Awful - I booked this room 2 months in advance. My room and view was a dirty 4 foot by 10 foot pool that is literally about 10 feet from my bed. I asked for a different room and was willing to pay more, but the staff said we cannot help you. You booked through a 3rd party.
The room is run down and dated. Cracked tile in a shower that has mold.
Air conditioner was so loud you couldn't sleep. It was stuck on high setting only.
Room and pics was misrepresented. If you get a room that is 6 feet from the pool (which they keep open until 10 pm), they should give you a warning or disclosure.
$500 per night. Terrible experience.

The room could have been cleaner when we arrived. The arrangement of the room outdated, needs a place to hang wet items, need to remove the jet tub and put a bigger kitchen area. The stay was very pleasant and quiet, good get away.

The beach view was beautiful from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub worked and was comfortable. The breakfast bar was substantial.
In our room floors were dirty and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Doors and floor boards needed to be touched up with paint. Could not see to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom because of poor lighting. Walls and floor in toilet room were dirty. Rooms were not soundproof!

The sunrise and sunset. The road getting out is a little tricky. Would stay there again. They have fire pits on the beach. I would suggest 1 st and away from the pool. Very noisy with people and the gate closing into the pool area.

The room was updated and did smell nice upon entering. The complimentary shampoo was empty and the jetted tub was gross because it was not being cleaned properly. I filled the tub and turned on the jets and black stuff and debris came out into the water. The building itself definitely needs some power washing and cleaning. The beach view was nice and being able to walk around to the beach was great.

When we questioned the desk we were told to bring the dirty ones to exchange for clean ones and to leave the trash outside our door for them to pickup and they would give us new bags for the receptacles.

Room was larger than anticipated and very clean. Balcony had excellent water view; so peaceful! Only negative was the huge number of mosquitos which indicates that it is time to spray. I would absolutely stay here again.

The beachfront view of the water and the sky is so beautiful to look at and being able to walk right outside and sit or get in the water is amazing. Nice grab-and-go breakfast every morning to start the day off with great options to choose from. I will book again at this hotel

We enjoyed our room and view! The one issue that we could not get resolved was a loud consistent squeal or whistle. The office closed at 10PM. We spoke to the staff around 9PM and they came and checked out the sound but were unable to identify or fix it. It occurred numerous times through the night. We again mentioned it at check out to a new staff person who said they were unaware of the sound. We will not be returning to this hotel.

It was a lovely and unique room with a beautiful view off a big balcony! The hot tub was a little bit crowded for the two of us but not bad. Check in was friendly and smooth. The only thing was that in the morning with the fan off, the road noise was noticeable. Otherwise great and we would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay! Jaccuzi worked nice and hot. Rooms in third floor have higher ceiling, which is nice. Amenities like soap, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner were there. Bring your own tooth brush. They also have a walk in specials as of April 2026, if you reserve in person for 2nd night 50%off.

Yeah, we have stayed here a multitude of times. It always been decent in the past until this last stay. We left for lunch and came back and someone was in our room. The garbage and some boxes (which we wanted to keep) were taken from our room. That wouldn't be so alarming if there were something like extra towels left, or our dirty ones taken. Could not find do not disturb sign. Second incident happened an hour before checkout with someone opening the door hard. Luckily, I had the door chain engaged. With the door open ( even with the chain on) they could look in on us while we were using the jetted tub. Its a pretty helpless feeling. The only bright spot was the nice woman who checked us in. I made my displeasure known to the attendant when checking out, and they really were not helpful, let alone empathetic. There is a good chance we may never stay there again.

Had to move rooms because our first room smelled like someone just smoked weed in it. The hotel put money into the outside a few years back but the rooms need a lot of work. It's time to invest in the interior and I mean gut the rooms and replace everything.

Furniture seemed outdated, tippy coffee table, jet tub outdated and discolored. Baseboard heat covers need repair. Didn’t appreciate no real hotel lobby or adequate lobby hours. We've stayed here at this resort off and for many many years and this room definitely not the best that we've had, it's clean but needed painting and upgrade. But, we did get the room cheaper than other times. So for the price it was ok. Bonus, patio facing the water, which was awesome.

Everything was pretty good. we had trouble finding the stairs and elevator as the lady at the desk just said it behind you. The room was nice and seemed cleaned except the bed spread had a stain on it, but the bed was comfortable. Location was great.

The rooms are not cleaned properly, if you expect to book here I would bring sandals to wear around the room and extra sheets. There’s also a slight bug problem, lots of spiders and there were a few centipedes. We felt disgusting after staying there because of the lack on cleanliness, it kind of ruined the trip. I would recommend staying literally anywhere else, but in previous years I had great luck with Baywatch resort, although it’s a little more expensive.
