The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air was on when we got there and it was freezing. We turned it off and went to dinner, it was comfortable when we returned and it stayed cool all night without turning the air back on. Staff was pleasant. We did not use any of the amenities so cannot comment of them. But we did take a look at the pool and it was clean and the kids were having a good time. Area was very and we felt safe.
Tyler
Check in was 2hrs later than planned at 4:00 as advertised due to housekeeping.
Jeffrey
For some reason the rooms were not cleaned or checked on during the stay. We had to go down to request towels. We have stayed there multiple years and it has progressively gotten worse. Will not stay here again.
Thurman
Would definitely stay again
Eric
The staff was very helpful and the property was clean.
Salli
Clean rooms for an overnight stay
Dominic
First room we got into was so bad we slept in our car that night got a new room was so bad also we ended up leaving after day early from our trip the only person that was even helpful was the front desk lady she was amazing
Scott D
Air conditioning was very noisy and blew the curtains directly above open creating privacy issues as I was on the first floor. There was no guide for the television and remote was clunky. The shower was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The parking lot was small and was flooded when I checked in which left the small lot even more crowded.
Erica
Clean, safe and affordable!
Megan
My fiancé travels a lot for work and had to be up early to be there. Unfortunately there was a young couple physically fighting, screaming, and slamming doors in the room next to ours at 3am and the police showed up, this went on until almost 5am. The management refused to refund our night which is a little upsetting considering we needed a place to sleep and paid to be able to do so. Overall a nice little motel though the pool was clean and the room was comfortable
Curt
Very surprised by how nice the rooms were! Clean and modern for the price point. Great value in TC, Would say here again. Great location
Kari

Justin
Was a great place to stay and will continue to be a regular customer
Danijela
Excellent customer service. Room was nice and clean.
Brenda
It was very hard to regulate the water temperature. The room was a bit dirty, and my coffee pot didn’t work well.
Sharyl
Rooms are nothing like what is shown online. Most rooms are dark, damp and unkempt. Carpet felt wet and feet were dirty after walking on the carpet barefoot. I believe owner's or cleaner's kids were yelling and screaming and running up and down the entryways. It's definitely not worth almost $200 nightly. Maybe there are some rooms that are brighter but nothing on the backside of the property. Definitely won't go back.
Marcos
Great spot to stay for the night while traveling through the area. Great staff, clean room, quiet night. 10/10
Doug
Very friendly staff and management. Cute little spot and clean and affordable!
Claire
The room was just what I needed for a 12:30 a.m. arrival after about six hours of air travel. The night attendant was on duty and helpful. The shower was wonderfully hot and good stream of water, the bed was comfy.
Monica
No complaints at all. I asked for a mobility room . Everything worked and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.
David
Good location for short ride to the airport
Kathryn
Check-in was a breeze. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful with restaurant ideas for dinner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner/heater was easy to use. It’s in a great location to the airport.
Jill
Very cluttered outdated lobby that was very rough. Room we stayed in was NOTHING like they show on line. Room was clean, but very old, banged up wall and stains on chair. Some hotel guests (a group of guys) were hanging outside their doors at 2am socializing, which happened to be next door to us. Did not give off a safe vibe.
Danijela
Very pleasant and helpful stuff. Rooms are in good condition.
Marc
Fantastic, clean, convenient hotel at a great price!
Tammy
Never saw a staff member at the room. I myself was okay but husband was sick in the room for three days. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels and wash clothes and ran out of toilet paper. Husband noticed that the bath fixture would not turn of completely unless you got it just perfect position. Also the do not disturb sign will not stay on handle, falls off very easily.
Phil
A first floor room was needed and when I called was assured one would be available, but at check in we were told only a second floor room was available. I have knee problems and had difficulty climbing the steps.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it wasn’t easy to converse with someone who didn’t clearly speak English.

I'll definitely stay here again. Everyone was so courteous. The room is clean as you would expect. Coffee was definitely amazing. I hope they never change that. That was huge for me, especially in the morning!

