It is in a good location. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in was done smoothly. The breakfast was ok, considering it was free due to us staying there. The room could have been a bit more clean, especially the refrigerator, and oven. The sofa was a bit worn out, so maybe updated furniture would help. Overall, the price, the location, and the staff is what made our stay a pleasant experience.

Overall great stay! The most significant aspects of our stay that are of note would be, the super nice staff and great location! we used Lyft and uber and didn’t spend an arm and a leg to get around. Thinking back I should’ve upgraded our room. We had the studio suite. Fantastic space don’t get me wrong but I would like to have the two separate rooms.

We really enjoyed our suite at the hotel and thought that the room was very nice with the kitchen and living room areas, large bedrooms and a balcony.

We stayed here for three nights and we had an amazing experience. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and our room was beautiful. The staff here were so kind and helpful, rooftop restaurant was amazing. The hotel offered a shuttle to the beach and made to order breakfast every day. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the modern, spacious design of the suites — it truly felt like a home away from home with all the upscale touches. What was unique about this property was the blend of comfort and luxury — from the stylish décor to the thoughtful amenities, everything felt very well curated. The location was also convenient, close to Old San Juan and other attractions while still feeling private and relaxing.

As soon I booked the hotel I received a welcome message from them. I was able to checking online with not problem. There is a 24/7 front desk service. There's a lot to say about this place for starters if you go through Expedia just know that they're going to charge you the 20% when you get there so don't do that do not get the the all-inclusive breakfast because it is definitely not worth the extra money I suggest going out to eat the staff were really nice and very kind I love that there is a pool on the roof but remember that they also have a restaurant on the roof so it's a little much when you're trying to go and relax in a pool with a ton of people watching you while they're eating all in all though it was it was a decent place to stay I would definitely stay there again like I said just don't go through Expedia and don't pay more for the breakfast

I was charged a non-refundable $200 service charge upon arrival above and beyond what I paid via Hotels.com (not a deposit, a service charge). I also had to leave a $200 deposit, which I was told at check out \"should get refunded in 7-10 days). When I asked \"should?\" I was told, \"Yes, 90%.\" Totally inappropriate and not customary. As I sit here state-side, I am still awaiting a refund of the deposit.
I also had no hot water in the shower, but had hot water in the sink. This is clearly something that had to have been known.

The hotel is clean and well kept, the breakfast was ok. You must order it via a link provided each night before which became a task while on vacation and after the 3rd night the hotel stop sending a reminder and the link, thank goodness we kept the text with the last link received. One morning the breakfast was 30 min late and it was not what we ordered but we ate it and hoped for the best the next morning. The parking spaces are tight and limited but a nice perk to have included with the stay, the staff was kind and hospitable. Our room was in the penthouse level which at first seemed attractive except that there is a rooftop bar and restaurant right above which was noisy at times in the night and the smell of food often crept into our room. The room itself was really spacious, bed was comfortable, the shower hardly had any pressure but the water temps were good, there was no shower curtain and the height of the tub was higher than a typical tub, could be difficult to get in and out of for some people, the pole for the towel rack kept falling every time you went to grab a towel off of it. I kind of felt like we might have had the worst room in the hotel to be honest but we made the best of it.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was central to everything as long as you dont mind the walk. Uber can get you everywhere for little money. Rooms were sparse...no artwork, bare walls like a prison. We stayed in.a Presidential suite that accommodated 6 people... but there were only 4 bath towels, 5 forks in our drawer, 4 glasses, etc. And the coffee pot made a single cup at a time with only 2 pods and no creamer or sugar available. The free breakfast delivered to our room was great the first few days. After that delivery was very late (hours late, not minutes) and the food had clearly sat under a heat lamp for a very long time. Our complaints were addressed by the GM who graciously removed resort fees from our bill. The desk staff are very nice but not always terribly knowledgeable about their property. Restaurant upstairs is okay...not great but their bar makes top notch cocktails that you would find in a NYC nightclub!! Overall we would likely look elsewhere if we wanted to return to Puerto Rico because there are so many other places to choose from.
