The hotel was clean and exactly what we needed but the rooms are not soundproof at all. Traffic outside and inside the hotel didn’t make for a restful night sleep. The fan wouldn’t stay on consistently to drown out the noise. Should have the option of a fan only option on a hotel like this.

When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.

No breakfast at this location they said since covid, this location cost more than others in the area with Breakfast. Front desk sells coke and other drinks, but had to use a credit card for a $5 purchase not cash. Stayed two nights no room cleaning or new paper cups in the room for coffee. The heating system didn't work properly in the room.

Staff were wonderful. Room was nice, however, we all of the tubs are extremely outdated and need to be replaced.

We looked at a dozen rooms until we found a suitable tub.

Management and staff, however, provided our group with an amenable solution which we appreciated.

The hot tub was quite gross. It looked green and you could see a film on the side. Our legs felt slimy immediately so we got out. The pool area was dirty and definitely not as clean as the other areas of the hotel. We were told breakfast was from 7-10 but were not told they charged for it. That was disappointing. Won’t be staying here again.

Could clean the pool area better. There were ants and there was hair in drains around the pool. Chair height toilets would be nice for us taller people. The staff was great with the accommodations. We asked for another night when we got there. They explained that we should check the next day for cancelations because they were booked full. When we asked the next day, they had a room available.

My discount couldn’t be applied due to “third party booking” via Expedia. My info wasn’t available upon checkin. I had to give all info again x2. Just a minor inconvenience for time and defeats the point of doing so prior to checking in. Our room is not a suite. It is over charge for the quality of the room.

Great Place with a Great Staff

These folks really did their absolute best to ensure the hotel was shipshape, and we left as happy campers. However, they forgot one thing: to clean our room. We left the room after the housekeepers had come through on the first morning, so that was understandable. However, we left the room before 9:30 a.m. the second morning, and still didn't get the room cleaned.

Not my first choice

I am a business traveler and stay at numerous Marriott, Holiday Inn, Hilton locations. I have never stayed at this location and was very disappointed. My first room smelled extremely musty and my allergies would not allow that. Next room was ok but smelled like stinky feet and the AC did not work good.
The bathroom shower had that orange mold in the corners, tile floor was gross, lots of patch work in the bathroom.
Needs a full room cleaning and possible renovation. Hotel is showing its age. I would not recommend this location. Better choice for area.

One and done

There is no bar, even though it says there is. The hot tub is empty and “needs parts” so don’t get your hopes up. Those were the two actual reasons I selected this hotel over another I was considering-those two amenities. My room smelled AWFUL. Like a football locker room after a game. I thought the AC running for a bit would help, but it didn’t. The shower was pretty gross. There was soap scum or something orange crusted on the shower seat and the walls of the shower were gross. They have a texture to them, not a smooth shower stall, and they were visibly dirty in spots. The wall paper was peeling on the wall and grout was brown.

On the flip side, the common areas looked to be clean and updated. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My room, other than the shower and the horrendous smell, was clean

I stayed in the king bed room and I was very disappointed with the state of the room. The room smelled like a sweaty athlete. Even after buying some Febreeze, the stench was still there. There was several (5-6) stains on the wall, floor and ceiling. Additionally, there was something that looked like mold in the shower on all 3 walls. I also took pictures of the above. The fact that I paid ~$330 per night and there was no breakfast included was also disappointing. Overall, for that price point, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only nice thing about this place is the location and the modern feel. I believe given the experience that I had, the room should be in the ~$150 - ~$200 price range and that is generous.