When the hotel remodeled would have been nice if they would have put up a continental breakfast! The room was clean and nice. We are senior citizens and pay the same rate as other hotels who offered many more extras! I asked on check in if there were any first floor rooms and they said no well we seen a lot of rooms with open curtains, so little disappointed with the effort made on staff checking! My friend that was with me is handicapped and it was very difficult for her to use the stairs which were plenty!
Kathryn
Secondary stairs on the North side had NO LIGHTING 😞
Randy
The parking lot was flooded and the facility still had us parking in standing water when they could have placed us in a room where we weren't getting our feet wet and away from the high standing water. The management was not thinking about the customer.
Michael
It was great , I always have a great stay when i have a perfectly clean room as i did staying here .

Was there for three nights four days the room was never refreshed every morning. I had to go down for coffee pods for the room.
Judy
They Didn't have breafast.
Deanna
Had a great stay! Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the room was perfect. It’s October so I did not check the pool out for obvious reasons. Would happily stay here again!
Sherry
This property is dated in the outside, and the original floor plan can’t really be altered to be enclosed.
You need to drive or walk to a separate building to get the morning coffee offered, other than two packets in the room. As well as ice. Outside stairs to second floor rooms.
However the rooms are updated, very clean, and welcoming.
Staff are awesome!!
We enjoyed our color tour stay and location was GREAT!, for wineries and dinning.
Give this one a chance and enjoy the location.

I really like this hotel and its dog friendly which is. Plus . Its clean quiet bug free beds are comfy which is. Plus since i am on call for my company when i come here and ho eatky most the time im stuck in roon and not even called so the beds comfort is important the pool is amazing during pool season and the staff are amazing for the most part. There is. Young lady who works the front desk who is a little dry she almost acts as if you are bothering her when you go in to ask a question so i will say if you avoid her becuse her attitude is a hit or miss shes friendly one minutes the next she isnt youll enjoy your stay. The guy who works the front desk is super friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the area or if you need anything he is lways willing to help or five suggestions. Over all youll enjoy your stay
Joseph
Room was clean didn't care for it being a dog friendly hotel and hearing dogs bark every time you have to use the restroom because they lock their dogs and their bathroom next door other than that for the money it was the best place around conveniently located to many activities about a 30-minute drive to fishtown or the other direction and that would be torch lake gas station right next door if you needed any snacks or drinks nothing available at hotel other than the traditional coffee or tea
Pamela
I didn’t like that I had to climb stairs to get to our room. I have bad knees and it was really hard on me.
Attila
Bad odor in room and just low budget. Left immediately after check in.

fine place for a one night stay- not where i’d stay for a vacation
Jennifer
Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet. Great locally roasted coffee in lobby.
Renee
It was noisier than we like, due to out-of-town workers staying on our floor.
Robin
Basic property, clean but no frills. The hot cold water was reversed. Drew what I thought was cold water to take my meds. Ended up with a mouth full of meds and very hot water to wash them down.
I can’t be the first to mention this and it’s still wrong!

No ventilation in bathroom
Toilet pipe not covered and Toilet seat not secured. Also didn't receive the full refund I was entitled to. Death in family and had to fly back to st Louis immediately. You can't predict when you are out of state that a loved one would pass away.

Great value, clean hotel.

Travelodge by Wyndham was a standard hotel. Not sure about anyone else, but when I'm on vacation, I like to explore the area not hang out in a hotel room. This room did what it had to, provide a roof over my head and warm fluffy pillows to lay my head on. Very convenient location that's not too far from local food and shopping.
Dianne
Good location for a wedding we attended on Mission Pennisula
Carrie
We absolutely love the clean pool and hot tub
George
Very quiet
Spencer
Rooms don’t get serviced if staying multiple nights? Carpet so dirty our feet turned black within minutes. Lots of large spiders outside rooms at night. Coffee not hot in the morning. Every outlet near the bed is worn out and can not charge devices.
daniel
rooms were very clean & comfortable but i booked way in advance & when i got there they kept giving me a bunch of different prices & it was way overpriced but i drove 3 hrs so i had to stay
Jared
Staff was very attentive and helpful. I had a nice time in the pool and hot tub after dining nearby at a very tasty American-Asian hybrid restaurant.
Vitalijus
Very clean room, nice personal
Deb
Most comfortable bed ever.

