I’m stay with my family, in overall was very good. Breakfast, staff and room were excellent. However, when we arrived the hot tub don't function. In addition, no parking space is available, just valet for additional fee.

Breakfast was great. The staff was always helpful. 100 yards from the beach. Centrally located. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't rent a car. The parking was $30 per day, but if you drive, it is necessary. Best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at.

Overall everything was great and clean the only complaint i have is the fan made a weird noise when the bathroom light was on and it was irking my nerves. But that could just be a me problem. It was close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was nice and accommodating. Big and warm breakfast was a definite plus. I would stay there again for sure. And they were so nice with letting me check out late.

Elevator: they has 2 mall elevators (4 persons max capacity). The elevators are used for the guesses, maintenances and the services personnel too. Some times my family and I have to take the stairs because the elevators are used for the services personnel and they occupied all elevators space. The rest no complaints.

The hotel breakfast was super good, had a good variety of food. The hotel was close to many shops and restaurants also walking distance to the beach. The hotel staff was not very friendly, the swimming pool was small, and had a scorching hot tub, I mentioned to a staff member that the tub was very hot and was not safe for anyone to get in it, it seems that he didn’t care much about the complaint. Other than that we had a good stay.

Terrible customer service and welcoming, room Was stinky Misty smell, limited outlet plugs, no hair dry , no toiletries , mini pool . Some Out of order washer dryer , breakfast and hall room was okay , however the food was scattered around big lobby dinning area. Comfy sofas on lobby , loud at night , no good if u need to sleep , Never ever would stay there again . The check out guy was pleasantly ok, however he stopped while helping me to go back to another customer who just checked in and that was very rude . I paid for my time .

Room was tiny and so loud, due to the air conditioner. Some staff was nice, some were but. Valet parking was a night mare and I was charged an extra $50 a day for parking and “resort” fee. Worse “resort” I’ve ever been to.

The breakfast staff kept the area well stocked with food and very clean. They were extremely friendly, and whenever we needed anything, they always responded with a positive attitude.
The valet parking service was quick and courteous. Our room was very clean, and whenever we needed extra towels for the pool or the beach, they always had them ready without hesitation.
I will definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we would be required to pay an additional “service fee,” despite already having paid in full through Expedia. This fee (which was about the price of two nights stay) was never disclosed during the booking process, and we had not accounted for it in our travel budget. To make matters worse, the hotel never clearly explained what this “service fee” actually covered. We did not receive any special services or amenities beyond the standard stay. No food service, spa treatments, massages, upgraded cleaning, or anything else that would justify such a charge!!

BEWARE OR THE HIDDEN FEES. This hotel charges extra, undisclosed costs that are not transparently communicated at the time of booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day, and the breakfast staff consistently ensured there was a hot, fresh, and plentiful breakfast available each morning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

The room was clean and the staff was super. However, beware of the price. We paid in full ahead of time for our 2 night stay only to arrive and receive a bill for $75 for some kind of service fee. I understand that this fee increases as the number of nights increase. This was not expected and unfortunately, they were not able to do anything to make it go away. Also, don't be fooled, the beach is not right there. You will walk a bit, cross a street and walk a bit more before you reach sand and then you will walk a great deal more to reach the beach area for the hotel. Had I known I would have paid more and still not had easy beach access, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, kitchen staff was very friendly. I didn’t like that the hot tub did not work and when asked, I was told they would send somebody but nobody ever came. The elevators are tiny and they took awhile to come, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, close to a lot in San Juan, but felt very safe and the front desk staff was also very friendly,

The breakfast was phenomenal—plenty to choose from, not just cereal and pancakes. The staff was very helpful and always answered my questions. I would rate the room cleanliness an 8 out of 10; there was sand on the floor a few times, but aside from that, everything was fine—the towels and sheets were always clean. The only things I didn't like—though they weren't really a problem—were that there was no hairdryer and the coffee maker didn't work. But everything else was excellent; I honestly do recommend it, and if I ever return to San Juan, I would definitely choose the same hotel. Thank you 😊

Front desk staff were incredibly helpful answering questions and referring places to go, and were able to check me in early. Breakfast offered many options like eggs, potatoes, bagels, cereal, yogurt.... and seating is plentiful. My room was modern with laminate floors, mini fridge, microwave and a super comfy bed and large tv. Walk to beach is about a block.... super close! My room did have a view of the ocean despite a couple buildings in between.

Saw a roach in our room. Mattress was pretty bad—probably picked it up at the Salvation Army. They tacked on a $50 service fee without telling us. Plus tax on the $50. Plus a $30 charge for valet parking. Breakfast was pretty nasty. Internet access and TV connection were spotty. Otherwise it was great!

They were unable to find my reservation and were not friendly or helpful in anyway. I had all documentation and emails of confirmation and reservations numbers and still no help. It was a nightmare and took over an hour and a half of me complaining and arguing in order to get it all settled. Gabrlel was useless at the front desk

The property work out perfectly for our stay in San Juan. Our desk attendant at check in was very nice, as well as the one at checkout. I questioned the $150.00 insurance deposit charged to my credit card at checking, I was told that a credit would be posted in a few days

We enjoyed the location as it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops; and, any other amenities that we needed. The entire staff at this hotel was five stars!! From the moment I arrived Michael, one of the valet attendants was super nice. The front desk staff were unbelievable ❤️ GG and Jose The best!! The breakfast attendants were also incredibly friendly and so fun. Antonio was my absolute Favorite. He was super knowledgeable about the island and was very friendly. He even almost talked my Wife into letting me move there lol. The room attendants were very helpful, friendly and extremely hard working. This hotel is super clean. The staff were what made our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
I was there with my Wife. We are from Providence Rhode Island. This was our second stay there and we loved every minute of being there. Our room was excellent and the bed was super cozy. I liked it way better than the Embassy Suites San Juan we stayed our first five days at. Holiday Inn Condado is definitely a Five Star Review!! I have not even one single complaint. I am counting the days until I return!! ❤️❤️❤️🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷❤️❤️❤️🇵🇷 Viva Puerto Rico ❤️❤️❤️
