We asked for a room with a single king size bed - they said they didn’t have any. We stayed in a small room with two queen size beds, but the room is way too small for two queen sized beds. We were constantly in each other’s way. The armchair also was too large and in the way. The bathroom was tiny with a corner shower and no light in the shower itself. Too dark and cramped. Just a kludge of a room all around. Also, the pool/hot tub room on the first floor was like a soggy sauna, way too humid and hot to use.

It was a very clean and comfortable bed. Maintenance on the room was okay at best. Some light bulbs were burned out, there was a chunk of wood missing from the bathroom door. The door was dragging the ground. But I didn’t stay here because of the maintenance. I stayed because it was close to the wedding venue. The price was expensive for a bed. Maintenance should have been well taken care off for $270/night. The pool was little and perfect for kids. And the hot tub was always occupied by old guys so it must have been comfortable. Breakfast was almost comical but it beats going hungry. Plain and wheat bread, cereal with raisins or without, blueberry muffins or non blueberry muffins, everything bagels or non everything bagels. Coffee, apple juice or orange juice. Yogurt, an apple or an orange. Nothing that would satisfy kids. It was just the basics. Staff was all business and to the point and not overly friendly or even happy that you’re there. No smiles for anyone that works there. I feel you can get a better room for less money near by but it was okay and we did enjoy our stay.

First of all, rooms were updated and very nice. Housekeeping was super friendly and attentive. Elevator was quick to the 2nd floor—allowed to store bicycles with ease (but room is small so had to get creative with space to store). Slept great with no noise issues. Easy to walk to places to eat and for putt putt. ParkShore lounge has a great happy hour! Staff at front desk was not super friendly when we checked in—so had to figure out a lot on our own. Happened to notice the TART trail was extremely easy access by going through parking lot to Pirate’s cove parking lot and getting right on the trail there. Then you can go east for great views of the bay, or west to downtown and the west bay. Hot tub was very spacious—but the pool and sitting areas there were on the smaller side. Breakfast is nothing special, but perfect to get a little something in you to start the day.

This was our very first trip to Traverse City and didn't wanna go overboard on a hotel to be able to do more! And Seasons Inn knocked it out the park....if your a baseball fan. Was a little nervous since we are used to staying at bigger name hotels, the Hampton, Hilton, etc. But this was an amazing stay for two nights during the end of the week for under 400 bucks. The staff was beyond great, every inch of the hotel and room were spotless. Their hot tub and indoor pool was fabulous!!! If you like being cool when sleeping, the AC will freeze you out too, lol I even lost my wedding ring, checked out and left....to come back and they found it and returned it for me AFTER!!! We won't stay anywhere else when we return except for Seasons Inn.

I didn’t like the staff. They didn’t tell me anything about amenities. I had to ask if they had any food for breakfast and never knew that there was a swimming pool. Never noticed it either. Also, the most I ever paid for a single room. It had two beds but only needed the one. Otherwise, clean.

the room was smaller then pictures. the floor of room was flithy we got floor wet and put towel down when we picked it up it was black. all vents were flithy pool was clear looking but feel slimey . hot tub had a ladder in it instead of steps. outside the maintenance on the landscape was terrible weeds were waist high. a hole in wall above clothes hanger area. crack in bathtub tub did not drain well. area outside for pets where poop bags were suppose be was being used for cigarette butts. inside halls was hot and floor dirty. smelled off marijuana i would never recommend to anyone ever

We booked this room because there was a pool and breakfast, and both were disappointing. The pool looked like it had a film over it of some kind of dust or something and needed to be skimmed, the breakfast was bagels and mini muffins, not terrible, but by booking a hotel with breakfast I was hoping to avoid buying breakfast which we still had to do. Our room was clean for the most part, the floor needed to be swept, but the bathroom was not, there was hairs from the previous person in the shower, the toiletries were all empty or almost completely empty, and the empty bottles were super dirty. Just overall not the 8/10 hotel I was expecting from our booking.

The owners might think about updating the main lobby, and better hallway lighting. The units across the parking lot are a bit shady, but we had no problems. Our room overlooked the back side of the complex, and it was rough to say the least. Don't expect the Four Seasons and you'll do ok. By the way, if I owned the place first thing I would do is remove the hot tub area. I would never get in that thing.

It’s a good value for the location compared to neighboring hotels. That being said, it’s a noisy hotel because the walls are extremely thin. There’s clearly no investment in soundproofing. We could hear the people around us as if they were in the same room, even though they were talking in a normal voice. We had a small, cramped and oddly configured room. It’s obvious that the dog-friendly rooms are not as nice as the non dog rooms. If and when we return to Traverse City area, we would definitely stay somewhere else. The street where this hotel is located is congested and loud 24/7.

Nice location, carpet in main areas was old and dirty, not much for a continental breakfast, ran out of ice each morning, staff was never at front desk - had a phone there for you to call them all, only saw them when I called to check in

The room was clean and everything in its place. Staff was very accommodating for our need of room close to the dog walk area. Also they let us check in earlier since I had surgery and needed to check in earlier to rest. Overall, excellent service!

The Seasons Inn is an excellent motel to stay at on a budget in the Traverse City area. The rooms are newly renovated, extremely clean, and well maintained. Its location is convenient to local attractions. The breakfast is adequate, nothing to write home about, but filling for the day ahead. A great place to stay to stretch your vacation budget dollars.

Found it funny they came and did room service ( even tho I had a do not disturb sign up) a day before my 4 night stay was over... but besides that, everything else was fine and in-line with my experience and expectations.
