean and spotless. We can’t wait to go back!

When you arrive they welcome you home. I had a large room with roof access it comes with a canopy bed two chairs in the table and a hot tub for six people not all rooms come with the hot tub that much mine did. The swimming pools are very large and are cleaned every day for my breakfast I like having the cook make me a large omelette with a lodge variety of toppings the staff of the Majestic are very helpful willing to listen they are to serve their guests with information that can be very helpful in your stay I love being there thank you to everyone at the Majestic Mirage

The resort was spotless and never dirty and had being there 8 days we saw almost no bugs at all. The food, drink, and alcohol choices were amazing and tasted fantastic, and the staff were beyond friendly ready to help and pleasant to be around everyday! Lastly our butler Edith went over the moon for us everyday and was so excited and happy to help us and see us everyday and always there to help answer questions, concerns, reservations, etc needless to say Edith was top notch and does amazing for her people!

Luis my butler and all staff was so nice and very helpful during my stay, if i come back to DR i’ll definitely be back to stay at the majestic mirage!!

Also the beds are absolutely so freaking comfortable i slept better than i do at home LOL!!

Our butler Edith was amazing. We loved our swim-up suite that was right next to the swim-up bar. Fernando and Luis did a great job on the drinks at the swim-up bar. Its a beautiful resort. Food was just ok.

Everyone was very friendly and was there to assist you with anything you needed. Everything was very clean and the food was good for a buffet. The steak house was very good and the hibachi was fun. Pools were lovely.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Pool and pool activities are great. Just pool closest to the ocean is way too hot. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast choices at Seaside are numerous and delicious. Beach chairs are good, cabanas were in strong need of repairs. Three in the adults only section broke as soon as i leaned back on them.