Black mold, no accountability. Do not stay here!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room was so damp the air felt wet with visible black mold covering the ceiling and water/mildew dripping down. I asked to move and the second room was no better. Again covered in black mold and heavy dampness. They had small “moisture absorber” tubs placed in corners as if that would solve the issue. I asked for a dehumidifier and, after repeated calls to the front desk, the housekeeping manager barged into my room without knocking. She was rude and admitted they knew this was an ongoing problem, yet still rented out unsafe rooms. Breathing in black mold is extremely unhealthy and I did not feel safe staying. When I requested a refund through Hotels.com, the hotel staff dodged calls and refused to cooperate, leaving me stuck with a charge for rooms that were hazardous. Completely unacceptable. This property should not be hosting guests in these conditions.

This place is in a decent location. Relatively close to downtown and the airport. The staff was nice. Our door would not close, we had another exterior door in our room that was the ice machine room. It is quite old. It was ok enough.
Brenda
We made the staff aware that the toilet in our room was not properly flushing, they took a while to get maintenance over to check it out. He eventually fixed it but only temporarily because it was messing up a couple hours later. We stayed there a total of 3 nights and we just had to keep using a plunger to flush the toilet every time. The staff did not bother offering us another room.
crystal
Hot tub did not have working jets
Check in was at 4 we arrived at 4:15
Our room was not ready
Another customer in front of us had already been waiting a hour and was also told his room was not ready
We went and got dinner was gone about 3 hours and when we returned it was ready
The employee was very nice and apologized.
I felt bad for her because. I am sure it was a staffing issue and it wasn’t her fault.
Overall the place was acceptable but I had never been told my room was not ready when it was after check the check In time.

The room was very clean. That is the only good thing I can say. The front desk clerk upon check in was less than friendly. I can get past that, but I was in room 238. I did not sleep at all. The drape did not cover the window and the light came right in and the noise was unbelievable. At first I thought it was a motorcycle engine starting and stopping, but then I realized the noise consistently happened about every 15 minutes. It was the hvac sytem or something, but it continued to go off every 20 minutes all night and lasted a good 3-4 minutes each time. I will not be booking with you again
Darren
Our room was good however the carpet was dirty. My wife and I noticed the bottom of our socks were really dirty after walking on the carpet. Otherwise the room was really good. The bed was comfortable and the tv was nice. Shower was clean and had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Now the bad part, it rained the night before and there parking lot was a lake. Was very hard to pack. The fact that the carpet was dirty and the parking lot was a lake tells me that their maintenance needs to be better. Was going to give them 5 stars until these two issues.

Room smelled like urine, worn out mattresses
We weren’t expecting much, but our first room had wet carpeting and smelled like urine. After speaking to the staff they tried to be helpful by bringing air freshener, but it wasn’t enough. It was late and the hotel was booked and they said they didn’t have another room, but said to try the front desk the next morning.
The air conditioner didn’t work correctly and we had a horrible first night on uncomfortable beds, rolling into one another on the worn out mattresses.
The next day, the front desk had no record of the complaint but put us into a new room that was better. We saw them wheel in a giant dehumidifier into our first room. Frankly the carpeting needed to be torn out.
Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work correctly in the second room either and the mattresses were equally worn out.
What a disappointment.

The door was hanging because the screws were broken, and I felt really insecure about my privacy in the hotel room. There weren't any shower curtains in one of the bathrooms leading the floor to flood. I don't think I'll be able to come back here.

A lot of space for my 2 adult children me and my husband. Much better than a traditional hotel room. I will stay there again.

This place has black mold in the bathroom.
I have photos of it and no one will give me at the least a discount for showering in a shower with black mold. Not very happy. Beware of their quick cover ups

When I closed my hotel door, there was a spider doing it’s downward track on making its nightly web. I didn’t have the heart to kill it since it was there first.
