Loved this hotel. We had a balcony overlooking the bay with 2 chairs and a table.
The breakfast area was very nice. We even watched the World Cup soccer game in that room with other guests.
Had plenty of chairs on the private beach and they provided towels.

Excellent location and the hotel and rooms were very accommodating. Staff was ok, but could have been more personable. Breakfast was very basic, but a nice added feature. We had stayover service and I didn't realize they didn't remake the bed. They did replenish towels, empty trash, and vacuum tge room. We would stsy again purely for the nice beach access

We had a king with balcony beach front view it was beautiful the room was spacious and very clean and updated. The only problem was the tv was not a smart tv and we had to watch basic regular cable which was a bummer because it rained and we had a full evening in the room. But other then that it was 5 stars will be staying again.

First, most personnel … outstanding. Breakfast was okay. Just okay. But it was not the right resort for us. We were certainly unaware that we had to let the front desk know we wanted our room cleaned. As frequent travelers, this was a first. (A backward first. Our experience has been to hang the well-known DO NOT DISTURB on the door handle.) So what happened when we asked Alicia at the front desk to make sure our room needed cleaning? Nothing. She wrote it down, so we made the erroneous assumption we’d be greeted by a glistening room. Nope! Didn’t happen.
Another problem for us was exacerbated by really bad weather. Rain, rain didn’t go away. No real choice of restaurants near enough to warrant braving the storms.
Beach was very pretty, well cared for. Would have been a great place to hang in better weather. Families with young children and a collection of teens were not stopped by the clouds and rain. We were.
All that to say that we take responsibility for choosing Baywatch. More research may have guided us to a better option.

We booked a balcony view of the lake. When we checked in we found the room quite lovely, and very clean. The staff was extremely responsive when we found our balcony had a small community of flies, and arrived immediately to spray the balcony so we could enjoy sitting out there and enjoy the view. The cleanliness and immediate responsiveness sets this property apart from others we have stayed at in traverse city.

I thought the whole location was very nice, modern, and well put together. We had a beach front room with a Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was very nice. The staff were good, too.

I was disappointed with the offerings for breakfast though. It was mostly bread, pastries, waffles, but there wasn't any meat or hot eggs or good sources of freshly prepared protein sources. I think that's an area for drastic improvement.

Nice location on the beach. Nehemiah at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were many and staff was very good at keeping it stocked. Good location for getting around the peninsula. Lots of dining options nearby, at all price points. We had a 3rd floor Petite King room facing the beach. Bed was comfortable but be aware that the room in this category is very small.

They are in the process of an upgrade. Staff was courteous and very friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay again if visiting this area with no hesitation.

I love the Baywatch! Such a gorgeous view, and the kindest, most welcoming staff! This is my second trip here & I will be returning in the future!

The hotel was nice, but the noise level in our room was horrible. We could hear the people in the room above ours walking around (AND they had little ones), we heard people in the hallway at midnight, and we also heard the person in the next room calling the front desk. Very disappointed.

Overall an excellent stay for an excellent price. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, the beach is clean, and the balcony itself is nice.

Room is pleasant and roomy. Bed and couch are comfortable.

The room was mostly clean, though there were spots behind/beside furniture that was dusty and sandy. Bathroom was excellent, fridge and microwave were clean, and surfaces seemed clean.

The walls and doors are very thin, and unfortunately if someone is out on the beach/deck/balcony it is very easy to hear. Same with walking through the hallways, especially since it’s not carpeted and sound bounces off everything.

Breakfast offerings are fine but limited with dietary restrictions. TC had lots of excellent breakfast offerings nearby, thankfully.

Clean room with two king beds. That is the only thing I can praise. The soundproofing is really terrible, we could clearly hear conversations along with constant screaming and laughing from other guests on our floor. Our room was arranged facing the elevator, so early in the morning, we could hear housekeeping or room service carts constantly moving in and out, the refrigerator keeps beeping. Add to that the guest upstairs possibly running around or packing up, and children frolicking on the beach, I hope I can upload videos so that you can feel how racket it is. The hotel lacks a dining room, so breakfast is delivered in individual paper boxes left right outside your door. Don’t worry about finding a place to have breakfast inside your room, because you won’t end up eating any of it anyway, a store-bought,400 calorie muffin, some yogurt, a carton of orange juice, and a single orange. Even the eggs were pre-packaged convenience items, not a single item in the box was made fresh on site. By the way, we bought the ice cream in front of the check in desk, tasting good.

The staff are very nice. Breakfast is okay, they would serve it to the room but its just the usual sausage egg bread (not much option). The lake side, its not that clean and theres broken glass, no chair and table where you can sit and theres a weird fence at the middle. I don't know if its because its just april and not summer yet. But yeah, its a so-so place to stay. Affordable though, rooms are clean and again, staff are really pleasant especially Nehemiah 😊

Had a lovely stay. Only mishap was not the fault of the hotel. A car ran into the power pole in front of the building and there was no electricity for a few hours.

Alicia greeted me and checked me in. She was very informative and so friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was the only disappointment. A box bf just does not cut it, but Alicia informed me that they will changing that very soon, back to the buffett style. Yay!! This is a really great hotel.

Our room was great and looked exactly as pictured. It was nice to have breakfast delivered to our door in the morning. My only complaint is the water could have been hotter for the shower/bath, it was luke warm fully turned up which was slightly disappointing since we rented a spa room with a jetted tub. Otherwise, the stay was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay with a few minor blips. Had a family of several in the adjacent room one night with loud children. The breakfast choices were great and a pleasant surprise and delivered to the room each morning.

This was our third time staying at Baywatch and it doesn't disappoint. It is pristinely cared for which for me is a #1 priority. Staff was very helpful. And of course, make sure your room overlooks the East Bay - no matter the season it is fantastic!

The views from the hotel were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would text to make sure that we had everything we needed. After we checked in, during the day, before we were leaving. They even asked after we left how things where. They corrected anything that was wrong in a hurry. They made sure we had towels when we asked. They even ran out to us after we checked out because we forgot something.
