My experience was pleasant. Nice staff, nice place, clean room, great housekeeping service but I had some issues with the A/C first night, clogged toilet because the pipes are connected, no water for short period of time but overall my experience was good. I'll go back if I have the opportunity.

The carpet in our room was wet. They brought in a dryer but that made the room stink. The towels in the bathroom had little hairs on them. Like when men get a haircut or shave? those hairs. The hand sink in the bathroom was dirty it had little brown/green stuff on it. The rim of the Bed was dirty a quick wiped would have cleaned it.

Our shampoo/soap/dispensers didn't have any product in them. It was clear they ran out and never bothered to check on it to fill it.

All these little things require a little bit of attention. Nothing that requires extreme detail. Cleanliness in hotels is important. This one deff is only a three star. More like a motel experience.

A wonderful Stay- We'll definitely be back!. From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable-just steps away from the beach , great selection of restaurants and even a 24 hours pharmacy nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The staff genuinely warm and welcoming. No parking needs for us. The Choco Bar cafe in the hotel was great but the restaurant in the hotel was not my favorite.

This was a great stay. We were able to check in early and the room was ready. The room was clean enough, but wasn’t the cleanest if you were to look closer behind the window curtains, certain spots in the bathroom, and corners of the bed. The 24/7 amenities are amazing and pool + jacuzzi was clean. The jets on the jacuzzi seemed to not have been working towards the end of our stay but was great nonetheless. Minutes away from Condado beach, close by coffee shops and restaurants. Overall, I would recommend.

I LIKED EVERYTHING, I LIKED ALL THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE CLEANING OF THE BEDS VERY GOOD AND THE BATHROOMS VERY CLEAN. BUT THE FLOOR HAD BEACH SAND FROM THE FIRST DAY. WE STAYED THERE FOR 3 DAYS AND WE NEVER WENT TO THE BEACH, THEY CLEANED THE ROOM BUT THEY NEVER CLEANED THE SAND ON THE FLOOR. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel experience was extremely disappointing considering the overwhelmingly positive ratings and photos online. Based on the reviews and advertised images, I expected a clean, updated, relaxing stay — unfortunately, the reality was very different.

The property did not match the photos or overall impression presented online. The room and overall hotel felt much more worn down and poorly maintained than expected, and several aspects of the stay made it difficult to understand how this property maintains such high ratings. It honestly felt misleading compared to what was advertised.

One of the most frustrating parts was feeling like the reviews did not accurately reflect the actual guest experience. I booked this hotel specifically because of the strong ratings and glowing feedback, so arriving to something that felt significantly below expectations was very disappointing.

I understand that no hotel is perfect, but transparency matters. Updated photos and more honest reviews would help future travelers make informed decisions and avoid the same frustration.

We only stayed over night but check in was fast and Emmanuel was super friendly and very helpful when we asked for dinner recommendations. The room was small but comfortable and very clean with a nice view of the ocean. Typically we travel to San Juan three or four times a year for a long weekend and I would say that we will definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s not directly on the beach but has an ocean view with the beach being on a very short walk. We didn’t use the pool or the hot tub. It’s a small area but well designed for relaxing during a stay at the hotel. Thanks again Emmanuel for being so welcoming!

We liked the property it’s in a great location and the staff helped us with most of our needs. A few parts of the property were not up to my expectations though. The hot tub wasn’t hot, in fact it was as cold as the pool, until the last day of our stay! The water in the room was also quite bipolar, going from burning hot to freezing without touching a thing! We also tried to dry a load of DAMP laundry and it came out wetter than when we put it in. We told the front desk and they gave us another dollar to try again, and told us we just needed more time. It ended up being in there for almost an hour and a half (small load btw). One other small detail was our door! It was so hard and loud to close, we had to pull it shut with our full strength. It also disturbed sleeping peers and neighbors :(

Overall the stay was good, these minor issues wouldn’t dature me from coming here or recommending it to others- just something to keep on your radar!

Location great. Service ok. The water in the shower was inconsistent. We stayed in penthouse 2 and had the best views. However, shower day 1 ran out of hot water within 10 mins. Day 2 water was shut off in the morning an we were unable to shower after gym before rushing to the airport. Front desk staff was rude but sent maintenance up to check. Took well over 30 mins to resolve. Unapologetic staff.

This hotel is an accident waiting to happen. We stayed on the 12th floor and the door opens to a nonexistent balcony with no safety measures and just a small railing. It was absolutely terrifying with two children. We only stayed for the night before an early morning airport departure but would not recommend this hotel at all and feel there are so many unnecessary dangers of having the doors in the rooms open like this with no safe guards. The pool area is also very gross, with broken/uncomfortable pool chairs and no easily accessible towels (you have to go to the front desk to get).

First, let me say the location of this property, for the price, is very appealing. It's a block away from the water, and available rooms have an unobstructed view of the North Atlantic Ocean. The hotel is also a quick taxi ride to Old San Juan.
We booked the largest room on the property. The front desk told us it's actually larger than the penthouse suite. It has a kitchen, dining area, living room, large bathroom with a vanity separate from the toilet/walk-in shower. It's clean, the bed is comfy, but everything is very basic. Again, for the price, fine.
This is an older building, circa 1965. Hilton bought it and added it to its Tapestry collection. The inside is completely, well, remodeled. By that, I mean the work was definitely not done by pros. The blackout and sheer curtains are in the wrong order. The Ikea-like cabinetry wasn't assembled correctly, so doors and drawers don't close. The stem of the vanity faucet is loose. The light above the vanity mirror isn't level. There are several examples of poorly executed drywall features. The shower fixtures don't cover up the holes in the tiles. The heavy barn door in the bathroom looks like it's about to lose one or both of its wheels. The glass shower door is missing seal strips, so unless you want to flood the toilet area, you have to turn the showerhead to one side and use only 1/4 of the allotted shower space. The room did spring a leak. That's a good story, but I'm out of characters for this post.

The location and amenities were perfect. A short drive from the airport or to Old San Juan, surrounded by great restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. The resort fee provided access to bicycles that were convenient to use and a dedicated space on the beach with chairs and an umbrella. Fantastic stay!

Some nerve calling this a resort and charging a $49.50 resort fee. Pool? No, a hot tub and not so hot tub. Never enough towels. Hot water came and went in the shower. The noise from the street was unbearable. Ate breakfast downstairs twice; between me and my husband they managed to get 5 dishes incorrect, an for a totally ridiculous price. The housekeepers were sweet, which is why I refrained from saying terrible, but understaffed. We came back to our room at 6 pm and it wasn't cleaned. we had to scout dry towels and bottled water. Never again!

The $50 daily “resort” fee was totally unexpected. NOT included in Expedia’s “total cost”. Well hidden. Basically includes use of lounges and umbrella at beach; bicycle use. AC seemed too cold even when we set to circulate.

The “ocean view” room was a legitimate full view with sliding door. On 18th floor ocean sound actually could be heard (and still some traffic).
