A great hotel and a very convenient place to stay if you’re going to a live music event at Zenith, which is around a 5 minute taxi ride or 25 minute walk away; we were in Munich to see the band Pixies. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, the buffet breakfast is really good (with lots of choice), and drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonably priced.

Nice hotel,some staff were helpful.I arrived and checked in put bag in room went down for a couple of drinks back to the room and phone charger and cable and adapter and sun glasses were missing from side of bag.Spoke to reception and said there was nothing they could do.Next day went to reception and they gave me alone of his personal charger which was very nice of him.I had to go out and buy one shouldn’t have to do this in the first place.I also asked for refund on breakfast as I checked out before breakfast time said they couldn’t give me one.

Quiet hotel with an easy route to city center
The hotel room was nice, roomy, and clean but the hallways are scuffed and dirty. There’s free parking on the street which prevented us from paying $15/day to park. Public transportation is right by the hotel. Park and use bus or trolley to get to U-Baun. The service was great and friendly (slow check in but it was a nervous new employee, so not a problem). There a was nice area to sit and relax and have a beer at the hotel which was convenient because there isnt anything within walking distance.

Went for the Munich / Arsenal match, plus a few days relaxation beforehand. The hotel is right at the end of the 23 Tram Line which is super convenient to get into the city, it is also on the right side for the Allianz Arena and that is why I picked it (price was good too).
Negatives - beds are 2 single pushed together and come apart easily. Hotel bar is a cool box with a few beers in it. No tea of coffee or fridge in the room.

Klimaanlage defekt!
Ich hatte extra ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage gebucht. Leider war die Klimaanlage 4 Tage lang defekt und das Zimmer bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur viel zu warm und stickig. Fenster konnte man zwar öffnen, aber es war dann einfach zu laut zum schlafen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Am Besten war das Frühstücksbuffet, welches sehr viel Auswahl bietet (und bei uns inkl. war).
Das Zimmer war eher klein, jedoch zu zweit völlig genügend. Obwohl es direkt auf die vielbefahrene Strasse zeigte, war vom Strassenlärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts zu hören. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Glasscheibe (milchig), durch welche man vom Zimmer in den WC/Duschbereich sehen kann. Nicht für alle geeignet.
