Our stay at Numero Uno Beach House was truly exceptional. We spent a few days here after a cruise to relax, and it may honestly have been the very best hotel stay we’ve ever had—anywhere. The rooms are beautifully modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with beds that make it hard to ever want to leave. The entire place has such a warm, homey atmosphere that you immediately feel at ease.
A huge bonus was that the hotel opens directly onto the beach, complete with loungers and attentive, prompt beach service. It was absolute perfection and made it nearly impossible to want to go anywhere else—we truly never wanted to leave.
The service was outstanding from start to finish, the bar was wonderful, and the food was consistently excellent. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the Hotel Manager, Oki. He went above and beyond in every possible way and genuinely made our experience unforgettable—hands down the greatest part of our stay.
All eight of us agree: we will definitely be back. Numero Uno Beach House is a true gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Very well kept room, fantastic location, friendly, and very helpful staff. Easy access to the beach with many spots for food within a walk. There is a restaurant and a bar on location if you don’t feel like leaving. Food and bar do close a little early on site, but definitely not a deal breaker. Can’t wait to get back…

The beach house is simply amazing. The convenient location makes it so much better. Right on the beach with its own private section of the beach. Numero Uno far exceeded my expectations. The room was gorgeous and kept so clean. THE BED! I've legit never slept so well. I wanted to ask about the mattress, it's so comfortable. The view was perfect and the fact that we could walk right outside and have lounge chairs waiting for us was amazing. The food at the restaurant downstairs was definitely on the pricey side but every single thing we ordered was perfect (I'm not a big burger person but I ordered the burger 3x. Amazing!) overall it's just a beautiful convenient place to stay with incredible amenities and service.

Our main reason for choosing Numero Uno was that it is right on the beach, and it did not disappoint! The views are amazing, and when you step out of the hotel you are right on the beach! They make you a priority when you are a guest and we were very happy staying here. They have amazing food and drinks, which you can charge to your room and not have to worry about carrying money with you. The place is also super secure and we felt safe leaving our belongings in our room. Could not be happier with our stay!

We unfortunately had only one night to stay but we were able to make the most of eating breakfast and dinner on the beach and enjoyed the access to the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. Very clean hotel with cute decor and lively vibe situated in a very safe feeling beach neighborhood in San Juan. This place is perfect for someone who wants an upscale feel without the stuffiness of a resort.

I liked the location being right on the beach was convenient. It also was walkable restaurants in the area. I liked how the beach towel, umbrella, and lawn chairs were available for use. I also enjoyed the balcony area and free snacks and refreshments included. I did not like that there was not a microwave in our room or on site for guests. I had a couple of food items I had to throw away because I could not heat them up. I wanted my leftovers but not cold food. I also did not like how the shower did not have a door or curtain to close all the way. When we took a shower the bathroom floor piled up with water and flooded.

1st, restaurant close at 8pm, so, that's good to keep the place quiet, but if you hungry, 15mn walk or uber eats.
The worst for me is the bedrooms, it's ok, clean and good size, but the bed is very unconfortable, bed linen are awfull, honestly, this is a boutique hotel, this need to be confortbale, and this is not at all.
And finally, the bedroom doors are in this frozen glass material, this mean, you'll have the light of the corridor all night long, and if someone, come back late, you'll ear everything.

The staff was kind, quick to help me with any of my concerns, and the service overall was great, even when I was dining at the restaurant. Cleaning service is optional and I appreciated that I did not need to be removed from my room every morning. The access to the beach convenient and the view is beautiful for both sunrise and sunset.

Numero Uno Beach House gave us what we were looking for a clean, safe place with the view of the ocean/beach from our room.
