The employees went above and beyond! Definitely a home away from home! Ocean was literally within a few feet away. Loved the hot tub and pool. Amazing air conditioning! Very pleased! I read a lot of mixed reviews but this was definitely worth it!

The hotel location is ok, not in the center of Condado main action, closest restaurant is 15 minutes walk and the best parts of the town with more restaurants and shops is over 20 minutes walk. The partial ocean view was not worth it, there is a tall building right in front of the hotel that blocks the entire view of the beach. So basically the view is of the parking lot and the back of the tall building. So I'd suggest not paying extra for the view, the pool is located in a different hotel a block away. we did not use the pool or the jacuzzi. The beach is accesible from outside the hotel, they give you beach towels and there is always Gabriel on the beach to sell you day-use chairs and umbrellas, very convenient. Also we did not have trouble parking, there is easy parking on Taft street a block away and we ended up moving the car right in front of the hotel after we return from dinner as there was plenty room on the block. It is difficult to unload from your car if you arrive driving in the middle of the day. But you can unload and park on the next block.

The pool was fantastic. Other than that I would not return to the hotel. The room was cramped, the shower did not stop dripping, there was no screen in the window, and it was not dirty but not very clean, the towels did not feel fresh. There was barely any light in the bathroom (the one light source was very dim). There was a coffee maker but no coffee. It was fine, I chose the hotel based on the pool

Room had a great view of the ocean, balcony and comfortable bed. Ate dinner at Niche restaurant and it was an amazing experience with amazing food! The hotel is in a great location with a walkable neighborhood and good food nearby. Staff was friendly and attentive to any need. The only negative is my room seemed a little outdated as the dresser was broken as well as the shower head.

Staff was very cordial and helpful. This four story Boutique Hotel has no elevator service so be prepared to lug your suitcase up stairs to beautifully prepared though tiny rooms. The AC was chill and the twin bed most comfortable. If you don’t mind cold showers, then over all we enjoyed the overnight stay.

The hotel was nice and clean, no problems there. The problem was the very loud noise that the staff said was the water compressor running outside. I had the staff evaluate the noise in the afternoon and they assured me it would not be a problem during the night. In the afternoon it was intermittent, but all night the loud noise was continuous! Couldn't sleep at all! I asked for a partial refund and was denied. I would not stay there again.

Check is was great, I got there early and the lady at desk did her best to provide a space for me to do some internet work and get into my room Room was clean and I did have a room with a view through to the ocean. There is a restaurant on site \"Niche\" which is absolutely fantastic, It is small so you need to make a reservation The food and service were outstanding, I would say at Acacia again,

What a great place. The view is beautiful and the area has a ton of restaurants close by. The pool was very well heated and relaxing. Rooms was a little small, but clean, cool and cozy. Staff is phenomenal. Price is super reasonable. There's no parking so we opted to not rent a car and used Uber the whole trip. Costs less than $100 for the entire week. Will definitely be staying here again.

I believe the picture of the pool is very deceptive, there was also no explanation on how to get a towel even, upon checkin. Plus the hotel smelled like chlorine so you’d think there would be an actual pool. Our room was old and dingy but the bed was comfortable and the bed linens were also nice

We loved our stay here, the staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant in this hotel is top tier, definitely recommend checking them out while staying. We loved the short 2 min walk to the beach and the top level balcony was great to lay out on and very private. Will stay here again in the future!!

It was perfect for us! It was very cozy and clean. We had a third story room facing the ocean. The spa pool was just below and we used it everyday after we came in from the ocean. It was very convenient to coffee shops and many food places. We will def stay here again!

Staff was very helpful, room was clean. Hotel is nicely located. If you expect modern, this is not the place. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Quaint maybe is a descriptor. Like most rooms now it has a fridge and microwave. Outside door is locked and you have a regular room key to unlock it. So we felt safe.

Place was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Didn't have much of a view and there was no glass for water nor bottled water available in the room. Toilet was running all night. Breakfast was not included. Coffee was tasteless and expensive for what it was.

Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent service. It’s conveniently located about 15 minutes from San Juan, which made getting around very easy. The staff was very accommodating and kindly allowed me a late checkout, which I truly appreciated. Ariel at the front desk was so nice and helpful.

Special thanks to Samuel in housekeeping, he was amazing, kind, and very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

The AC in the room did not work. The bathroom door did not close. The lights in the bathroom took 5-10 minutes to turn on. Housekeeping didn't come in until day three. The staff were very nice and the location is great, but they have some work to do.

We received a call at 3pm informing us that the room was ready ..we received the key only to find the maid in our room. Had to wait 45 minutes more in the lobby. We got in the room which is right next to the miniature hot tub pool. Bathe room smells intoxicating like chlorine. The toilet leaks so you have a permanent water drip noise. Very loud. We asked for. a fix but we were told the maintenance can only be done tomorrow ....after a sleepless night. I asked for a different room and none were available. This is probably the worst experience possible with no remedy offered by the staff or management....please help if possible. Thank you!

The room was ok, missing lightbulbs making the bathroom and room dark. The shower could not be regulated. It was either so hot it burned you or so cold you couldn't stand in it. No mini fridge in the room after being insured by staff that there would be. The stairs are very dark at night, cant see to go up and down making it extremely dangerous. Glass doors and windows have large cracks in them making them unsafe. And the pool closes way to early

The staff was friendly, sweet little place with a pool outside our room, although we had to go through the hotel to get there. Some rooms had direct access. I left my iPad there when we went to our cruise ship and they called me and I was able to back and get it! The room was small so it was challenging for our luggage but we only stayed one night so it wasn’t a bother.

Wifi and tv were reception were horrible, bed was the least comfortable I’ve ever slept on I almost put a towel on the tile floor and slept there, staff was mostly non existent , no one was ever at the front desk. Room was small and crowded, walls were paper thin I could hear every foot step anyone on my floor took, shower had zero pressure, location isn’t great for walking, and at one point I’m pretty sure there was a rabid cat fight in the lobby downstairs during the middle of the night. Would not recommend staying here

The accommodations were horrible. First of all I didn’t have a balcony view. The first room had a leak in the ceiling. I walked in the room & there was a puddle of water on the floor. The shower head leaked & was loud. The tiles in the shower were disgusting & the curtains were old & hanging off the rod. The room also had black mold. They moved me & the second room was pretty much the same. Needless to say, I left after the first night with 2 more nights on my reservation. They refused to refund me for nights 2 & 3.

They claim it’s a 3 star hotel. I wouldn’t give it a 1 star.

Probably shouldn't let out my secret spot. Acacia is the perfect place to stay. It's personal and not corporate. It's walkable and safe. It's a half block from the surf. Gas station, restaurant, pharmacy, groceries are easy to find on foot. Women with children are walking around this place meaning it's a safe area.

Our stay at Acacia Boutique Hotel was amazing! I loved the old world vibes, and the antiquated decor was absolutely beautiful! The staff was great! Any requests or questions we had the staff was able to help and accommodate graciously. The beach was in walking distance! You could easily navigate through the town by walking. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The staff at Acacia was very helpful. Unfortunately my preferred room that I booked through Expedia was given away after confirmation. They put me in a similar room the very next day for $20 more. They also allowed me to change the reservation name because my travel group arrived at different times. They were nothing short of amazing! The restaurant was really nice as well. When we checked out, they held our bags while we explored the island a bit more and allowed us to return to retrieve them. I will be returning to Acacia/Wind Chime Hotel in the future when visiting Puerto Rico. Very good service.

Centrally located to the point where it cost no more than $10 to take a Lyft anywhere local.

Only steps from the beach and within close proximity to places to eat and to grab groceries.

Beautiful atmosphere, hot tub is enough for more than just five or six people. Pool nearby, relaxing and clean.

The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing hot pool, which was a wonderful amenity. It is worth noting that there was no parking available and no refrigerator in the room. Fortunately, the location was ideal, offering convenient walking access to the beach.
