Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfy for a short stay. We stayed one night before leaving on a cruise. Location is just \"OK.\" Get implicit directions before walking. This is a really old 2-story building with no elevator. The staff is happy to help you with your bags. The included light breakfast is just enough to start your day. Tip: when you arrive, make a right turn to use the ramp instead of carrying your bags up the front door steps. I hesitate to give 3 stars because the staff is doing its very best with a very basic property. So, 4 stars.

The room wasn't fully ready when I got there. They forgot to put towels for me, and the AC dripped onto the corner of the bed (which I wasn't too bothered by since the bed is big and I was by myself). The AC stopped dripping by the 3rd night, so I assume they fixed it.
Other than that, the room was clean, the bed and sheets were super comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was awesome!
I'll definitely give them another chance in the future.

The AC was way too cold and the thermostat didn't seem to work. Even after I put it into head mode, cold air still came out of the vent. In addition, the AC vent over the bed was dripping water all night. The breakfast area was right outside of my window where a group of loud guests having breakfast woke me up at 7:05AM. The wifi coverage in my room wasn't really good either. But otherwise it's still a decent place to stay.

Our room was really small (but very clean and in good shape) and not much storage, no night stand and no shelf or counter space in the bathroom so a longer stay would’ve been frustrating. It’s walkable to restaurants and beach. Staff is great. Pool is a larger jacuzzi. It was nice but you can’t swim even a stroke or two. We possible would stay again for a night in the future. Breakfast was ok and included.

We left early because the air conditioning unit in our room was above the bed and dripped onto the bed, making it quite wet. Staff was apologetic and we did receive a refund, but we had to find other accomodations for the remainder of our stay.

Solo nos quedamos una noche y el trato de recepción fue excelente, el cuarto limpio en general, si uno que otro detalle pero mínimo. Buen aire acondicionado. Al apagar la luz del cuarto, entra la luz del pasillo por entre el marco de la puerta y la pared, no fue algo que me molestara para dormir pero quizá si a otro huésped! This is our third time staying here , rooms are good very comfortable . Staff is excellent kudos 5 stars to them especially the ladies that cook and clean the rooms . We love the location walking distance to everything , grocery store , Ashford strip with all restaurants and convenience stores a plenty , Condado beach and if you’re up for a little extra walk Escambron beach ( which is our favorite ) , there is also a park nearby . We love their lovely pool each night we took a dip before going to rest in our room . With that said , I have to say I was disappointed with the lack of basic toiletries in our room there was only shampoo and conditioner , no hand soap or shower cap ( we bought our own ) I hope they reconsider that it’s an essential item . Other than that we do love the property and would stay there again .

The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of grocery stores, cafés, and several restaurants along the beach strip. We rented a car, and although the B&B doesn’t offer on-site parking, we had no trouble finding street parking within a 3-block radius.
It’s conveniently located near La Placita, which is great for nightlife, but far enough away that we didn’t hear any of the noise or crowds. Getting to Old San Juan was simple—it took about 15 minutes by car.
Our room was just right for the two of us. The air conditioning on the first floor worked well, and the water pressure was great. Even though we were near the dining area and small plunge pool, the area was quiet and peaceful at night.
The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They provided beach towels, swapped out sheets when we asked, and were always available if we needed anything.
Our friends stayed in a second-floor room, and while it was a bit warmer up there, it wasn’t a major issue. All the rooms are equipped with handy essentials like an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, small fridge, body wash, and a small space to hang clothes.

The room had a comfortable bed and it was well appointed it wasn’t huge. They did not really have a closet. They had a armoire type thing divided in half so you could hang some shirts. There was a small balcony on my upgraded room my chief complaints center around Internet connectivity, which was terrible! they told me there was a problem on the floor. I was on, but did not offer to move me to any other part of the building when they only had four rooms rented. I added an expensive expanded data plan to my phone because I absolutely need connectivity to my work. without that data plan my own it would’ve been a really miserable experience. I had some issues with the TV also but I didn’t care so much about that. People were nice. It’s actually kind of a nice place. I’d like it better. If you were a closet Wi-Fi and let me also say the hot water can be an issue. You really have to play with the handle and wait at least 15 minutes in the three days. I’ve been there to get the water to heat up.

Convenient location, the property has potential however it needs TLC and better maintenance. A used floss brush was on top of the towels in the room’s bathroom. The air conditioner unit stopped working in the middle of the night, very uncomfortable. Things like room door handle, bathroom faucet and door insulation needed attention. The owner of this property needs to pay attention to detail. The cost didn’t justify the quality.

I loved staying here! It was a cute little bed and breakfast in a super safe area compared to others. There is noise to be heard from other rooms but that’s pretty normal, nothing to be concerned about. I loved it here and if I ever come back I would stay here again

Overall, ok, would not return. Not for light sleepers as walls/floors are thin and there is a highway right behind the casa. Little things could have made the stay better - there was no hand soap in the bathroom (only soap in the shower), floors were dirty in places and no side tables beside the bed. Parking is free around the casa which is helpful for San Juan, just have to stay away from the yellow lines on the curbs.

It’s a former residence converted to a very cute & charming hotel. The rooms are small but adequate space for 1-2 people. (Although the mattress wasn’t great) The courtyard is very quaint & peaceful. The free breakfast was fabulous! Fast & delicious. The surrounding area was clean & safe. It’s an easy walk to the main strip of restaurants & shopping in the condado area. Nearby on street parking was easy to find.

We’ve stayed here a few times. This most recent time I wasn’t pleased. I normally don’t leave reviews but this place was a big time mess. Dirty tampon in the public bathroom, pool loaded with leaves, not enough blankets in the room. Breakfast was great and staff was great. Upkeep is just sub par.

This smaller boutique hotel was a nice place to stay. Beds were comfy. Got extra towels and glasses when asked of Eve staff. No elevator. So think of that when packing. Available toiletries subpar… it’s a soap/shampoo/conditioner combo. Windows didn’t close properly so much of the outside noise was heard, dogs barking, loud car engines, sirens etc. breakfast was superb! Wait staff amazing and accommodating. Little ‘pool’ available and nice. A couple of outdoor sitting areas which were nice.

Please make sure you do not stay in room 16. I think it was a utility room transformed into a makeshift bedroom. There are no windows, it’s musty and is located right next to the kitchen and breakfast starts at 7:30 in the morning and you get to hear, banging dishes. The pictures online make the hotel look cute and modern, but it’s a tired, musty, old building in an average neighborhood. Would not recommend. I’m pretty sure all the reviews on this are done by the hotel owners.
